29/05/2025: I don't question the quality and goodness of these brioches, but if I take one the cost is €1.30. For my birthday I took 60 and I couldn't get a better price, always 1.30 euros. Anyone gives you a discount on the quantity, not them!

18/09/2025: Graduation party. Very disappointing experience. The menu proposed in writing was not the one served. This can happen. The price was too high for the product served. (It didn't seem well-made or fresh. Just pieces of dry, flaky focaccia.) The dessert was good. I don't recommend it; there are better alternatives.

05/09/2025: What a terrible experience! It was 9:45 on a summer morning. I approached the counter with my 5-year-old son, eager to eat a scoop of ice cream. We were the only ones there. The girl continued to rearrange the containers of ice cream without ever looking up. A good 7 or 8 minutes passed and she finally looked up. I politely asked if I could ask her. She looked at me, shocked and astonished, with a teasing look. I asked her what was wrong, and she exclaimed: "NO, IT'S JUST THAT ICE CREAM SEEMS WEIRD AT THIS HOUR!" I was shocked and said: "What's the problem?" She said: "Whatever!" I obviously told her: "Look, leave it alone, it's fine like this." SPEECHLESS!!! My son was shocked and wanted his ice cream! I'm not used to writing reviews, but what happened today was very unpleasant and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!

02/09/2025: I'm not arguing about the quality of the ice cream since I didn't eat it, but I'm giving it one star for the incredibly rude clerk! My daughter asked for a €7 pistachio ice cream sundae, and when she asked what it was made of, the clerk replied, "I've been here a month, the ice cream shop has been open forever," as if to say, "You should know better than me." Have you ever heard of walk-in customers? But the worst was yet to come: the debit card didn't work on the first try, and the clerk literally snatched the ice cream from my daughter's hands. I should have left it there, but it wouldn't have been fair to the little girl, who would have been left without a cup. Obviously, the ice cream was paid for, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Too bad the owner wasn't there!

26/08/2025: The menu said "pizzeria," but they haven't made pizza in years! Buffalo mozzarella appetizer, but only stracchino arrived! I asked for a glass of prosecco, and a still pinot arrived! How incredibly slow!

21/04/2025: Easter Monday lunch booked. Fish appetizer: 1 large scallop (good), 2 small ones (flavorless), plus a red shrimp on a bed of polenta. Paella: overcooked rice (it seemed like it was made the day before) topped with 5 scallops and 2 shellfish. No seafood in the rice. Inedible! I would have left as soon as I tasted it. My wife wanted to "try" it, but halfway through... we both gave up. Inedible. I mentioned it to the waiter (who was kind and professional), and he understood. We paid the bill (I paid the full price). They didn't include the glass of white wine and a bottle of water. It was the fourth time I've been to that restaurant (with friends). Now (and I told them), they've lost the customer, including the friends.

14/11/2025: I went to refresh myself after blood tests done nearby and found the food enjoyable. I was then sad to witness a less than elegant conversation between another customer and the staff.

20/10/2025: I've been coming here every day for a year now. I've gambled the usual €50, and the new girl with the braids didn't give me a peach tea as a consolation. She told me it was €2.50, but if I gambled it all, what can I give her? Well, the blonde girl and Elena are better.

04/11/2025: When I ask for a drop of water to drink a coffee, it doesn't mean you have to pour me a glass and add 50 cents to the bill. Others understand this without telling them. And I even have to beg them to give me the receipt. Good experience.

19/11/2025: After I entered and politely asked to use the bathroom, the lady rudely told me I needed something to drink. I immediately returned from the bathroom, having not used it, and told the bartender that the bathroom was in unusable condition and that I hadn't used it. She was annoyed, and asked, "Did it take you so long to realize the bathroom was dirty?" and started complaining, so I left without making any demands. I should avoid places like this with such rude employees.

26/10/2025: Really awful, burnt coffee that smells like a sink drain, open-air squat toilet with people watching you do your business. Disgraceful.

13/11/2025: Everything was perfect, thanks to the chef and all the kitchen staff 🥰 Thanks to the staff, the dishes were exquisite.

25/11/2025: A bakery where the aroma of freshly baked bread wafts through your nostrils. Excellent quality in everything they offer, from bread to pizzas and biscuits to desserts. Very friendly staff and a very clean environment.

22/08/2025: In 2025, we still hear "the POS has been having problems since this morning." Strangely, it won't even turn on. Reading other reviews, it seems to be a fairly recurring "problem." Unacceptable.

26/10/2025: It's a scam. I paid for the room without being able to use it because my train and then the bus to Padua were half an hour late. If you don't arrive by 7:00 PM, you'll be out of luck. I even paid for breakfast and they didn't refund me a single euro. Don't book this hotel!!!
