26/04/2025: Nice cafe located in an idyllic place. best aperol spritz in venice. great bruschette. courteous and quick service. and yes, you first ask whether something is free and where you can sit down, but that's also appropriate (not just here).

23/02/2025: I paid €9 for a pizza with VERY FEW FRIES AND VERY FEW PIECES OF SALAMI. €9 is already a lot for a pizza like this, imagine if there are so few toppings on it! I even took photos as proof, not having seen what it looked like in the pizzeria, I noticed it when I got home. I don't recommend coming here, paying €10 for a pizza and receiving so little attention and such poor service is absolutely not right.

21/03/2025: Very good tasty gelato however, we ordered 2 grande and 2 bigger sizes. Thing is the server only count 3 of those which got messy later .... Probably held up the line We also ordered 1 espresso however it took more than 10 minutes to arrive. She had served at least 15 costumers too... She was all by herself too so i am not complaining that much, but still.... it took lonnng time for a small espresso

23/04/2025: Pizza aubergine zucchini and raw ham. Raw aubergines without salt, tasteless zucchini, and completely tasteless tomato. Pizza dough was decent. The only thing that gave flavour to the pizza was the ham. The second pizza was tuna and onion, full of oil. Perhaps the tuna was not squeezed well. Not a positive experience. Not to be returned!

13/04/2025: A mixed experience at the Roxy Restaurant du Lido. The decor is pretty and tempting, and the blonde waitress and the owner are adorable - too bad the atmosphere is tarnished by an unfriendly young brunette waitress, who literally drags her feet. Be careful with the fresh fish antipasti: no prices indicated on the menu, surprise in the bill with 20€ charged. We had two risottos of the day (dried and dry ink): very little quantity, they looked like child's portions. At €23 a plate, you expect to come away satisfied, which was not the case. I'll let you judge for yourself with the photo. Little sad scene at the next table: two customers returned their risottos, still had to pay for everything... and ended up going to eat arancini at the kebab shop next door. That says a lot. An address that could be really nice, but the value for money needs to be seriously reconsidered.

20/03/2025: Assolutamente da consiglia ! Cibo buono, pesce fresco, accoglienza top !! I ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi, mia figlia non si sentiva molto bene ed è stata iper coccolata. Io e mio marito abbiamo mangiato e i piatti erano davvero squisiti. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare anche i dolci che questa sera non abbiamo preso…

16/03/2025: Atmosfera tipica veneziana, molto intimo e con pochi tavoli all’interno. Ottimo pesce, bene preparato. Ho preferito i secondi piatti ai primi. Trancio di branzino era davvero buono. Ottimi anche i dolci. Non abbiamo preso il fritto ma aveva un aspetto d’avvero ottimo. Mi piacerebbe tornare con la bella stagione per mangiare all’aperto sul canale.

03/05/2025: Rip-off place advertising cichetti at the table for 12 euro and silently then charging 5 euro cover fee per person while not allowing you to choose the cichetti and making you sit at the table with other people. And the cichetti are not even good. Do not go, choose another nice authentic place that treats customers fairly.

02/05/2025: Nous avons pris le mix de la mer et le mix de la terre. Tout était très bon et le service est au top. La cuisson était parfaite.

09/09/2024: NON ANDATE, se volete spendere per mangiare male ragazzi fate voi, l’anno scorso sono andata e posso assicurare che si eravamo trovati bene, il cassiere si è rifiutato di accoglierci alla cassa ed è stata costretta a venire la cameriera. NON DICO ALTRO, si vergognavano pure loro per i piatti che uscivano dalla cucina e per il disagio dei clienti, pasta precotta (confermato dalla cameriera) vongole insapore, pizza surgelata ricoperta di mozzarella e gommosa, pesce fritto surgelato. mi fermo qui

29/04/2025: Terrible experience. We decided to stop at the Prebateo restaurant in Venice, but we immediately regretted it. The place was in disastrous hygienic conditions: cobwebs (with spiders) and dust everywhere, with dangerous cables above our heads — a real danger. The pizzas were obviously frozen, hard and tasteless, really disappointing. A friend of ours ordered a grilled fillet of meat: a tiny square, 5 cm by 5 cm, paid a whopping €20… an absurd price for such a ridiculous portion. To conclude, when it came to the bill there were suspicious roundings: they made us pay €2 more without any justification, inflating the figures incorrectly. Absolutely not recommended. Dirty place, mediocre food and poor honesty in the prices.

24/04/2025: We loved it!! They are very attentive and friendly.

17/01/2025: 2 pizza's + 37,5 cl wijn = 48 euro ! De pizza's waaren redelijk goedkoop maar smakeloos. Het ergste was echter de prijs van de wijn en de manier waarop die ons werd opgedrongen ! We vroegen gewoon 2 glazen wijn maar de ober zei onmiddellijk : "misschien beter een kleine fles ?" Onze eigen schuld natuurlijk dat we niet naar de prijs vroegen... 24 euro voor 37,5 cl (3 glazen wijn). Een toeristenval !

11/11/2024: El servicio pésimo. Preguntamos si había menú y nos dicen que no, que solo carta. Conforme iba entrando gente (entiendo venecianos) les daban un pequeño papel con un menú (obviamente más económico). Si eres turista te van a colar la carta solo por ser de fuera, es una vergüenza. Y si pedís algo que no sea pizza (hay que ser merluzo para hacer mal una pizza) la comida es mediocre tirando a mala (en alguna reseña hablan de intoxicación con el pescado). Trampa para turistas con servicio pésimo.
