19/06/2025: Food very good, service also very friendly and helpful

18/06/2025: The expectations of the beautiful dishes published on the site were definitely disappointed! I ordered a salad including Taggiasca olives, shrimp, tomatoes and a mozzarella bite! Too bad the olives were not seen, the fresh mozzarella was replaced by a handful of mozzarella threads from the pizza and the 3-slice tomatoes were obviously overcooked! The shrimp in the photo were probably the parents of those I found on my plate! I pointed this out at the time of payment and I was offered a discount! A whopping €3, which on the receipt was the cost of the olives being crossed out! I expected better treatment. I suggest respecting the photos or changing them and respecting the menu above all so as not to disrespect the customers! Honestly, I felt "mocked".

Nos atendió una mujer en una camisa roja que no podía encontrar una sonrisa hasta que nos íbamos - la mujer en un short negro detrás del coche era simplemente encantador. La comida era buena pero cara para la zona y se equivocaron de orden - en general este bar tiene la capacidad de ser brillante, pero la mujer malhumorada que sirve la comida impactará la experiencia

06/05/2025: Recomendado como parte de un tour en TripAdvisor libro sobre Venecia. No decepcionó. Grandes tapas y una copa de prosecco. Definitivamente divertido en la planta baja. Tire sus cosas en una mesa y luego vuelva y pida sus tapas y bebidas.

05/08/2025: Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was a big disappointment. Right upon entering, we noticed an unpleasant smell that was far from welcoming. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed, even though the place was nearly empty. when it arrived, it was barely warm. The dishes looked carelessly put together and tasted bland, some even inedible. Especially disappointing was. the meat, which was tough and dry. Cleanliness also didn’t seem to be a priority — both the tables and the cutlery were not properly cleaned. All in all, a very disappointing experience that we won’t be repeating anytime soon. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place at all.

04/08/2025: Everything is too expensive. The waiter asks where we're from. We replied "Germany," to which the waiter told us we had to pay an extra 1 euro per dish and drink. Unfortunately, that's completely unacceptable; all guests should be treated equally. High-level racism against German tourists. Unfortunately, I have to give this shabby place 1 star. Germans, stay away!!!

29/04/2025: Very bad experience. we decided to stop at the Prebateo restaurant in Venice, but we immediately regretted it. The place was in disastrous hygienic conditions: cobwebs (with spiders) and dust everywhere, with unsafe cables above our heads - a real danger. The pizzas were obviously frozen, hard and tasteless, really disappointing. A friend of ours ordered a grilled fillet of meat: a tiny square, 5 cm by 5 cm, paid a whopping €20... an absurd price for such a ridiculous portion. To conclude, at the time of the bill there were suspicious roundings: they made us pay €2 more without any justification, inflating the figures incorrectly. Absolutely not recommended. Dirty place, mediocre food and poor honesty in prices.

08/06/2025: Overpriced and not very good quality food they will try to overwhelm you with better wines and better supposedly dishes. Please go somewhere else in Venice and stay away from this restaurant. Service is so bad we didn't see the waiter until he come to bring us the check..... no one asked us how was our food after being served. For a 300 for dinner please go somewhere else. They also added a 12% service fee claiming it was a tax from the city while we have been in Venice for 2 days no other restaurant charged a city tax.

23/04/2025: The service was very friendly. The food was delicious and very fresh. There was a large selection on site, and of course there were also different menus. It's perfect to try out because there's something for everyone. Everything is freshly prepared, which is really important. The prices are very good. A lovely experience, we recommend it!

20/07/2025: You can forget about it completely. The meal came with pre-baked rolls. I've never had such a lackluster tomato and mozzarella salad at home, not to mention the bruschetta. The pasta was apparently from a convenience store, and that's exactly what it tasted like. The risotto was the worst thing I've ever eaten. And it wasn't cheap for convenience store food.

08/02/2025: Giving 4 stars seems exaggerated to me as are those who give 1 star. It's a restaurant attached to the hotel. You enter and it looks more like a casual diner. I found it clean and tidy. The portions are very generous, the service needs to be reviewed a bit in my opinion as well as the timing of the dishes brought to the table. However, the value for money is definitely there. 3 pasta dishes 2 unfinished 1 cutlet with side dish eaten with difficulty because already full of baked potatoes (very good) 1 liter of wine water 1 coke €50

03/08/2025: The location is nice and welcoming, with bright lights and tables near the canal, but as soon as you read the menu, you wonder if you've landed in a three-Michelin-star restaurant... We decided to try the food anyway. The grilled ingredients were 50% good and 50%...in my opinion, not worth €25...the peppered mussels (we're unsure about their freshness) were cold, the sauce was nonexistent, and we paid a €3 cover charge (standard with a paper napkin; I would have expected at least a lemon towel...). I wouldn't recommend it for food; it's too expensive and not everything is tasty. But for a drink, the place is nice and the staff are friendly.
