19/12/2025: I ordered an MC chicken and a cheeseburger, but unfortunately I was given two MC chickens. Which are even cheaper than the cheeseburger.

06/11/2025: The staff were friendly and quite quick! I had a sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich was very filling, and there was plenty of choice even though it was 11:00 AM and the bar was packed! The coffee was also very good, which isn't a given. There wasn't any background music, but given the crowd, it can get a bit crowded. I recommend it as a quick stop for a quick break :)

15/11/2025: We sat under the portico and no one paid any attention to our order, except to come in and ask. We asked for a straw, which never arrived. We paid €10 for two undrinkable Campari spritzes, watered down like few others in the world. Unfortunately, the worst spritz in Padua in terms of quality/price ratio.

20/09/2025: The person who answers the phone is incredibly unsympathetic, rude, arrogant, hasty, and has absolutely zero customer service! I even get a burnt, rushed pizza. It's a shame, because this place is going downhill compared to months ago... the quality and courtesy of this place have vanished. But there are plenty of pizzerias in Albignasego! The only positive note is the kindness and politeness of the pizza delivery guy. Otherwise, a zero rating.

23/11/2025: Terrible experience today, Sunday afternoon (even though I'd been there before, only for the frozen yogurt, which I consider excellent. It's expensive, but in line with other places): I asked for a small frozen yogurt, but it ran out until they filled my cup, so I asked to pay less than the €4 (since the cup didn't even reach halfway!!). The answer was no, it's not possible... is it perhaps the customer's job to check if the machine was running out of yogurt?! Given the lack of empathy and practicality from the clerks, and the fact that your products cost an arm and a leg, the next few pennies will be left in my wallet.

03/11/2025: Be careful, as they could cause problems with your reservations and ruin your plans at the last minute. I had booked two rooms for a wedding, and they were never booked. Luckily, I had the good sense to call a month in advance to make sure everything was in order, and as I suspected, it wasn't. Furthermore, I was told they would try to resolve the issue, and obviously, I had to book elsewhere (at the last minute). Zero reliability.

23/11/2025: Bad experience, delivery delays despite ordering 2.5 hours in advance, significant delays. Pizzas burned on the edges, few ingredients, and not good. For me, it's closed.

14/11/2025: I'll start by saying I've always ordered pizza here, and I have to say the quality is excellent, but it's absurd how it can be delayed every time, given that it's about a 5-minute walk from my house. The delay is fine, but not the teasing. If I call you after half an hour and you tell me it's arriving, if I call you back after 50 minutes, don't tell me it's leaving. Tell me, "We're sorry, we missed the order." Or come up with a better excuse.

28/09/2025: The service is the sore point of this place. We sit down and have to wait 10 minutes to order something, constantly trying to call the girl who was serving tables. My glass of wine is different from the one I ordered, and it's still wet, as if it had just come out of the dishwasher. I decide to keep the glass, but I ask the waitress why they served it all wet, and she replies annoyedly, "Well, you know, glasses are washed." I reply, "Yes, okay, but I don't think it's appropriate to serve it still with all the dishwasher drips." She replies, "If you want, come to the kitchen and work with us." After this response, I decide to refuse the glass. When it comes to paying the bill, my glass is taken away, leaving two Cokes and one spirit for a total of €19. The girl (always the same) says we have to pay €23.50. My friend initially paid without asking a second question. We later pointed out the mistake to the other waiter, and he came to our aid, refunding us the €4.50 difference. The waiter proved to be top-notch and capable of meeting customer needs professionally. The waitress is arrogant and incompetent; I don't even know why they hired her. After this, I won't be returning.

06/08/2025: The blonde waitress was really rude, annoyed by our questions, and she huffed and rolled her eyes, even rushing us. Never again, we'll go to the place next door.
