26/10/2025: This place is an absolute disgrace. The staff were openly rude and racist toward Asian or non-White customers - it was so bad we walked out without even ordering. And after confrontation, they waved us out the shop! What’s worse is that I later saw plenty of other reviews describing the same disgusting behaviour. Clearly, this isn’t a one-time incident but a pattern. Venice has too many amazing restaurants to waste a second on a place this hateful.

26/10/2025: We visited this bakery and asked the staff some questions about how the food was prepared due to specific dietary needs. The owner, who was seated nearby, appeared irritated and began questioning us in a rude and disrespectful manner. His comments were racially insensitive — he asked where we were from, and when we said the UK, he insisted, “No, you are Indians! Say you are from India!” It was an uncomfortable and discriminatory encounter. Very disappointing experience.

21/10/2025: We had an excellent experience at this Chinese restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty, with authentic and original flavors that really stood out. Every dish was full of freshness and perfectly seasoned. The quality and presentation were impressive, and it truly felt like genuine Chinese cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys delicious, authentic flavors!

23/10/2025: Well, what a bad experience at this place. I was there in March 2024, but I hadn't had such a bad experience in years. Sometimes you're taken by acquaintances, come and see, it's nice and you eat fish... but I didn't find it good at all. The fact is, I tried it and then it remained on the plate. I tried risotto from someone who had ordered it, it was overcooked and made early. Then, out of curiosity, we tried a pizza slice, but... it was just what I imagined it would be. The service is quite slow, perhaps the kitchen isn't up to the task of satisfying all the tables, you have to wait. Goodbye.

26/10/2025: We ordered 13 pizzas, only 9 arrived, and they were frozen. The girl on the phone told us it wasn't her problem and that we had to call Delivero if we wanted the other pizzas we'd already paid for or a refund. They also arrived 90 minutes after we ordered them. It's not the first time, the other time they got the flavors wrong, and they were frozen, too. Never again. A terrible experience.

10/10/2025: Very good pizza, but overpriced. Two regular slices of pizza (one margherita, one small mozzarella and sausage slice, and a half mineral water) cost €22.30. Crazy.

25/10/2025: Interesting bakery... Location needs updating. The leavened bread and pizza are all excellent. The sweets aren't my cup of tea. Little parking and uncomfortable. I can't say anything about the service. I'll return from time to time.

25/09/2025: Bakery with groceries, pizzas, and exceptional bread. I recommend the crispy ciabatta and the ancient grain bread. A bar area with aperitifs. I recommend a visit.

29/09/2025: If you ever going to be near this place, you definitely have to stop by this super English friendly coffee shop, for amazing atmosphere, more than welcoming and warm behaviour from the staff. And coffee, speaks for herself!

14/10/2025: A word of advice, don't stop, move on. The meat isn't particularly unpleasant. To get a feel for the character, look at the reviews; when it's a good comment, it's acceptable, but when you make a simple criticism, it's unpleasant, even aggressive.

09/10/2025: The atmosphere here immediately transports you to Morocco; it's all very traditional. The owner runs the place herself, hustling from the kitchen to the dining room, and is always courteous and helpful. She makes you feel at home, explaining everything carefully if you're unfamiliar with the dishes, and if you're vegetarian, she always finds delicious alternatives. The food speaks for itself; the desserts are a must-try! Whether for breakfast, afternoon tea, or after dinner, the lady's desserts are out of this world. I recommend ending the evening with a nice Moroccan coffee.

30/04/2025: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dopo due anni dalla prima volta, ma siamo rimasti meno soddisfatti:menu meno vario, qualità della cucina mediocre(il fegato alla veneziana era troppo asciutto) , rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente

22/04/2025: Sulla location non si discute, sarà pure un ottimo posto per un aperitivo, ma se ti fermi per cena troverai prezzi esosi e un buco nello stomaco a causa di porzioni bonsai. Ok posso pure accettare che in questo posto non vai per sfamarti ma allora non chiamare nel menu un piatto " piovra" quando poi servi quattro (dico n° 4) piccoli tentacoli bolliti di polpo (scongelato riscaldato ) con ai quattro angoli del piatto quattro (dico n° 4) puntine di cavolo romanesco con una salsina gialla per 24,80 euro ! Non presentarti con il "fegato alla venexiana" quando devi andarlo a cercare in un angolino del piatto e che in due forchettate sparisce 22,80 euro! Ho chiesto 2 calici di vino della casa e mi hai portato due calici dai quali aveva evidentemente gia' bevuto qualcuno essendoci solo il fondo (massimo 1,5 cm di altezza)! Ma come puoi farmi pagare un piatto di pasta aglio ed olio 20,80 euro? Ok ti pago la location ma il biglietto per visitare il Palazzo dei Dogi costa meno! e poi il piatto di amatriciana 20,80 euro lo hai colorato con polvere di oro o per principio ogni primo piatto deve costare questa cifra? Ma il biglietto per cenare vista canal Grande non te lo avevo già pagato col coperto? 4 euro a persona! Caro Ristoratore , se prenoto una cena presso il tuo locale é perché voglio passare una bella serata con la mia famiglia, Immagino che mangerò bene e sono ben predisposto a spendere, so bene che non ho prenotato presso un agriturismo, ho scelto io di cenare in un posto unico, ma se il cibo che mi porti è scarso in qualità e quantità, se il livello della tua cucina non va oltre la pasta aglio, olio e peperoncino allora.....

12/11/2025: Unfortunately, the reputation doesn't match the location now! We were quite disappointed with the way the place is kept; the service and staff, while friendly, don't convey the place's history. The prices are high, yes, but they're not appropriate for the current location...a mess, small, and confusing. Let's just say that when you walk in, you expect more...a real shame.

11/11/2025: Absolutely overpriced cocktails served in cheap toothbrush glasses. Not a single local in the place, just tourists willing to pay anything for the place's reputation. Never again.

18/10/2025: We arrived a little late, but they offered us dishes from the menu. Everything was delicious. The children's menu is free, which is a huge plus if you're with children.

16/10/2025: Decent fusilli, good cutlet, service a bit slow and above all expensive, charred grilled courgettes.

28/06/2025: After two weeks of pizza and pasta, we decided on Lebanese food in Venice and were not disappointed. Absolutely delicious and friendly service. Highly recommended!

23/10/2025: A classic tourist trap. Low-quality food and drinks at ridiculous prices in St. Mark's Square. A particularly serious issue is the lack of cleanliness, even if you have children. Stay away.

21/10/2025: There’s probably no better place for a sweet breakfast at St. Mark’s Square in Venice. Delicious coffee, tasty croissants, friendly and elegantly dressed staff, a beautiful view of the square, and the perfect weather — simply dolce far niente! We highly recommend taking a moment to relax and enjoy this experience.

02/05/2025: Piatti buonissimi, servizio veloce.....forse anche troppo (in 40 minuti abbiamo cenato). Sgradevole il proprietario che ai complimenti del mio amico non ha risposto e ha assunto un atteggiamento di sufficienza. Inoltre lo ha fatto alzare da tavola ben quattro volte per far passare persone al tavolo vicino mentre stavamo mangiando. Probabilmente un corso intensivo di cortesia non gli farebbe male. Prezzo in linea, ma con il modo di fare "dentro uno e fuori l'altro " sembra una mensa.

02/05/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto! Spaghetti alle vongole perfetti, saporiti e ben mantecati. La frittura mista servita a forma di piramide è un'idea geniale, oltre a essere croccante e leggerissima. Personale molto bravo e professionale. Consigliatissimo!
