first restaurant in Bibbione that I visited that actually had more vegetarian options than pasta with tomato sauce! I'm very positive about this place. The food came out well cooked and simply tasty. I ate the tagliatelle with grilled vegetables and it was really good. Finally spmething else than tomatoes. DEFINITELY bring your vegetarian friends here out of all the places in Bibbione

Food and drinks were very good. Staff extremely friendly. It's located a bit off the main shopping street and therefore very quiet, with a few shops nearby.

Year after year – top-notch food, but room for improvement in service and online presence ⭐⭐⭐ Since 2016, visiting this place has been a fixed ritual for my friends and me. I've been eating their pizza for years and am absolutely thrilled with it. This year I had the Diavola again: the dough has even improved! Thanks to the fresh Fior di Latte mozzarella, it was a bit milder this time, so I had to add a tiny bit of salt – but salt was available on the table. The sauce could use a touch more seasoning for my taste, but that's nitpicking. Along with the cold, refreshing mineral water, the €12 was money well spent. The food alone deserves a clear 4 stars! However, aside from the kitchen, there are a few areas for improvement in the service: unfortunately, breadsticks or bread baskets aren't offered at individual tables. Furthermore, it's somewhat inconvenient that you have to go to the counter to pay, even though you've been served directly at your table the entire time. However, I find it perfectly acceptable that you have to wait at the entrance to be seated and that appropriate attire (no beachwear) is required; this adds structure to the experience. The overall impression is somewhat dampened, though, by the way the establishment handles online criticism. Reading through older guest reviews, the owner's sometimes very harsh, unprofessional, and almost threatening responses to critical reviews stand out. Even if the criticism is unjustified, such an aggressive tone online is absolutely unworthy of a good host. Unfortunately, this doesn't fit at all with the otherwise stylish ambiance of the establishment and casts a shadow on the otherwise excellent food. Conclusion: The food remains a recommendation, but the service and online behavior bring the overall experience down to 3 stars.

The highlight of my holiday in Bibione! After all, the way to the heart is through the stomach! The pizza and pasta were a culinary delight, and the dessert was absolutely divine. The service was incredibly warm and attentive. My dog ​​and I felt completely at ease. The restaurant is modern and comfortably furnished. The value for money is excellent.
