18/01/2026: My husband and I had our first chicken and fries today. It was well cooked, tasty, and the service was good.
Special thanks to Martina, who, while we were eating the chicken with our hands, had the foresight to notice and bring us napkins (even though there were a lot of people at the tables).
Small gestures that make us feel welcome and even come back!
18/01/2026: We ate cockerel and water... tender and spicy, very pleasant to the taste and touch... I ate it with my hands and what really struck me was that a waitress brought us wet wipes without asking... I asked for her name to also review her skills... thank you Martina, a petite, smiling, kind and very attentive girl.

You can hear the music outside, but you can't hear it once you're inside.
The atmosphere inside is lovely 💓
You pay for the atmosphere. Everything is expensive! Amazing!
I ordered a Mont Blanc, but it was quite sweet for Japanese people. The tea was just average 🫖
10/11/2025: Undoubtedly a centuries-old and legendary place for aesthetes, and against this background, prices are 4 times higher than in the average restaurant outside Venice; you might also be asked to pay 7 euros for the music)

03/01/2026: I was astonished by the boldness of the staff behind the counter. They asked us to take our cups back to the counter!! Commenting on how we should learn from foreigners! Absurd! But I say...do you know that the customer pays your salary? In Piazza San Marco??? I await an explanation. With an attitude like that, the future is beyond uncertain...
31/12/2025: The location is breathtaking. The service brings the ordered drinks once, but then disappears. A bottle of wine costs about seven times as much here as in a shop – which, in my opinion, is clearly overpriced.

20/12/2025: I would avoid this place if I were you. Scammy pricing tactics lure you in promising €10 pasta, however, if you get any drinks that's where they get you. Pasta is below average and definitely not freshly cooked. Outrageous €7.5 price for a small beer from the tap (which is conveniently not listed on the menu) and on top of that €2 per person non-optional service charge for no service (mind you have to both order and pay at the counter). Best to dine elsewhere even if more expensive but honest and upfront.
P.S. just noticed a review about the toilet cleanliness and out-of-service tap from 7 months ago. This is still the case today.
07/12/2025: We took advantage of Happy Hour and ordered a Spritz. The service was very good, and it's fine as a snack stop, nothing fancy.

22/01/2026: THE worst McDonalds on the planet. At this point just close this location, people here don't care about making t food. I have been to McDonalds in the US, Europe and Asia. In Europe probably at at least 20 locations including in countries: France, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, etc. And this McDonalds in Venice is the worst one so far! We went here as a joke and ended realizing that it is a horrid place. This location can't even make a Big Mac, let alone other dishes. Stay away if you like Maca's, this place will break your soul.

27/09/2025: The service was like at the end of a vacation - the employees seemed tired and fed up with tourists 🫣. What we were served was good - just more expensive than other locations in the area.
06/09/2025: This bar has always been a go-to place for a quick break. However, I find that recently charging $2.50 for a cappuccino is excessive and inappropriate (we're not even that far away).
