Depending on the room location, you may need to climb one or two stairs. Breakfast is on the left, facing the reception. Please do not change your room assignment.

20/10/2025: Room smaller than it seem for a deluxe. You can hear all the noises from outside and other rooms. No privacy.

23/11/2025: A quiet restaurant by the canal. We enjoyed a peaceful dinner until the waiter brought us the bill after our main course, without asking if we wanted dessert or another course. A few minutes later, he asked us to leave, even though the restaurant already had four tables available for another seating. We didn't even get to enjoy our meal and left rather disappointed. The food was good, and we could have stayed longer. We didn't understand.

10/08/2025: The foundation for a truly refined dinner is there. The proposed dish pairings are spot on. The ingredients are top-quality. Everything was very good so far. The real sore point isn't the quality/price ratio, but the quantity. The cicchetti, while excellent, are far too small. And the markup on the wine seemed, in my humble opinion, far too high.

30/09/2025: I made a dinner reservation two months ahead of time and the restaurant confirmed the reservation. When my husband and I arrived, we were told they were closing in a hour for a private party. They never took the time to let me know ahead of time so I could secure another reservation. This was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Then to just turn us away without even offering us a complimentary drink was even worse. All they said was I’m sorry but we will be closed. In this day with online reviews, I don’t understand how a restaurant could treat us so rudely. I showed them the confirmation email but they had nothing to say about it. Terrible customer service. 20/09/2025: Poor service, I went in to grab a table for drinks and potentially food where I was met with bad service and not interested in my business. I had 5 people on their way so we will go spend our hard earnt money somewhere else. Good location, that’s all they have going for them

08/09/2025: The restaurant is beautifully maintained. The food is quite good. The only thing that wasn't right was that they also charged for my 2-year-old daughter, who ate almost nothing. It doesn't seem fair to me. Why should I pay 15 euros more if she doesn't eat anything? At least they should let us know in advance. We notified reception and they said they charge the same for children.
