17/11/2025: Guys, if I can give you a piece of advice... only stop if you need cigarettes... the aperitifs, besides being poor and accompanied by two microwaved vol-au-vent pizzas (fiappe), they charge €4 each... not even in the center of Vicenza do you pay that much. Never again.

27/11/2025: I saw it by chance while passing the roundabout and was intrigued by the sign "sea in the city." We stopped for lunch. The atmosphere is large and informal, spread over two floors, and the decor is in the style of a seaside inn. For lunch, there's a set menu but you can also choose à la carte. They also make excellent pizzas and desserts. Very friendly staff and fast service. Tasty and plentiful food. Two set menus (first course, second course, side dish, water, wine, and coffee), two desserts, and a first course and second course à la carte all cost €79, so good value. The set menu is €14 per person, including cover charge.

20/11/2025: Staff needs rethinking... A young waiter tries excessively and annoyingly to be friendly, but ends up making unwelcome jokes... The young, brunette waitress is very annoyed and rude. When you walk in, it almost feels like you're bothering them... The pizzas are good but very irregular... Some are nice and round, while others seem even smaller, like baby pizzas... what a shame... The quality has dropped significantly compared to previous years.

16/12/2025: While out walking with my aunts, we happened to stumble upon Pasticceria Dolci Ore, and what a wonderful discovery it was. My non-Italian-speaking aunts ordered pastries and hot drinks for a sit-down breakfast, and everything was absolutely delightful. The premises were exceptionally clean, well organised, and clearly very popular with locals, which is always a great sign. After breakfast, I asked the very helpful lady behind the counter whether I could buy two packs of four mini jars of jam of my own choosing. To my delight, she said yes — and not only that, she packaged them beautifully, which was perfect as I intend to give them as gifts to my elderly neighbors. She then patiently helped my aunts, who were confused and confusing in equal measure, all the while apologizing for her English (which was actually very good!). For the record, I understood the language my aunts were speaking — just not what they were asking. Finally, she kindly advised me on choosing a panettone as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend's parents, as we celebrated our first Christmas together. All of this took place while the bakery remained busy with a steady flow of customers coming and going. Immaculately clean premises, excellent pastries, and truly exceptional service. 06/11/2025: Pasticceria Poggiana is among the best pastry shops in the area. The pastries, brioches, and cakes are excellent. The savory treats are exceptional, especially the tranzini. The staff is young, professional, and friendly. The Poggiana family's longstanding management makes all the difference. Special wines worth trying.

The food is homemade and delicious, and the location is truly welcoming. Outside, among the vineyards, you'll even find a dog playfully strolling and maybe a cat popping up here and there. In short, a perfect place to feel at home with a smile."

04/10/2025: I was with my girlfriend in Montegalda and we decided to have pizza and grilled meat. I had a pizza with spicy salami, prosciutto, peppers, and black olives, while she had grilled meat and mixed salad. All washed down with a good Merlot. I must say that both the meat and pizza were truly delicious. The place is easy to find and has ample free parking. It's wheelchair accessible and suitable for families with small children. I recommend it to everyone.

09/11/2025: Definitely worth a try!!! Good food, attentive and friendly wait staff... top-notch fried food, plentiful and fresh! (We brought it home because it was a large portion, eaten until the next day and even remained crispy in the fridge.) Once you cut it, it's out of this world, and the quality/price ratio is fantastic!
