16/05/2026: I took a break at C'House Coffee Shop and had a great time. The place is modern, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing with a good coffee or having breakfast. A wide selection of drinks, desserts, and snacks, all beautifully presented and delicious. The coffee was excellent, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a quick break or a longer stay. Friendly staff and quick service. A pleasant coffee shop we'll gladly return to.

24/06/2026: If you are looking for an establishment with delicious food and service, look further than bar Nostro! The divine pasta has the most beautiful combination of both hard, tough pieces with melt-in-your-mouth globs that makes for the most brilliant avant-garde textural experience. And if you’re lucky, you may just find the culinary surprise of a rogue pasta shape masquerading among the others! The pesto was a delightful lagoon of oil that perfectly lubricated every bite, leaving you with a beautiful, mirror-like sheen on your lips. The bolognese tasted like it was blessed by Frozone himself before embarking on a brief pilgrimage through the microwave and onto my plate. The pizza demonstrated a refreshing disregard for Italian tradition. It possessed a certain culinary roulette, as each bite left it to the imagination what flavor should be experienced. We were even fortunate enough to be approached by a local accordion player who gave us a private performance, solidifying an already unforgettable evening. I highly recommend this establishment!

19/07/2026: Unfortunately, I have to agree with those who write that it's not recommended, reluctantly, because it would be a strategic meeting place if the service was better and the cocktails were less watered down and with a little more alcohol. We weren't kids; we've been over the age of 18 for fifteen years. I invited 15 people to celebrate my birthday. I booked the place a week in advance, subsequently requesting four carafes to be served. Three of the four arrived, I was charged for four, and they forgot to bring the fourth to the table. Luckily, I noticed, otherwise I would have paid over €20 for a bottle of prosecco that was never served. On top of that, all the cocktails we ordered were watered down with a hint of alcohol that you couldn't even taste, including the carafes. Basically, the only thing that was saved was the ice cream. I wasted my money; it wasn't like this before.

17/08/2026: Breakfast as soon as we arrived in Venice. Several tables were empty, but none were cleared of previous guests' leftovers. The tablecloth was torn. The Albanian waiter was incredibly kind. The price is unexplainable: two cappuccinos, a croissant, and a waffle cost €23.00, not even in St. Mark's Square.

17/08/2026: Good food, not far from the Venice train station. The welcome was pleasant, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, some aspects disappointed us. While we waited for our order, we weren't offered anything to eat. I had to ask at the counter. We were served a few small bags of breadsticks, but unfortunately, one of the bags was already open. This gave us the impression that it might have been left by a previous customer. Not very pleasant, and especially not reassuring from a hygiene standpoint. The dessert presentation also left us very disappointed: it was poorly crafted, not at all inviting, and seemed to have been served very hastily. For a restaurant, the appearance and attention to presentation are also part of the experience. We also found the menu prices quite high, especially for those of us who live in Italy. Perhaps they are prices geared more toward foreign tourists, I don't know. In any case, if you plan to dine from aperitif to dessert, I recommend having a reasonable budget, as the bill can get quite high. Overall, the food is good and the staff is friendly, but we expected more attention to detail, presentation, and value.

23/07/2026: Our dinner was almost inedible. The pizza was impossible to cut. The roast beef was terrible. Instead of fried chicken breast, we got grilled chicken breast. A huge disappointment for me, I do not recommend it. There are much better places for the price.

17/07/2026: Very poor and slow kitchen service. Appetizer came fast but the main dish, a simple spaghetti took more than one hour. We stood up and left hungry! Never again!

06/01/2026: We had a reservation at this restaurant for New Year's Eve. However, upon arrival, we were not shown to our reserved table; instead, we were given a random, available table without regard for our reservation. When ordering, we were informed that a minimum of two dishes per person was mandatory. We accepted this and then began to wait. After 60 minutes, only an appetizer plate was served. After a total of 90 minutes of waiting, and despite several requests, our food still hadn't arrived, even though we had only ordered spaghetti. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy at the time, so this long wait is completely incomprehensible to us. The service staff also seemed unprofessional, consistently avoiding eye contact and barely responding to our inquiries. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. We informed them that we would leave if the food didn't arrive within two minutes. Since nothing was served, we got up and left. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. When it became clear that we were actually going to leave the restaurant, the staff became very pushy and at times aggressive, which we found extremely unpleasant. In the end, they wanted us to pay €61 for just a glass of wine. To end the situation quickly, we paid; however, we received neither a comprehensible explanation nor a discount. After this experience, I now understand why the Google reviews are so low. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have ignored them.

31/12/2025: The food is really not good, frozen and undercooked. We were very disappointed with the New Year's Day meal, which included inedible shellfish. The service is very slow, forcing you to order at least two courses to be served (the restaurant wasn't very full...). In short! If you're a traditionalist, don't go; you'll be disappointed by what I consider to be the best Italian cuisine 🫣 (which I absolutely love). Summary: 🤮

02/09/2025: I remembered it being very different from how it is now. Starting with the menu, under the previous management they offered more variety, especially in the side dishes for sandwiches. It seems unthinkable to me that a restaurant with the "dessert" name would only offer packet ice cream. The food wasn't bad, it was just that the selection was limited and nothing exceptional. I really enjoyed it the previous times, but it's a shame that the new management has made it so bad. I also see no reason to be so high in the prices. Not recommended

17/08/2026: The ice cream is always good, and there are many flavors available. But, as with all the ice cream shops in Bibione, unfortunately, the prices are above average. The POS has been out of order for years (this year, there's a ridiculous sign that says "POS not working due to WiFi"), and it's clearly a joke. Someone should point out that they're obligated to accept it. Since they think they're smart, we're getting our ice cream elsewhere this year.

16/08/2026: The Wi-Fi hasn't worked for 4 years, and we've never received a receipt. This isn't fair, and if the Wi-Fi isn't working, they should close. The ice cream is average, good, but like so many others... Now they don't even accept cents... It's a bad impression for tourists.

08/08/2026: The food was decent, not bad, but BE CAREFUL. They're clearly trying to rip you off. They insisted I pay the 16% service charge on the bill as VAT. They marked it as a tip and forced me to pay it. When I objected, they backed down. They're damaging Italy's reputation. My advice is to stay away; it's pure fraud.

05/08/2026: We were in Venice yesterday and just wanted to relax with a drink. Before sitting down, we specifically asked if it was okay to order only drinks. They said yes, but that coffee and cappuccino weren't possible. That was perfectly fine with us. The location right on the water is beautiful, and the ambiance is truly idyllic. We give it full marks for that. Unfortunately, the wonderful impression was completely ruined by the service. The waiter brought our drinks, touching each glass by the rim and setting them down rather unceremoniously—no greeting, no smile, no friendly glance. We found this so unhygienic that we had to clean the glasses ourselves before drinking from them. For us, friendliness and respectful treatment of guests are just as essential to a good restaurant as a beautiful location. Sadly, we missed both here. It's a real shame, because with attentive and courteous service, this place would have been highly recommended.

11/07/2026: We stopped for drinks and cannole. Amazing poaition and view. Drinks were cold and the house connole was delicious. We found staff to be friendly and accommodating. One even had a water pistol to assist with the pigeon menace. Enjoyed our relaxing stoo here on a really hot day.
