25/11/2025: Terrible experience. I entered this tobacco shop simply to buy some tickets, and the owner began to speak in an arrogant and annoyed manner, as if I were a nuisance. When I asked for basic information, he responded in a rude and completely inappropriate tone. It's incredible how a business open to the public can be run with such arrogance and zero respect for customers. Zero professionalism. I strongly advise against entering: you only risk being treated badly.
25/11/2025: Zero professionalism. I went to this tobacconist's for an aperitif and the owner kicked me out because, according to him, it was closing time, even though there were still 30 minutes left. Rude and unacceptable behavior. Not recommended.

29/10/2025: Terrible experience, extremely long wait times, rude staff, and absurd prices.
29/10/2025: We paid €7 for a sandwich made with sliced bread and a Coke for €3, with an hour-long wait between waiting for them to take our order and for it to arrive. The whole table ordered sandwiches with salsa rosa, and obviously they didn't bring it, but hey, that can happen... when we pointed it out, they brought a small bowl of salsa rosa for €5... basically, if they weren't in the square, they'd close in two weeks. Only go there if you have no choice. Oh, and the menu was printed in 1800, and they only put the price where they wanted it.

19/10/2025: I ordered a few hours ago via Just Eat, and when we saw the state of the food after tasting it, we ran to the bathroom to vomit.
Unfortunately, we had to throw everything away because it was raw and the meat had spoiled.
20/09/2025: Good kebab and friendly manager.

Yes, you pay less at Pedrocchi.
26/11/2025: The place could use a facelift. €4 for a cup of Lipton tea seems excessive. €6 for a cup of hot chocolate with cream, too. We didn't order anything else.

Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was very disappointing. Despite being dressed appropriately and being extremely polite, I was denied entry without any clear explanation.
The staff was unhelpful and offered no convincing reasons, leaving a rather unprofessional impression. It's a shame, because I expected a much better welcome.
I cannot recommend this establishment based on the treatment I received.
01/11/2025: The bouncer was incredibly unfriendly and refused us entry, apparently because the club was already full. Then he waved in 30 people after us, but we weren't allowed in simply because we weren't Italian
