18/12/2025: A shameful and humiliating experience. I went in and asked to use the bathroom because I was feeling sick; there was a long line at the register, and I had clearly explained that I would be seated immediately afterward to buy something. Not only was I denied use of the bathroom, but I was treated rudely, harshly, and humiliatingly, as if I were trying to take advantage of them or as if I were unworthy of respect. The person at the counter—a woman—rather than showing understanding, acted coldly and authoritatively, even standing in front of the bathroom door, as if to control me. I felt humiliated, embarrassed in front of the other customers, and treated like a problem, not a person. I would have expected a woman to show at least a modicum of empathy for another woman's discomfort. Here, however, there was zero humanity. Such behavior is unacceptable. I will never return and I strongly advise against this place.

30/07/2025: Buonissimi gli hamburger..ma troppo cari i prezzi soprattutto delle bibite e tempi d attesa lunghi nonostante il locale fosse praticamente vuoto. Non mi piace tutta questa tecnologia a tavola (chiama il cameriere con il qr, per il conto ecc) ho dato un voto positivo solo per gli hamburger che erano effettivamente buoni ma per il resto no, non mi è piaciuto.

09/11/2025: They forgot half the ingredients in my food? My spritz Hugo was served without elderberry, the glass was half full with only champagne and mint leaves. The bruschetta was on soft plain bread, and had arugula on top instead of basil (which is a key ingredient). When I asked I was told they didn’t have it. I wish they told me that before they served it to me.??? One star for the waitress who was working incredibly hard as the only server with a good attitude and she apologised.

01/12/2025: The staff were rude specially a guy named Nicole. There's only one bathroom on each floor so it's basically not clean at the most of the time. The staff literally cursed me in Italian once and think I would not understand and they do not provide good space at all also they want to act like they have a cool environment but they are just not after all shitty experience to be there.

28/11/2025: Knowing that those of us who use this type of accommodation don't usually take private taxis, and also knowing that there's a major vaporetto strike, they could at least bother to warn us about the complications this would cause for those of us who booked from Padua, for example, hoping to get to Venice, without even mentioning the difficulty of reaching the island where this hostel is located. It's a shame; I'm losing money because I can't get to my destination using transportation that suits my budget.

28/09/2025: I've been to this trattoria outside Caorle several times; the place is simple and authentic, with ample parking. At first glance, the owner seems a bit brusque, but once you get to know her, she's kind and approachable, remembering your preferences and making you feel immediately at ease. The menu is varied, the fish is fresh and perfectly cooked, the portions are generous, the service is quick, and the prices are fair. We always love returning.
