09/08/2025: The place is stuck at 60. Surreal

09/07/2025: Everything, except the modern chairs, is reminiscent of a trattoria from the 60s and 70s. The mess at the entrance is just decorative, but not annoying. 🤷🏻 Walls with really dated paint, with cobwebs everywhere.... This also serves as decor and makes the place look antique. 🤔 Sturdy tables of unique beauty. 👍 If they served water in ceramic jugs instead of plastic bottles, it would be wonderful. Only thing: at 1:00 PM, a filthy bathroom with an unpleasant smell, and that's not antiquity... 😔 Price: for 1 liter of water, tagliatelle with meat sauce, cotoletta alla petroniana with side dish, a coffee and bread/cover charge €25.00, a bit pricey for lunch 💸

02/01/2026: I know the place well, and we're aware of its reputation for being an extremely good place, but its prices aren't always affordable. With that necessary premise in mind, we go for an aperitivo anyway, where we ask the waitress for two glasses of wine: a classic method and a fruity still white, and the very kind waitress offers to suggest options for us. We serve a Slovenian Chardonnay and an Enrico Serafino Alta Langa classic method. Everything is perfect, except that when we ask for the bill, the Slovenian wine is listed at €4.50, while the second one is €14.50, a price that I honestly consider excessive, considering it's not champagne and that if you buy a bottle privately at the wine shop, it costs €25. We would certainly have appreciated it if the waitress, when she suggested the wine, had shared the cost per glass with us in advance.

24/11/2025: Kudos to all the staff, masterfully led by the owner. Impeccable service, knowledgeable sommelier, and an extensive wine list. Creative chef and undeniably perfect flavor combinations. I highly recommend it.

04/03/2026: Finally, a place with a seafood flavor in the city: Fritto misto truly lives up to its name, with fresh fish and a light, crispy batter. The portions are generous, and the price-quality ratio is excellent for Venice. The staff is friendly and immediately makes you feel at home. Recommended for a quick break between a stroll along the canal and a visit to the city's neighborhoods. I'll definitely be back next time.

28/02/2026: Fritto misto is a little gem in Venice. The fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the fries are delicious. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual yet welcoming, perfect for a break during a stroll through Venice. I'll definitely be back.

09/10/2025: We went there for a late-night drink with my brother, who was staying at a hotel around the corner. We were surprised to find the place almost full, so we just managed to get the last table. A waitress came immediately, and a short while later, we had our drinks. Friendly staff and good drinks. Highly recommended.

19/09/2025: The service was okay, the order was processed quickly, and the pizzas were decent, but nothing special. We were there on a rainy day, and the terrace, with its side panels pulled down, had the feel of a cold train station concourse. Furthermore, people were smoking at every third occupied table, and the staff, despite being asked about it, tolerated it! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to non-smokers.

01/01/2026: We didn't get the welcome aperitif as I was told, I'm talking about New Year's Eve dinner, from one course to the next, it took over 45 minutes, too many people, the music was so loud that the tables on the dance floor were constantly vibrating, intense smoke was blowing out, the air was unbreathable to be able to dance, there were 8 of us, 6 slices of panettone and we paid for coffee and water, very disappointed

06/09/2025: We went to this restaurant last night. The place is lovely, right on the beach, and the staff was very kind. It's a shame we didn't have a good meal: the pizza was burnt, the tiramisu and the pistachio dessert weren't good at all. What a shame.

06/02/2026: I loved the service and the Alfredo pasta was exquisite, the best pasta I've ever had. The pizzas were also delicious and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

30/12/2025: Worst experience ever, the oil where they make the food it's old and taste and smell dreadfull. I was puking all the night. Run from this restaurant. Even more, they charge us 170 Euro for 3 people with such bad quality, asking for a tip was just a joke.

When we politely pointed this out, instead of apologizing, the staff reacted annoyed and blamed us. The worst part came when we asked to pay. We were not given a proper bill or receipt, only a total amount told to us verbally. When we calmly asked for an itemized receipt, the manager became angry and aggressive. His tone was rude and intimidating, which made us uncomfortable, so we felt pressured to stop discussing and just pay. After that, the atmosphere completely changed. We were treated extremely unprofessionally and basically rushed out of the restaurant. The behavior of the staff, especially the manager, was disrespectful, unwelcoming, and shocking. This felt like a clear attempt to overcharge tourists and silence questions. I have never experienced such rude service before. Never coming back. Avoid this place if you expect transparency and basic respect.

05/09/2025: A huge selection of delicious ice cream with great ingredients that you can choose from. We actually come here every year, and it's always very clean and the staff are very friendly.

27/01/2026: About a week ago, as I usually do, I went to King 2 in Scorzè, where I usually enjoy sushi. I was very disappointed and surprised by the negative change: hot dishes were all cold, terrible service, delivery delays, and one dish never arrived. Given the treatment I received, I don't think I'll go there again. I think management has changed. Well, if that's the case, it shows.
