04/05/2025: My husband and I had dinner in this restaurant one evening last April and here is our experience: small table a few steps from the toilet, in front of the entrance door, which meant that the environment was and remained cold; two marinara risottos unfortunately undercooked; 500g of Ligurian fish (€12 per 100g): very fresh and well cooked fish; a bottle of water (I would say tap water). Bill: €108.50. We won't go back again.

14/04/2025: Visiting Paolo was by far the best thing we discovered in four days of Camogli. Just looking through the open church door whets your appetite for Italian cuisine. The Tortino di Accughe to start: a hearty, tasty palate opener, the Primi Piatti - Spaghetti ai Totanetti and Taglierini neri con Sugo di Seppia e Scampi - a real delight. The Secondo, an Orata alla Ligure, was wonderfully fresh and perfectly prepared. The only complaint is the non-transparent price of the fresh fish - and a star deduction. When ordering, ask what the price of the fish will be on the bill to avoid an unpleasant surprise.

22/05/2025: I went with my family, there were 6 of us, the quality of the food was average, the portions were small and certainly not from a working menu (cod a spoonful, half-burnt bracciola, dry croquettes) for the first time we got up hungry

26/04/2025: Excellent fish-based food for very honest prices. Both the first and second courses were very good. Simplicity and quality.

01/04/2025: 2 plates of stew with side dish, a bottle of water and two coffees 40 euros..... Dishonest.

27/03/2025: Had lunch with a fixed menu for 17 euros. We ate quite well, but the price is too high for the quality of the dishes.

11/07/2025: We were supposed to eat Italian but this time we prefer asian. So glad to see this place! We were greeted by friendly staffs and our order was taken right away. We didn’t have communication problem since staffs speaks perfect English and Tagalog (one of the server is Filipino) 🥰 So if you’re craving for some rice or asian food in Venice, go to this place.

19/04/2025: Un errore può capitare, ma ignorarlo è sinonimo di scarsa professionalità e poca riconoscenza. Uno scampo marcio nel fritto misto, segnalato subito al cameriere, è stato liquidato senza scuse né riscontro. Nessun gesto di cortesia al momento del conto, solo una risposta secca del cameriere che è riuscito solamente a dire che tutto il pesce era fresco. Deludente atteggiamento, zero attenzione al cliente.

04/04/2025: Great Venetian food! Especially the sauces are excellent. Venetian squid was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

24/06/2025: Was here again in 2025 and not much has changed, the prices have gone up a bit, but that's just how it has to be 🤷🏻‍♂️ otherwise as in previous years 😉 Comfortable seating right next to a small canal, normal prices and tasty snacks 👍🏼

08/06/2025: Yesterday I visited the hotel bar, tasting three glasses of champagne, a toast and two coffees with two friends. Unfortunately I found the service inadequate. First of all I had to ask a couple of times for something to accompany the wine (as promised upon arrival) then I found it inappropriate to serve "a bottle dregs" trying to make it enough for three glasses, one of which was visibly poor. All this at a modest price of €90, and here I take responsibility for not having asked for the receipt to check the price with the list. Disappointing experience. I'm sorry.

28/05/2025: We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the second time for three nights at the start of the season in mid-May. The staff are very friendly and the rooms very clean. A delicious fruit plate welcomed us in the Royal Suite. I have to deduct one star, however, because I don't think the breakfast meets the hotel's standards. Unfortunately, there are no vegetables at the buffet. Tomatoes, cucumber, or peppers would be a great addition. Salami would also be great. Or antipasti... pickled tomatoes, olives, artichokes... a must, especially in Italy. Still, a great hotel with charm, and we'll definitely be back this summer!

13/06/2025: Legit thief! Paid €12 for 2 spritz. Most expensive spritz I've ever had! Also, I live in Venice not a tourist.
