07/10/2025: For evening aperitifs, the service is quick and friendly, and the staff on the terrace is very knowledgeable and helpful! Great service and a positive atmosphere. Excellent location at the foot of the cathedral on the main pedestrian street! An experience worth repeating! Returned after a year, staff changed, service and quality plummeted, and prices are ridiculous. I'll put a cross on it.

30/09/2025: I just sat down to tie my shoelaces when the lady came and kicked me out, telling me to go to sleep because I have school tomorrow. I sleep whenever I want and I'll never come back (one star because I can't give zero).

15/05/2025: For a few years, I've had pizza weekly. I liked the product and it tasted good. But honestly, the latest price increase, without an increase in the price of raw materials or energy, and I don't think it increased the wages of the very young people working in the bakery, doesn't seem fair or in line with the market. I'm tired of accepting price increases. I DON'T CONSUME ANYMORE! I INVITE ANYONE READING TO THINK ABOUT THE PRICE INCREASES OF BUSINESSES.

23/11/2025: Raw pizza, boiled fries, not fried like I asked for, terrible pizza that stays in my stomach until the next day. Change your ways.
23/10/2025: I called at 6:30 PM to order a pizza for delivery at 8:40 PM. They replied, "We can't guarantee on-time delivery because the weather is bad outside." It's 9 PM and the pizza hasn't arrived yet. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. I'm sorry, but I doubt I'll be back.

No customer service
Totems that don't work, no one to monitor them
Personally, I chose takeout, and for once I decided to stop and, to avoid losing my table, I ordered from the table
Terrible choice, food still not collected
And probably thrown away, €10 won't change my life, anyway, it doesn't offer the service it should
There's no point in replying to the review with the customer service email; just read the customer complaints, which are public, without washing your hands, and send a copy/paste response

20/09/2025: We stopped for a quick snack the other afternoon.
The manager, I think, was very kind, even though we were a little hesitant.
She recommended the king menu, which was perfect! Delicious sandwiches and piping hot fries (other places often have them frozen). Top location! I highly recommend it! We'll be back soon. Excellent snack and very kind people!

09/07/2025: I went to drink a couple of beers and eat something, fair prices, location full of silhouettes but what can you do, you're at the station and you take the bus straight away without moving too much

29/10/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful, very nostalgic, typical of those hotels that only appear on TV shows these days. The staff is very kind and helpful. A well-deserved 5 stars.
14/10/2025: If I could give it a -10 it would make me happy. It is the worst hotel I have ever visited in my entire life. I am amazed that such a rotten place with scammers who take your money is still open. You would be better off sleeping in a flat than in this rubbish.

01/12/2025: I've eaten their pizza several times for convenience. It's always out of shape, rubbery, and made with poor-quality ingredients. The last time I had their pizza, the mozzarella was a few days old; you could tell.
It's absolutely not good.

29/10/2025: The first time I went there with my friend, I had the American pizza. It was large and good, with a soft crust and pre-sliced. It's a shame the seating inside is a bit cramped (well, there's seating outside, too). They prepared it quickly. I'm satisfied.
10/10/2025: I had Piadina kebab with fries. The fries were good, but the Piadina kebab was inedible. It didn't reflect a real kebab made by Pancladino. I've had much better kebabs, and I can say this was the worst I've ever had.
