Extreme attention to ingredients. Eating a sandwich or tramezzino becomes a true pleasure. A wide selection of excellent wines, with friendly recommendations. A rare gem in a world that, unfortunately, is now dominated by sandwiches made with lousy ingredients, packaged only to save money. I've been going there for 20 years every time I pass by. A must try!

03/12/2025: I stopped by for takeout to buy breakfast. It seems to be a Venice chain with other locations. A pistachio croissant, chocolate croissant, and pistachio cake cost about 6.5€. It was good value for money, and the croissant was large with lots of chocolate and pistachio cream inside, so it was delicious. I also wanted to try the maritozzo, but unfortunately they didn't have any, probably because I went right after they opened. I'd like to go back.
