27/08/2025: We had lunch just yesterday, right in the middle of a classic day trip. Marino and his wife are incredibly kind and friendly! The food was excellent and carefully prepared. Fresh air and a spectacular view. We're not very close, but we'll definitely be back! PS: To appreciate the location, service, management, and everything else, you must first carefully read what's written on the stone at the entrance. Otherwise, you're looking at the wrong size. 17/10/2025: I had lunch at Da Roncari and was truly thrilled. I had pasta with white ragù and leeks, simply delicious—one of those dishes that takes you back to your childhood, to the smells of grandma's cooking. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, something that's not a given these days. I was also impressed by the second course service: they move between the tables on a trolley, allowing you to see and choose your favorites directly, a detail that really makes a difference. Even though it was just a business lunch break, I felt like I was in a well-kept and authentic place. Absolutely recommended—I'll gladly return when I'm in the area!

22/07/2025: We have been in the area for a bit and our villa recommended Mordi. Only open Friday to Sunday, 6pm to 9pm. So be prepared. We have ordered several pizza’s and they are about medium size. Crusts are very thin so you kinda roll the slices together and eat like a sandwich otherwise it will fall apart. We enjoyed our pizzas. Lots of options.

03/12/2025: A real surprise! The meat is simply exceptional: you can immediately taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients and especially in the aging process, carried out with great skill. Each cut arrives tender, flavorful, and with those aromas that only proper aging can provide. Also not to be missed are the artisanal gins, produced in-house: aromatic, original, and perfect neat or in cocktails. It's rare to find a trattoria that so successfully combines tradition and quality with a touch of creativity. A welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and great passion in everything they do. Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: A charming restaurant. There aren't many seats, but they do have a large dining room for groups who want to enjoy a quiet meal. The food is excellent, with their specialty being raw meat aged with passion and care by the owner. He'll give you advice and explain how he ages the meat. He'll also explain today's menu and, based on your tastes, help you choose what you're most interested in. The icing on the cake is the pairings for each dish, with some special gin and tonics (some of which are homemade), which pair perfectly with the dishes you're eating. They also have a wine list. The staff is friendly and professional, and reservations are required.

31/08/2025: Very nice bar, with an outdoor seating area on the lawn, under a beautiful tree. The cappuccino and croissant were phenomenal, the best in Casentino. Friendly staff and fast service.

01/12/2025: I arrived on a Sunday evening at 8:00 PM, and while every restaurant in Bassano was packed, there was no one here, just us and a lady at the back. Lots of staff, and above all, a very friendly and professional waiter. An old-fashioned atmosphere, inspired by the menu that even bowling clubs don't have (unsightly). Various choices, and nothing to complain about in terms of variety. Appetizer with mushrooms, soppressa, and polenta (too dry)... Polenta and cod (the cod was okay, but the polenta was still too dry). A tiny salmon steak with chips. A plate of carpaccio. Water and house wine. And finally, two coffees. 110 euros. My son only ate a small piece of salmon and chips. My wife a plate of carpaccio. And I had polenta and cod with the appetizer. I'll leave it to you to judge.
