The divine pasta has the most beautiful combination of both hard, tough pieces with melt-in-your-mouth globs that makes for the most brilliant avant-garde textural experience. And if you’re lucky, you may just find the culinary surprise of a rogue pasta shape masquerading among the others! The pesto was a delightful lagoon of oil that perfectly lubricated every bite, leaving you with a beautiful, mirror-like sheen on your lips. The bolognese tasted like it was blessed by Frozone himself before embarking on a brief pilgrimage through the microwave and onto my plate. The pizza demonstrated a refreshing disregard for Italian tradition. It possessed a certain culinary roulette, as each bite left it to the imagination what flavor should be experienced. We were even fortunate enough to be approached by a local accordion player who gave us a private performance, solidifying an already unforgettable evening. I highly recommend this establishment!
