20/05/2025: I have been coming to this hotel for a long time, for work. They have excellent cuisine with very kind and friendly waiting staff. The two stars are because they have a scandalous management of the maintenance of the rooms and the hotel for a 4*. Last night I did not sleep a minute because the toilet was broken and it ran continuously and they did not want to change my room. Another time there was a shower that... was not there, with the connection but it did not work and not even their plumber could explain it. The showers have old limescale with now copper green. It is an ancient villa from the 17th century, with the external marbles all blackened by the mold of time. The hotel management is very incompetent and not up to the standard of a 4*.

13/05/2025: Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The hotel is great for relaxation and recreation. I recommend it.

08/05/2025: The place is very beautiful, immersed in the countryside, it has little in common with a farmhouse as you would think. Inside it seems more like a formal restaurant, with refined dishes where dishes with buffalo predominate, from mozzarella to stew etc. Few dishes on the menu but well prepared and tasty, with a selection of local sausages and cured meats. The prices are not farmhouse prices obviously... Very kind and attentive staff, a few hours after lunch spent relaxing outside. Overall I was satisfied.

04/05/2025: The review refers to an experience that occurred in January 2025. I give 2 stars only because the food is objectively good (tried on other occasions). But the managers' ways are shocking (in a negative way) for a restaurant of this level and for the asking price. Below is the whole story. Mindful of a delicious lunch at this farmhouse, I call, two weeks in advance, to organize a birthday lunch for 20 people. I therefore ask for information to have a fixed menu with relative price and composition of the menu. I also specify, right away, that the birthday boy is allergic to dried fruit. They tell me the price of the menu but they tell you that they can't tell me straight away what dishes it would consist of. This is because it depends on what the chef decides to cook for the weekend. I therefore say that I don't need to know dish by dish, but I need to be sure that alternatives will be proposed for the (allergic) birthday boy if the menu had dishes with dried fruit. Answer: "I don't know, I can tell you on Friday evening or Saturday morning" (lunch would have been Sunday). I also asked if he could inquire and I would have called again a few days later, but I was given a negative answer. The fact that, specifying a food problem, a restaurant says "I don't know if all the guests will be able to eat" I think is a sign of serious incompetence and little attention to the customer. Sin! Obviously I didn't even book because I was asked to book blindly, with the risk that the birthday boy wouldn't eat and having to cancel 2 days before (and then having to find another place for 20 people).

30/04/2025: Amazing pizza, here in the north you rarely get to eat a pizza like this, even the dessert (a cheesecake with caramel in my case) was truly incomparable, all the staff were very qualified, friendly, friendly and helpful, the price was more than adequate.

05/04/2025: Ottimo ristorante. Pulito e frequentato da gente del posto, quindi sinonimo di garanzia! Cibo ottimo, locale accogliente e personale gentile.

20/04/2025: Ristorante storico di sottomarina! Sia fuori ma sopratutto dentro meriterebbe una rinfrescata- ringiovanita. Un tuffo negli anni 90... personale gentile e servizio ottimo! Pizza non di super livello! Bassa, fine e poco saporita! Ho trovato invece il crudo molto buono e poco salato! Conto nella media. Lo consiglio per una serata fra amici guardando magari una partita di calcio! Il potenziale è enorme, occorrente anche la volontà... Ma in Italia non è facile!!

20/04/2025: We went tonight and ate some excellent fish! All well cooked, generous portions and dishes with attention to detail also in presentation. The staff is very kind and the environment is very clean. I recommend it and we will definitely come, as we will return to these parts!

19/05/2025: Very tasty pizzas, friendly staff and very good price.

17/05/2025: We found this restaurant by chance and chose it because it offered gluten-free pasta and pizza (I am a coeliac). We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent.

18/05/2025: I ate a really good pizza, I haven't eaten such a good pizza in a long time. Excellent ingredients and the dough is impeccable. The beautiful environment, makes you want to sit down and enjoy the evening in joy and tranquility, it makes you go back in time. If I could give more stars I would and I'll add more 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

13/05/2025: terrible welcome!!!! there were 11 of us alpine soldiers, they didn't give us the fixed menu!! with the excuse of the 4% VAT, the owner was very rude and even threatened me!! I was explaining to him the trick he was doing with that excuse, he wanted to force us to eat à la carte!! TERRIBLE RESTAURATEUR!!

11/05/2025: Nice place where you can eat pizza and meat... very friendly staff.

09/04/2025: After booking the table and sitting down, we were left to our own devices. After waiting long enough to order, they forgot to bring us the bread and breadsticks (which we requested almost a quarter of an hour after ordering). Two of us ordered the pizza, two gnocchi, two the fried fish and a melted cheese with mushrooms and polenta. 20 minutes after ordering, the pizzas arrived... all in all quite good... Fortunately, those who ate the pizza didn't wait for the others to eat otherwise they would have eaten them cold because after several reminders and after more than 40 minutes of waiting, they told us... five minutes and we'll bring you the other dishes! (And that if we wanted to eat everything together we all had to order pizza) In the meantime, a table of young athletes enters, who after 10 minutes found themselves with a plate of pasta before their eyes (and us hungry). Upon yet another request and after more than 50 minutes of waiting, the GNOCCHI arrived!! Next, the famous fried dishes, one without polenta and one with a beautiful fried fusilli in the middle (I attach photos)! Meanwhile the last hungry boy waited for his melted cheese with polenta and mushrooms which he practically ate out of hunger without even knowing what it tasted like. Pointing out that there was no polenta in the frying, they brought 3 portions (quite good). In order to avoid further waiting for coffee and desserts, we got up and headed to the cashier, where, having pointed out the various problems that had occurred during lunch, they apologized and gave us a 5 euro discount! (And offered the bitters which we declined as we were all teetotallers and quite annoyed). We must thank one of the three waitresses for her patience and understanding towards us.

07/03/2025: The pizza itself is good, I get it often and I'm often satisfied with it. However, if I may say so, in the last pizza I had the capers seemed unrinsed and were extremely salty, so much so that you couldn't even taste the caper. Having said that, it remains a good pizzeria.

18/03/2025: I just took takeout and it was good. Not much parking.

14/03/2025: A nice place with a veranda, quick dishes and friendly waiters. I will come back again!

13/04/2025: Friendly ice cream parlor (including cafe bar) within walking distance of the beach. There are no special and innovative creations, but the well-known gelato varieties are perfect and taste very good! Soft ice cream is also offered.

04/04/2025: Bonito lugar. El capuchino y el croissant eran muy buenos. El lugar está un poco ocupado, pero el servicio es fantástico — rápido y eficiente. Los precios son muy asequibles.

02/05/2025: Vicino alle palestre di basket e volley è stata una scoperta . Con un gruppo di genitori e ragazze in trasferta a Mestre; abbiamo apprezzato sia la pizza che la cucina. Il giudizio è stato unanime: da ritornarci quanto prima.

29/04/2025: Nice food, nice street view. Pakistani barbecue. Walking distance from Crown Plaza Hotel. 10 minutes away from Crown Plaza Hotel. Must try their spicy sauce. It tastes just right for me coming from Singapore. Must try their spicy sauce, it tastes very good and I like it.
