Everything was perfect. We had a problem with Booking.com (they canceled our reservation) and they did everything they could to fix it (and they succeeded). They exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities and service were unbeatable. A perfect trip and stay. We'll be back!

Luxury hotel with garden, excellent service

Beautiful room, friendly front desk. Location was just ok. But the reason i gave a 3 star was due to experience the morning of the checkout. I noticed some other hotel guest getting breakfast before it opened. So I attempted to get breakfast since I wouldnt have time to do so at opening. That is when I was approached by one of the employees saying that I cant get food since its not open. I then pointed out the other guest getting food asking why can they can get breakfast and I cant. The employee rudely ignored my question and continued to tell me breakfast wasnt open. I will recommend to others that they go else where for accommodations.
