22/02/2025: Questo ristorante è il classico ristorante turistico che puoi trovare a Venezia: menù turistico, proprietari cinesi, cibo passabile. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è il massimo, ma va bene contando che è in una buona posizione vicina a San Marco.

06/02/2025: Il y a un serveur à l'extérieur mais qui ne vous agresse pas pendant que vous regardez la carte ou qui essaie de vous forcer. Juste là pour vous renseigner donc très bien. Le cadre intérieur est très joli, serveurs agréables. La carte possède du choix,les plats sont copieux et de qualité, pâtes, pizza et sa pâte, tiramisu. Impeccable.

17/09/2024: Excellent experience, ate both first courses and pizza, I must say everything was very good. The prices are honest, the service excellent. The staff very friendly and nice. If you want a pleasant lunch or dinner in a very nice and warm environment, I recommend it

06/04/2025: Today my husband and I decided to stop for lunch at Gigetto. I've always known this restaurant even though I hadn't been there for years and years but I always had the perception that the food was good given how many years I've been in the square and instead we were very disappointed. Two first courses of spaghetti with clams, raw and with very few clams, I pointed this out to the waiter and he kindly brought us two first courses that were slightly better cooked but which left something to be desired for the 15 euro price list requested! My husband ordered a second course consisting of a cutlet and some fried potatoes, the dish arrived, there was the cutlet soaked in oil and dark and the chips equally dark but I wonder.... do you expect people to really give you money blindly? Or instead, by doing this, people will realize that the mass is not worth the candle?? The owner, who I was thinking about, spoke for a bit and when my husband asked if he had some bread while we waited, he replied No, he wouldn't give it to him otherwise he would eat it all.....but what kind of talk is that? Meanwhile, everyone ate the bread and then didn't ask for the gold, it's you who have crazy prices for what you offer, take a course in good cooking and etiquette, what better! NOT RECOMMENDED!

06/04/2025: I am very disappointed it was the first time and also the last undercooked spaghetti not only to me but also other people complained I order a second one a cutlet full of oil and black fried potatoes inedible and I also paid for the parking and a technique to make cash first and last time

16/03/2025: I don't usually do reviews regardless of how good or bad I find a place, but this time it's a must. For two, 90 euros for lunch for a divided starter, two first courses, a divided second course and two side dishes, a water and half a liter of wine. And so far, that would be fine too…. If only it hadn't ALL been frozen. There wasn't even a decent dish, one more inedible than the other. It wasn't specified on the menu that everything was frozen, except for a note at the bottom that said some dishes could use "very high quality" frozen ingredients (I think they ran out of those too and resorted to some cheaper solution). When we pointed out this lack of transparency at the checkout, the cashier, with a grimace typical of someone who would like to send you to shit but holds back out of decorum, replied: "we'll see about fixing it". Also, I think the older waitress was 16. In summary, I absolutely do not recommend it. Shameful.

13/03/2025: Great place. Quick service, quick cooking. Very tasty meat, chicken and dessert. Chic cowboy setting. Prices are average, portions are large.

28/12/2024: Intrigued by the amount of people present in the bakery, I thought the bread must be superlative....instead I found it gummy, heavy and you could taste the yeast...I'm sorry but bread is something else!

28/12/2024: The fame of this bakery probably belongs to the previous management. Lots of people waiting outside and I still have to understand why, either we have become accustomed to buying everything, or few are looking for quality that is increasingly difficult to find, or they just go there for convenience. Tasteless bread without praise, edible, but you can't feel the taste of good fresh and fragrant bread, which makes you want to go back the next day. Definitely needs improvement, change

14/01/2025: We used to get pizza here very often, but we haven't gotten it for a while now, primarily because the quality of the ingredients has become very bad (the salami the last time was rancid and it's not the first time) and the ingredients on top of the pizza are increasingly miserable especially on the more expensive pizzas...it's just not worth it. The only positive thing is the sandwiches which are really good!

05/01/2025: Tonight, as often happens, we order a takeaway pizza, a maxi two flavors. Always eaten here and almost always enjoyed it, but tonight my half of the pizza was truly inedible; dry on top and I would say overcooked on the bottom thus making it even drier and more bitter. I'd say it's better, next time, to make two separate pizzas.

27/01/2025: Io e mia moglie siamo andati a pranzo in questo ristorante una domenica. Eravamo a Venezia per vacanza, avendo il treno di lì a poco per rientrare a casa abbiamo cercato un posto semplice, non troppo affollato e non fuori mano. Missione compiuta: si tratta di un ristorante un po' datato nello stile e negli arredi, dal menu molto classico (apprezzabili però le due formule, turistica e veneziana, a prezzi abbordabilissimi) e dal personale gentile e disponibile. Senza troppi svolazzi, un pranzo più che dignitoso con piatti sia di terra che di mare. Nulla di straordinario ma sicuramente un'esperienza piacevole.

30/12/2024: Vicino alla magnifica chiesa dei Gesuiti, questa trattoria propone piatti tipici semplici ma gustosi e abbondanti, a prezzi onestissimi per essere a Venezia, specie se si scelgono i menu del giorno. Buoni i primi e i contorni, apprezzatissima la frittura. Non condivido chi dice sia "turistico", anzi.. per fortuna non si trova la famigerata "lasagna bolognese". Personale davvero gentilissimo. Bravi!

17/02/2025: Fun decor and simple food that comes quickly. But the quality is quite low, both of the meat and pizza with frozen dough (which is declared in fairness). But it's not worth it.

15/03/2025: Terrible experience, the boy rings the bell for delivery while I go to open the door, he disappears and comes back after 10 minutes saying that he had forgotten a pizza to be delivered elsewhere... he gives me the pizzas completely cold and crushed in the cardboard, in addition to the late delivery, I also ate badly... staff to be reviewed
