Il personale è cortese e sorridente. Sono molto disponibili. Con i clienti abituali o i dipendenti che lavorano al centro commerciale si ricordano le consumazioni fatte regolarmente ed è bello perché ti senti ancora più coccolato. Hanno un sacco di tipi di panini per pranzo molto buoni. Sono molto buoni i toastoni con pane ai cereali, il club sandwich e i rotolini ripieni quelli con il pane da piadina. Fanno insalatone. Le brioches sono veramente buone e super ripiene, hanno anche le bigusto e il kiefer. Caffè veramente buono. Hanno il ginseng. Dalla tarda mattinata si trovano anche alcune paste tipo puncetti, pasta di mandorle,ricotta... Ci sono posti a sedere sia bassi che alti. Ottimo anche per fare aperitivo.
