26/10/2025: We came for a quick breakfast, which was very satisfying despite its simplicity and the welcoming staff. I recommend it.

07/05/2026: Lately, my experience at this McDonald's has become truly disappointing. The staff is often rude, and I've felt like I've been treated like dirt. Once, they moved my mom from the disabled parking spot, not because she didn't have a parking tag, but because she had to park a truck, and this happened while we were eating. Another time, they forgot a sandwich I'd ordered via app. Considering I always spend money on desserts, coffee, and extras, I expected more attention. Instead, the manager badmouthed us to a colleague, then sent an employee to check if anything was actually missing. That employee stared at us from the counter, as if we needed to justify ourselves, and finally snatched the receipt from me and threw it in the bin. I felt humiliated and mocked. On another occasion, I ordered a cold macchiato from the kiosk, correctly selecting "latte (1)," but I received a hot macchiato with a jug of boiling milk. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that "they told them to do it that way." Despite everything, the sandwiches remain good, which is why it's a real shame to see the quality of service and the staff's professionalism have declined so much. Edit May 2026 I've noticed a slight improvement in the restaurant's behavior. Through Delivero, despite the fact that it arrived incorrectly twice out of multiple deliveries, the staff was friendly and took steps to resolve the situation. I'm downgrading the service from 1 star to 3.

03/05/2026: Zero service. You order one thing and they bring you another, and when you point this out, they look at you rudely and annoyed. Then the sandwiches, and not to mention the piadinas, were all ruined. On the piadina, the toppings were on the bottom of the package, and the piadina was completely open and stuck to the paper.

02/05/2026: We were there tonight for the first time, a truly pleasant discovery. The fish was excellent, fresh, and of the day. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The owner, Lorenzo, was friendly, polite, and very welcoming. Thank you, Cristina, Raffaella, Egle, and Lorenzo. You were wonderful! Highly recommended, you deserve 100 stars.

19/12/2025: I parked in the middle of summer and their air conditioning wasn't working. The toilet was hellishly hot. Other service was on par, food and coffee were very good.

07/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The carbonara is very delicious and a huge portion. The potato side dish for the fried steak was a bit small. The waiters are very, very nice, courteous. They even knew a few words in Hungarian (they spoke English well). They didn't want to accept a tip, since the service charge is included in the price. It's advisable to give it in kp, if you want. (Since we were very satisfied, we did ;) The drinks were also reasonably priced. We didn't have to park, because the restaurant is on a pedestrian street and we were on foot, but there is parking in the neighboring streets.

15/09/2025: We return to this restaurant regularly every year. It offers a huge selection of seafood, pasta and fish. The speed is excellent considering the size of the restaurant. The food is really tasty and the waiters are pleasant.

06/06/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant and had an overall positive experience. The food was good, but the portions were a bit small. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly.

31/05/2026: The food was delicious, the staff friendly, and the restaurant was child-friendly. The price was okay, though the portions were rather small. The only downside was the €3.00 cover charge per person.

13/05/2026: I've tried every kebab in San Donà and the surrounding area, and this is the best. A standard piadina with everything for €5, with the quality of the ingredients and service, plus the cleanliness of the place, makes it hands down the best in the area. It's a shame that so many people, especially locals, give more importance to other similar places because this one deserves it, and it's clear they don't understand anything about catering and food quality. The place also offers other traditional and non-traditional foods, cold drinks, seating, though limited and "displayed," as well as a varied selection of kebabs by type, size, and ingredient. The only drawback is the difficulty in parking, but there's a large parking lot behind the church, a two-minute walk away.

17/11/2025: Anja was great! We ate some cicchetti (very good) and drank two spritzes, but a huge thank you to Anja, the bartender, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with her customers, which isn't a given in a tourist city like Venice.

22/03/2026: We go on holiday to the Hotel Residence Luciana every year 🤗 and I can only say we are always so satisfied and feel very comfortable there! The rooms and the entire complex are always spotlessly clean, the whole team is very, very friendly, the food in the restaurant is excellent, and the price/performance ratio is top-notch 👍🏻. We are already looking forward to 2026 and can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic Hotel Residence! Kind regards
