18/11/2025: I booked a table for Sunday dinner through the app the restaurant is registered with, but the restaurant was closed without any notice or sign. Any problem can happen, I thought, but reading other reviews, it's quite normal and frequent. So if you want to go to this restaurant, once you've booked through the app, be sure to call to find out if it's actually open. It's a shame because I was curious to try it, but I hope I get to.

06/08/2025: We visited the place at 06-th August 2025, Wednesday, at 20:00. The place is closed without any announcement.

19/12/2025: We were walking the street and see the 50% discount sign on the window. We went to inside and Ricardo helped us about our choices. My friends got margaritas and I got the pizza with tuna and it was amazing. He got warmed the pizzas for us. Thank you so much Ricardo you’re a really helpful, friendly and polite person. He gave us cookies also. Pizzas are great, hospitality and service are awesome thanks again.

Unfortunately, for those seeking seafood cuisine that respects the raw ingredients and service that understands the fundamentals of hospitality, today's experience proved to be a regrettable dissonance. ​The Start and the "Laying Bare" of the Fish We began with the crudités. While the basic flavor wasn't unpleasant, the complete lack of attention to cleanliness made the meal an exercise in patience: constantly encountering unremoved scales transforms the pleasure of tasting into a tactile nuisance that could be avoided with simple technical skill. Added to this is the management of condiments that is, to say the least, peculiar: oil, salt, pepper, and lemon are not standard tableware items, but must be expressly requested, as if enhancing the dish were an optional extra at the customer's expense. The Chaos of Synchrony and the Enigma of the First Courses For the second half of the meal, we requested the first courses, the grilled meat, and the fried fish, be delivered simultaneously. While the grilled meat exhibited the same lack of cleanliness as the appetizer, the real crunch came with the first courses. Although the clam and shellfish sauce was delicious, the pasta—both the gnocchi and the calamarata—was so undercooked that it was indigestible. The consistency was that of a synthesis of raw starch that literally stuck to our teeth, making chewing unpleasant, so much so that we were forced to consume only the sauce and abandon the pasta on our plate. The Roulette of Service The service proceeded by trial and error: we witnessed a waltz of dishes intended for other tables and systematically rejected, a managerial disarray that probably explains why our mixed fried fish never reached its destination. Faced with such confusion, we preferred not to wait any longer, even forgoing coffee to avoid further risks. ​The epilogue at the checkout: between speculation and embarrassment The highlight of the experience, however, was not culinary, but relational. Heading to the checkout with the intention of settling the bill without demanding any discount—despite the obvious poor service—I thought it appropriate to offer constructive criticism to the lady in charge regarding the inedibility of the pasta. ​The reaction, rather than professional or attentive, was disorganized: the lady promptly headed to the kitchen to inspect the dishes, then returned with the arrogant pretense of contradicting our judgment because, in her opinion, the first courses had been consumed. The fact that we had eaten the fish out of hunger, leaving the pasta uncooked, seemed too complex to grasp. The height of the insult was reached with the insinuation that we had "cunningly" avoided paying for the fried food. A phrase bordering on defamation. Dear Madam, before writing such nasty accusations, I would suggest you consult your security camera footage and have the courage to accuse only after verifying that the dish never left the kitchen to reach our table. As for us, our "cunning" will manifest itself from now on in a very simple way: by choosing a destination where education and competence are at home.

25/03/2026: Terrible experience, bordering on mockery. Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences in recent memory. Two of us ordered the tuna tagliata: we received an embarrassing portion, looking like leftovers from a plate. It was served without a word, as if everything were normal. Only when I pointed this out to the waitress ("Is this the whole tagliata?") did she respond with, "Yeah, but I'll charge you half price." Absurd. If I hadn't said anything, they would have ignored it. The waitress tried to take the blame, but it's clear the problem stems from the kitchen: you don't serve a dish like that at that price (€23–€25) and hope the customer won't notice. As if that weren't enough, a pasta with clams with... 4 clams (photo in hand). Mediocre fish quality, ridiculous portions, and a completely off-the-charts quality-to-price ratio. Totally disrespectful customer experience. Never again.

07/01/2026: We came in this morning to get some pastries. Minimum tray of 12, which is already irritating me. Wide selection of single-serving pastries. Only buy the box of the package because the rest was absolutely ZERO. We got single-serving pastries in different flavors, all tasteless, it was like eating soft sponge cakes. Lobster tails that tasted like chemicals. I'm sorry, but €15.50 is truly a rip-off for not even a single tray in the box. Sorry, but never again. Absolutely not recommended.

26/12/2025: For years, panettone surpassed any pastry shop, but this year's panettone disappointed our expectations, the quality being worse than that of a supermarket panettone.

20/02/2026: This morning we ordered six cupcakes through Deliveroo. They arrived with dry batter, which seemed old. I left a review, and after a phone call with the owner, who assured me she'd baked them before delivering them, the review was flagged as inappropriate. Disgraceful behavior, to say the least. Leaving negative reviews isn't accepted. They've lost a customer. Since criticism isn't accepted... I didn't eat six cupcakes myself, but another person I was with noticed the same problem of dry batter. As I mentioned on the phone, they seemed old.

16/02/2026: This pastry shop is very close to our house, but we'd never been there before. We needed an emergency birthday cake. The owner was very kind in helping us, and the cake was amazing in taste and appearance...a 9. We would have given it a 10 if the sponge cake, so fragrant and soft, had been a little moister, but that's just a matter of personal preference. Anyway, the cake was excellent, and the service was excellent. Already advertised. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again. Francesco L.

15/10/2025: TL;DR: It's fine for a night or two. Very convenient location by the sea and parking available. The rooms are a bit dated, but for the price (50 a night for two), it's more than adequate. The only downside is the shower in front of the toilet, but for the price, you're happy with it. Also, the breakfast buffet (included) was plentiful and of much higher quality than we expected given the price per night.

17/09/2025: The hotel is dated but clean. The breakfast is plentiful, both sweet and savory. The staff is very attentive to your every need. The price is fair considering that parking and the beach are included. It is also located near the square, and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, and shops of all kinds to choose from.

29/01/2026: Nice place... too bad the ladies at the counter are incredibly frustrating!!!! They answer you rudely, if you ask them for anything more they look at you annoyed.... Definitely if you want to start the day with a good coffee,,, this is no longer the right place!!!

01/01/2026: I have been frequenting the pastry shop on Via Mestrina for years now and it feels like home to me. I adore Michela, Clelia, Jennifer, and Veronica, always kind and smiling... Not to mention the high quality of the products!

05/10/2025: An excellent family-run Chinese restaurant, offering delicious food cooked with expert care, friendly staff, and a good value. We'll definitely be returning. It's easily accessible from Venice, just a three-minute walk from the piers in Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta. This restaurant also has a small outdoor terrace shaded by the trees on Via Perasto, a side street off the Gran Viale in Lido di Venezia, making it a great place to sit in the summer. The interior is clean, tidy, and welcoming. I've attached some photos.

24/01/2026: Now, as if the unworthiness of the place weren't enough, it's worth remembering that, having booked well in advance, we were nonetheless left to stand there like tormented souls. For over a full hour, we remained in idle and humiliating waiting, without any local servant deigning to seat us or to offer us any explanation beyond silence or vague, unfulfilled promises. This treatment, more appropriate for a stable than a public establishment, demonstrates a total lack of respect for others and a disorganization worthy of a market on a stormy day. What good is it to book if you're treated worse than a chance visitor?
