22/05/2025: Que dire. Par où commencer…. Au détours d’un voyage d’affaires sur Vincenza, nous avons enchaîné déceptions sur déceptions culinairement parlant. Mais cette découverte de Fattore F a su tout changer. Nous pensions aller manger une simple pizza, nous avons vécu un voyage. Sans hésitation la meilleure pizza de toute notre vie. Parlons d’abord du service, dans un anglais impeccable, nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de bienveillance pour nous expliquer le concept de Fattore F, différents types de pizzas, faites avec des procédés différents. Des suggestions sur les vins et/ou bières à associer avec telle ou telle pizza, tout était réuni pour vivre un moment d’anthologie. Viens alors les pizzas, une classique et une signature. La classique a su sortir des sentiers battus et prendre des risques, la signature a su nous faire découvrir un produit que nous ne connaissions pas : la meilleure pizza de notre vie. Sans comparaison possible. Le dessert, tiramisu pour moi était également ambitieux et courageux, à la hauteur de ce que nous avons dégusté en plat principal. Les prix étaient tout à fait honnêtes. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse. Merci à l’équipe Fattore F pour cette expérience culinaire.

We have been back several times and it is always up to par. Even though it is a place frequented mainly by young people, it is a good place for any age.

30/04/2025: We stayed overnight in a B&B: excellent breakfasts, both savory and sweet, the room was small but functional and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We always dined at the inn by reserving a table. Both the pizzas and the restaurant dishes are good with quality products. The craft beers and desserts are also good. courteous and helpful owners. It's very convenient to be able to book your overnight stay and check in directly online.

23/04/2025: Recommended by a dear mutual friend, we arrived at the Locanda last night to taste their pizzas. The environment made us feel comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, and the menu is very attentive to local products and the food tradition of the Plateau. In particular, the Cimbra pizza, with Asiago and sopressa, was the subject of choice. The thin but pleasant dough, not dry, was a pleasant further detail to delight us. In the end, unfortunately, there wasn't even room for dessert, we were full and didn't want to risk overindulging, so as not to suffer nightly retaliations from the digestive system... In any case, it will be the excuse to return as soon as possible, perhaps for lunch, and continue the discovery of a place that is worth a visit. Could someone say: “But only with a pizza and a beer”? And I calmly reply that the simplest things are often the most difficult to do, to give them the dignity they deserve... Unfortunately, many people fall for this aspect when they only pay attention to the economic side of catering. Here, no. Very correct expense, even considering the quality. P.S. Dogs are also accepted, upon prior notice. Far-sighted attitude given that, on the Plateau, many businesses still don't realize how many customers they lose by banning animals (if they are naturally calm, as a dog owner I am perfectly aware that respect is needed).

Owner sommelier with professionalism and love for the information on the wines he offers. High-level desserts and a selection of whiskeys and rums. A setting with a view of the plain. Top

Fatefully after a couple of hours I return to get the brioche and granita but fatefully I only find the granita without the brioche. Disappointed
