10/07/2025: I ordered a cake from here for my graduation party and it was a hit: everyone asked me where I got it because it was delicious! I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dessert.

08/07/2025: I only review the worst. Go to pastry shops like Celso, Estense, Biasetto!!! We contacted this unfortunately renowned (infamous) pastry shop: - The owner makes us prepare a 3.5 kg cake for 141 euros for 20 people (but isn't it calculated as 100/150 gr per person? Always check the weight because they always add 1/2 kg more) - We send the first photo of a vertical Minnie Mouse (see 1 photo) and we end up with a disgusting asymmetric cake (see 2 photos). My wife in tears because of the disgust, I immediately contact the alleged pastry chefs, who admit that the print was created by a secretary (I presume cross-eyed), I speak with the owner who (1 hour before the party) offers me a full refund if I brought the cake back (but why do they have to treat consumers like this?? How can I do it 1 hour before my birthday?) - I insist and then speak with an alleged accomplice pastry chef who, unlike the arrogant lady, tells me that the print could be redone but at a price of 30 euros! Given the way we were treated, I took the cake and went to a KNOWN pastry shop that fixed the mess that had been made, simply by moving the WAFER AND MAKING A NEW AND SIMPLE DECORATION (I was made aware that this had already happened). The lesson is that for important events, even if you spend a little more, go to the various BIASETTO, ESTENSE, GRAZIATI, CELSO. You will have professionalism for sure. The cake from MAZZARI cost 141 euros. The repair 0 euros!! If the answer that the alleged pastry chefs will give me is like the cake, it will surely make FUCK!!

21/04/2025: Spiace dare una recensione non positiva, ma si dovrebbe far attenzione all'effettiva capacità della cucina di servire un ragionevole numero di tavoli in un tempo altrettanto ragionevole. Specialmente in giorni di festa con tanta gente, far attendere 1 ora per mangiare è un vero peccato per un turista che ha fatto molti km per visitare Cittadella. Son certo che in cucina sappiano fare di meglio in giorni più tranquilli.

01/07/2025: We waited for over 20 minutes standing without anyone telling us how long we would be waiting. Several people who came in later were pushed past us. I reported this to the staff and we went back to the construction site having missed our lunch break. It seemed unprofessional and unwelcoming. Disrespectful to workers on their lunch break.

19/05/2025: location interna terribile, queste tovagliette blu di carta… Per non parlare del personale, in particolare della proprietaria, scorbutica e scordiale. Siamo praticamente stati obbligati ad andare via e a fare tutto in fretta, tanto da andare via con il boccone in gola. Prodotti non buoni, la pizza era acida e al di sopra c’erano pezzi di ingredienti non riconosciuti…
