03/07/2025: Fueron groseros y nos ignoraron. El proyecto de ley Costaba 84 euros por dos trozos de tarta y dos refrescos de limón (sin alcohol). Parece que no les gustan los turistas. Evitar

03/06/2025: Nos detuvimos aquí mientras exploramos la zona cerca del Palacio Ducal y fue un placer perfecto. La tienda es encantadora y acogedora, y el helado fue uno de los mejores que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje. Cada cono fue servido generosamente, y cada sabor que probamos fue rico y cremoso. Fue una experiencia divertida para toda nuestra familia, y apreciamos especialmente lo fácil que fue navegar por el menú. Una pequeña parada genial si estás en la zona y necesitas un descanso fresco del calor.

02/10/2025: the hotel is a disaster the rooms are old, small and very non-functional. as for the restaurant the waiters are very unfriendly and unprofessional it happened to me that the waiter spat on me i also found a hair in the food. honestly i do not recommend it.

02/10/2025: Terrible hotel, disaster, staff are very rude, they only try to take the deposit, we often find hairs in the food, the heating doesn't work, there is no free internet, they don't allow us to sit on the terrace and make unpleasant scenes when they see us

19/06/2025: Très bon restaurant avec une magnifique petite terrasse fleurie au bord d' un canal . Linguini et dorade excellents. Très bon service avec découpe du poisson à table et des prix très corrects sur cette ile très très fréquentée

16/06/2025: Good service. Many options for food. Good friendly staff and the only restaurant that offered butter with bread :) Seafood options were good. Cuttle fish wasn’t really up to the avoid. Best to avoid. The tiramisu was outstanding.. a must try.

10/10/2025: I waited 10 minutes for two coffees, and when I asked for the second time how long it was, I was met with a very rude "I'm coming." And to make sure I didn't miss out, while I was looking at the desserts, I even found some "company." Really disgusting.

30/09/2025: DISHONEST BUSINESS. Some of the plates were as expected and fair. However one of our appetizers was beef carpaccio but we didn't pay attention to the price. We discover on the bill at the end that it was 38 euros for a rather small portion (our bad for not looking at the price before). I often have carpaccio, and in high end restaurants too, but what we had was not up the it's price. Worst of all were the Crepe Suzette at 23 euros. What we recieved were regular crepe with strawberry sauce. We informed the waiter and we were told that the restaurant had its own version of Crepe Suzette and they were aware that it couldn't be compare to real crepe Suzette. We still had to pay for it. There are also the tip issue mentioned by others ... Charging 16% on the bill and then trying to have another 15%. Overall they didn't care any of our comments and wanted us to pay the bill and leave.

29/09/2025: Very fast service (dishes served at the same time as the aperitif). A lot of expenses (services, music, etc.) result: a cocktail, a coke, and 2 pasta dishes for €101! Much too expensive for the quality/price ratio

17/07/2025: Loved our meal , best we’ve had in Venice. Ordered Carbonara and Arriabata , was delicious. Centrally located and a quaint garden patio. The owner checked on us to see if we were happy. Service was excellent on attentive

20/06/2025: Gran comida y personal maravilloso! He estado aquí varias veces en mi viaje y esta vez tuve los tortellini y fue increíble! Su postre es fantástico y todo el ambiente era increíble

08/10/2025: IT'S A SCAM! There was a price list on the wall and on the restaurant's menu. The large cappuccino I ordered was €2.50, and they charged me €5. On top of that, it wasn't even a cappuccino, it was a terrible latte. Then the large latte macchiato was more of the same; it was another latte and also €5 when the price list said it was €3.00. Two macaroons that cost €2 were charged €2.50, so out of the €10 we had to pay, we ended up paying €15. I complained to the waiter, and he told me that since it was a takeaway, they charged more. Seriously? Since when do they charge for takeaway? I've never seen this anywhere. Not at all recommended. If you don't want to be ripped off, don't go near them! By the way, the friendliness was completely nonexistent, because it seemed like they were doing you a favor by serving you. I'm waiting for them to contact me to return this stolen money.

23/09/2025: Grazie mille!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! We went into the bar for a break and ordered an espresso, but my companion said he lost his smartphone. 💦 (We were still early in our trip, so losing our phone at this point would be no laughing matter.) I frantically called, and someone answered! But it was in Italian, so I couldn't understand a thing. 💦 But then, someone from the bar overheard us (who happened to have it on speaker) ran out of the bar and somehow managed to get it back! Thanks to that, nothing serious happened, and I was so grateful! We only ordered an espresso, so I don't know the food, but they were very kind.

20/09/2025: Positive: The order was taken quickly, and the drinks were also brought promptly. The food is very overpriced and of poor quality (probably microwaved). The gnocchi were a child's portion. It wouldn't fill an adult!

07/10/2025: The food was really good and not expensive. Not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe we were lucky but it was a nice experience for us next to the water. They have gluten free options which is great. I do not put 5 stars because of the mandatory 12.5% in the ticket which felt odd.

16/08/2025: Very unprofessional staff — after 15 minutes they brought us the bill without us even asking for it, and they kept looking at us as if they wanted us to leave, just because we only sat down for a drink and not for lunch.

30/08/2025: It's a shame that the staff is no longer ambitious at the end of August. My impression is that it seems that no one is happy anymore... We are usually very satisfied with the beach bars in Jesolo... maybe next year will be better.

30/08/2025: The bar always closed whenever it rained lightly. The umbrellas were immediately closed. Our beer glasses were taken away, and we had to pour our beer into plastic cups. There are far better places.

29/09/2025: But at least train your employees... working for Diemme and not knowing the basics of a perfect espresso takes away the company's credibility.

20/09/2025: This afternoon I stopped by the bar for a couple of coffees ☕️☕️ I have to say, the guy at the cash register was really kind 😊, the tall, smiling girl was very courteous and helpful 🌸. I always love the atmosphere, with a beautiful view that makes even a simple break special 💖. Unfortunately, the only downside was a small, slightly plump barista with glasses 👓 who glared at us and then rudely served our coffees, shoving them in front of us 😔… I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but it would have been better not to take it out on the customers. I love the place and I've been there before with pleasure ✨ I would have given it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but it's a real shame about the service on that occasion.

05/10/2025: I treated myself to some ice cream here – the portion was really generous, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was warm and friendly, and I felt welcome. Unfortunately, the ice cream tasted rather average – I wasn't particularly impressed. What I found disappointing was that they only accepted cash payments.

11/10/2025: 6 euros for a spritz in Venice is simply unacceptable for a Venetian, my ass! And without an olive, an orange, or two chips... and stand up! Cori, go to hell!

05/10/2025: Exceptional place, typical Venetian tavern, truly exceptional cichetti. The waiter or manager is really apprehensive, helpful, friendly, and a kind person. For my daughter who is celiac, he managed to make her cichettare, as they say here, without any problem. The John Dory fillet was exceptional, so much courtesy. The boys/girls are kind. If I return to Venice, I will stop by again.... I RECOMMEND IT!!!!!! 🥳💪
