However, I'm unlikely to return: I find it excessive to charge €8 for a marinara pizza with just six anchovies added.

11/06/2025: We had lunch at this refuge a bit by chance, but we were thrilled. Even though it is not in high season we found a wide choice of first and second courses. Good and well-prepared. The manager was really friendly and also told us about the Vaia storm that hit the area.

12/08/2025: We had dinner with friends on a central street in Bassano. The meal was excellent, with well-prepared first courses served by friendly staff. Typical specialties like creamed cod and bigoli pasta—all good and reasonably priced. We'll be back, as we do every year! :-)

A Michelin-starred wine list, and the menu features gnocco fritto, tortellini, caviar, plain snails, double-cooked guinea fowl, and more. All dishes are hand-prepared using carefully selected ingredients, and you can taste it! A rare find now! Highly recommended.

09/08/2025: We dined outside, and I must say it's always a pleasant experience. The service was prompt and friendly. The food, I must say, was very good. The wine list was perhaps a bit too extensive for the offerings. Overall, the price was slightly above average.

07/09/2025: Undoubtedly, this pizzeria stands out for the quality of its ingredients, from the soft, easily digestible dough to the pizzas on the menu, especially the seasonal ones. Don't miss the asparagus pizza (when in season, of course), the pumpkin pizza in the fall, and the fig, goat cheese, and prosciutto pizza in the summer. The friendly and professional staff are attentive to every customer request and patient in explaining and recommending the new pizzas on the menu. The beer selection is truly excellent, as are the desserts. Their basket of bread and crostini, which is served at your table upon arrival, is special. A very beautiful place and a charming location.

31/08/2025: Passing by on our way to Gallio (Asiago plateau) by motorbike, my partner Roberta and I stopped at Bunker in Mussolente, a really cool place with friendly and helpful staff, Elisa and Ilaria 🥰🥰 The food was also excellent, plentiful and inviting, not to mention the excellent beer. In short, if I ever come back, a stop is a must. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
