06/09/2025: My hotel room was large, quiet and clean. Right on the canal with stunning views. The staff was very good. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Great breakfast buffet every morning. The restaurant was had really good food and great views. They offer a courtesy trip to Murano glass factory. I highly recommend this hotel.

03/08/2025: Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was expecting quality service, amenities, and accommodations but it couldn’t be farther from that. The room was what I would expect from a 1 star hotel. A bed and a bathroom. No coffee maker, no amenities, just a bed and a bathroom. Not even a coffee maker? I booked a premiere stay that included a $100 experience credit. They said it was, in fact, only $90 and that it only applied to lunch, despite what the terms and conditions stated. Additionally, lunch just so happened to be between 12-2pm. Check in is at 2pm and checkout is at 12pm so it’s impossible to take advantage of this premium benefit you pay for. This place is a scam. The front desk couldn’t care less. Do not book from this place despite what other reviews might suggest.

21/10/2025: They've merged what was previously two locations into one. The smaller one was unique and special. I understand the financial reasons behind this decision, but the real reason I wanted to use this facility has disappeared. What a shame...

15/09/2025: Overall, it was a nice and pleasant place to sit, the waiter who served us was very nice and friendly, but the heresy was that they served Aperol with an olive, and when I told them I couldn't drink it and asked them to make me a new one, the bartender behind the bar didn't take it well, saying I should have told him earlier not to make Aperol with an olive, even though there was no mention of this olive on the menu. No one in their right mind, especially in Italy, serves Aperol with an olive, so it was impossible to inform the bartender about removing it from the drink.

17/08/2025: We visited this bar twice during our trip to Venice. Honestly, the only place with adequate price for drinks and good attitude. No side eyes, no rudeness. Just nice service and good quality drinks.

05/10/2025: I went to La Nuvola a few nights ago, not for the first time; I'd been there before and had no problems. But the other night I had spaghetti allo scoglio. The fish was really bad, and I found a piece of plastic in the sauce while chewing, and I find that completely unacceptable.

08/09/2025: A charming place in every way, your heart fills with positive energy and you feel regenerated. SARA, the owner, the host, the soul of the inn, is a wonderful woman, as are all her staff! Another highlight is ANDREA, the chef, who completes your stay with a priceless dinner.

05/09/2025: I went to Locanda alle porte 1632 for dinner. First of all, it's a historic venue—it was the first customs house created by the Serenissima Republic of Venice—and the location is enchanting and out of this world. The food is exquisite, and the quality ingredients are highlighted by a cuisine that blends tradition and innovation; everything is presented with care and imagination. The restaurant specializes in seafood, but also prepares dishes for those who don't like fish. The discreet and welcoming service makes you feel like you're at the center of the evening. In such a setting, a refined and exclusive wine list is a must. The quality/price ratio is average.

18/10/2025: the food was delicious, we had a crèpe with zucchero and limone. The service was quick and you could see them make it and the were very friendly and understood us even though my mom isn't really that good in speaking italien or english so yeah. It's a little restaurant and you can have it to go or at place, but there aren't a lot of seats, like 4 I think. It was also really cheap. Overall it was really good. Recommend!!!

16/09/2025: The food is amazing, very fresh fish with refined ingredients. The place is dimly lit and not particularly large. The prices are very high and the fish is superb.
