13/11/2025: Great place, stumbled upon it by chance. Great prices and various combo menus. I had the cuttlefish ink pasta and the cod cicchetti, and I was very pleased! A wonderful local restaurant!

30/10/2025: Fantastic service and food We came here twice while on our holiday and the food and hospitality was absolutely fantastic We all had a variety of food from starters, sides and mains inc pasta and pizza and the food was delicious on both counts all varied Highly recommend

17/11/2025: Anja was great! We ate some cicchetti (very good) and drank two spritzes, but a huge thank you to Anja, the bartender, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with her customers, which isn't a given in a tourist city like Venice.

25/08/2025: We enter the bar and order takeaway toast, and in the meantime, my 9-year-old son goes to the bathroom. I hear him screaming, I run, and he's stuck in the bathroom door. I ask the owner for help, and he manages to force the door open. He immediately tells me the door is broken, and I'll charge the child for it. He asked for €50 for ID. He'll call back in the late afternoon to let us know the actual cost. €35 without an invoice, without a receipt. Note that the door could already be defective; a 9-year-old doesn't have the strength of an adult. In that case, I called the local police. The law says that if a property is broken, the insured owner is responsible for fixing it. If anyone has experienced something similar with the bathroom door, I'd like to know, because what's right is right. For the rest, I hope these "GENTLEMEN" do their job well and don't STEAL from people like that. It's fantastic, they wanted to be right at all costs. As they say, the wheel turns. I hope so. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

25/08/2025: One of the few places where the owner (his son) would come out to ask guests if everything was okay. I really appreciated this gesture. We had delicious gelato and beautifully presented sundaes. We'll definitely be back to try the very inviting sandwiches.

10/10/2025: If I have to be rudely treated by a cashier while ordering pizza, I'll go somewhere else. I feel sorry for the pizza chef, who seems like a nice guy.

28/09/2025: It's not bad, but there are many better places in the area. The pizza and pasta weren't great. It was okay, but I probably won't go back there again.

12/10/2025: A very welcoming place in the center of San Donà. The aperitivo is fabulous, with a variety of cicchetti, each one better than the last. The snacks are also excellent!

28/11/2025: Otherwise, a cozy place is perfect for enjoying your quiet time because they constantly sweep the floors, because they obviously have to set the tables for the arriving customers, but you're not because you arrived at a peak time. It's a pleasant experience to have a drink with a speck of dust on it because it's complimentary. I would definitely go again, especially for the warm welcome from the waiters. 🥴

22/11/2025: My husband and I sat outside for an aperitivo. We ordered 2 aperitivos and 2 cicchetti. After 5 minutes, 2 waitresses came over and ORDERED us to get up (without asking our opinion) to accommodate a group of 4 young people, because we were at a table for 4 and we HAD to be at a table for 2... Shocking... We turned on our heels and left. You need to learn to have respect for people, especially when those people are adults. P.S. I hope you enjoyed our 2 Camparis and 2 salmon bruschettas. 11/07/2025: Visitamos Casa Fortuni a finales de marzo por recomendación y fue genial. El restaurante está un poco escondido y no está en la plaza principal, pero vale la pena encontrarlo. El lugar está muy bien decorado y el personal es amable. La comida era estupenda: fresca, sabrosa y algunos platos eran diferentes a lo que habíamos probado antes. La especialidad son los pequeños cangrejos a la parrilla, llamados moeche, definitivamente recomendable. Tuvimos suerte de que fuera temporada. Como entrantes comimos unos calamares pequeños y un tartar de ternera que estaban buenísimos. De postre, por supuesto, tiramisú: jugoso y cremoso, como debe ser. ¡Muy recomendable!

07/07/2025: Sapevo di andare sul sicuro con i piatti di pesce però con mia somma sorpresa ho gustato una delle migliori tagliate di tutti i tempi. Qualche dubbio sui dolci Ottimo il tiramisù anche se fatto con gli oswego e non con il classico savoiardo Ottima anche la cassata Un filino secca la crostata mandorle e gocce di cioccolato...

21/10/2025: A cozy bar in the heart of Venice. We stayed nearby and would come down in the evenings for a Spritz. It was always busy, but the atmosphere was great. A very friendly bartender (or owner) treated us to some snacks alongside our delicious drinks. We highly recommend this place!

04/10/2025: We had pizza for dinner and were satisfied. We have been here for dinner several times in the past few years. There are always a lot of people, most of them locals. One big problem: dogs are not allowed!

15/09/2025: On September 14th I had a fish appetizer (€24.50) which was disappointing because there were more vegetables than fish, it was also cooked badly, terrible service, they take your plate away at the last bite. I do not recommend this place.

02/10/2025: First off I would say people need to overall check their expectations and do some research before visiting other countries. We spent a lot of time doing this and made sure to avoid all the tourist traps and Tik-Tok pumped locations that serve overpriced Americanized basic food. I see SO MANY reviews saying pasta isn’t cooked… Real scratch-made Italian pasta, when cooked correctly, should be al dente,meaning it has a tender but firm consistency with a slight resistance and chewiness when you bite into it, rather than being soft or mushy. so not what you make at home. Now for Bar Oasi, it’s a an inviting humble location with great service. we were greeted by Georgeo (I’m sure this spelling is way off), and I really wanted seafood pasta but with a wine sauce not on the menu. When he noticed I kept looking thru the menu over and over he asked what I was looking for and I just mentioned that to him and he immediately said, “No problem, we can make you whatever you want.” Our food was amazing, with actual flavor. This being our first time to Italy we could not have found better place to start. After long conversation I told Georgeo we are not interested in any of the “popular” places and wanted to go to real quaint restaurants with amazing food. He was very helpful and listed off authentic places we needed to try and everyone was absolutely amazing. It is harder to pick what places were the best as everything was so good. We went back the next evening for drinks and Georgeo even helped us with our next leg of our trip and listed authentic restaurants in Rome. I could not recommend Bar Oasi and Georgeo any more. This is a home away from home. Thank you Georgeo!
