Breakfast is ample.
Great park behind the house, especially ideal for travelers with dogs.
Since it's a bit outside the town, you need a car to get to the beach and the town center.

04/08/2026: A cozy restaurant offering meat and fish dishes for under €20. Good value for money. Just don't let the service bother you, as it's very unenthusiastic. Despite this, they still ask for a tip. The staff probably aren't paid very well.

11/08/2026: We were drawn in by the cicchetti sign; we ate delicious ones, with a more varied selection than the standard Venetian fare.
They introduced us to the Spritz Select, which has since become our favorite Spritz.
We then enjoyed seafood tagliolini and excellent Venetian-style liver (which I had always overlooked).
Highly recommended for the quality of the food, the preparation, and the generous portions.
All served by kind and attentive, yet unobtrusive, staff!

08/06/2026: Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. The quality of the dishes was mediocre, and there was a strong feeling that many products were frozen, without this always being clearly stated on the menu, which I personally find lacking in transparency.
The quality/price ratio was unjustified: prices were those of a high-end restaurant, but the perceived quality was far from perfect. Some dishes seemed sloppy and lacking in freshness.
The service was average, but when the food quality isn't convincing, it's hard to turn a blind eye. There are much better options in Mestre. I won't be returning.
03/06/2026: We stumbled upon it almost by accident. We were looking for a restaurant near the hotel and, after browsing the online list, we chose this one after reading some reviews.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. Everything was excellent and delicious. The fish was very fresh and very tasty.
We recommend this restaurant for the quality and freshness of the ingredients, prepared with care and great professionalism.
The staff was very kind and welcoming.
A pleasant atmosphere that we will definitely try to visit again when we return to Venice.

25/07/2026: Upon arrival, we were told we would receive a call as soon as the room was ready. Unfortunately, this never happened.
We had to hand over our car keys.
The room was old and smelled strongly of fish. The room door wouldn't close. The air conditioning only worked partially. We only received one room key; a second one, as well as access to the safe and towels, required payment. We received no information regarding pool loungers. Even after reporting the issue in the evening, nothing was changed.
At check-out, there was no apology, not even a single cent of change. Other guests received a bottle of wine or Prosecco as a gift. We received nothing.
Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. We certainly won't be returning.
20/07/2026: I spent a wonderful week at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience! I'd say this stay met all my expectations, from the comfort and cleanliness of the room, to the rich and varied cuisine, to the beach service and pools.
Everyone was extremely kind and always attentive to the guest's needs.
It was the perfect vacation that allowed me to completely disconnect from the daily routine.
An unforgettable experience that I hope to repeat next year!
