03/01/2025: Samples of rudeness: left waiting in the dining room, 30 minutes late with the kitchen receiving my order, no explanation, no one met my gaze and in the end when I asked for information a very poor "sorry" (calling me by first name as if we knew each other). Maybe the restaurant industry is not the right sector for people who don't know what a smile is.

12/03/2025: Excellent bar in the middle of the ghetto, it has a very suggestive square and offers particular and refined drinks. Prices appropriate to the location and adequate service.

05/04/2025: By chance traveling to Bovolenta we booked dinner without expectations! I don't know what to say... very friendly staff, impeccable cod, vegetables cooked to perfection! Ps: compared to that negative comment about waiting... BUT WHERE??? Very fast and very friendly! I RECOMMEND IT AND WILL BE BACK!

05/04/2025: Trattoria of the past and for this reason I gave it 4 stars. We had dinner on a Friday evening at 7.30pm. There were only 2 other people. The place is run by an elderly couple who are very busy but we waited almost twenty minutes to order and without finishing because the "waiter" went into the kitchen to see the available side dishes and came back with the second courses on the plate (a good cod and horse stew). ....but without side dishes. We saw that at 8pm the waitress arrived, the room was filled with many guests and what had been denied to us (fried potatoes and risotto...) was offered. In conclusion... I recommend, for dinner, going after 8pm and perhaps with a group of more people. Would I go back? Yes.

20/05/2025: Ottima la pizza con pasta sottile come piace a me...inoltre si può gustare panini caldi farciti.... Club sandwich... Bruschette..sfiziosi Fritti .. Vasta scelta di birre......il locale interno è molto bello e lo spazio creato all'aperto è proprio l'ideale.... Insomma si sta proprio bene!!! Lo consiglio

17/05/2025: 25 minutes just to order, with the waiters seeming more busy avoiding tables than serving them. After another 25 minutes… still no pizza. No communication, no apologies, just waiting and frustration. If you are hungry and short on time (or even just want to be treated with a little attention), better to change route. Here time stops… but not in a good way.

03/06/2025: The dessert was very good and delicate and I had no doubts since you are our favorite pastry shop. Any occasion is good to enjoy a delight from the artists' shop.

14/04/2025: Il posto ci piaciuto, abbiamo mangiato bene, buona scelta di portate, unica nota negativa, abbiamo chiesto di poter avere ancora un po' di pane nero (una fettina a testa era davvero poco!). La ragazza ci ha detto che era finito, salvo, dopo dieci minuti, portarne un'abbondante porzione al tavolo vicino. Siamo rimasti basiti, non é stata una bella cosa, non si fa! Ci siamo rimasti proprio male..

23/02/2025: Siamo tornati dopo due anni e location molto bella e curata. Bigoli all'anitra ottimi e molto buono e morbido anche cinghialetto al latte. Frittelle super.

25/02/2025: Great place for work lunch breaks. The food is good and the price is adequate. If there are many of you, it's a good idea to make a reservation. Courteous and quick staff (this last point depends on how full it is, but good will is always there). Light pizzas.

07/02/2025: High prices for a medium quality pizza...10.50 for a potato just a potato 9 euros...bordering on theft... I don't recommend it and I will hardly return

05/04/2025: Una trattoria di paese come quelle di una volta: niente fronzoli, arredamento semplice e un po’ datato, ma si viene qui per mangiare bene e sentirsi a casa. Il menù propone piatti casalinghi, quelli che sanno di tradizione, cucinati con gusto e generosità. Anche la pizza è buona, sottile e ben farcita. Il servizio è alla mano, cortese e veloce. Perfetto per chi cerca un posto sincero, dove il sapore conta più dell’apparenza. Tornerò volentieri!

11/03/2025: In Montegrotto there are no other fish restaurants of this level. Truly what they declare "Ciosota cuisine" is the pure truth. Very interesting dishes cooked and presented very well, very professional service and they recommend not only the combinations but also how much to order based on the company. Definitely coming back. I forgot: they also offer a couple of meat-based first and second courses.
