Good food, inattentive service, they disappeared and came back whenever they wanted. I ordered a tiramisu dessert and got a mascarpone with a ladyfingers topped with whipped cream! The atmosphere is dated, parking is nonexistent, and it's difficult to get in and almost impossible to get out (unless you're an experienced driver). The bathroom was out of soap (on a Saturday night with few people).

A business lunch that's neither good nor bad. Like most restaurants or trattorias that offer a set lunch menu. 🍩 Not all donuts come out with a hole.

Neither praise nor infamy, the only criticism is that at the end of the meal they give you a dessert that is more often than not a few days out of date or close to expiring, it happened to me 2 times out of 4.

Stopped for lunch and I have to say the food was not bad, the place is very large but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and it was really hot inside.

27/03/2026: I visited Gold of Baessato and had a truly excellent espresso – exactly as you'd expect in Italy: strong, aromatic, perfectly extracted, and with a beautiful crema. The presentation was also impeccable, accompanied by a glass of water – just as it should be. The ambiance is modern and pleasant; you can relax and watch the world go by. The service was friendly and efficient, and ordering and payment were quick. If you're in the area and fancy a truly top-notch espresso, this is definitely the place to go. I'll gladly return!

30/04/2026: Everything was excellent, with a special mention for the Baccalà alla Vicentina. Very friendly service. A wonderful evening. Recommended.
16/04/2026: I can't say I had a bad meal because the quality was there, but the service left me wondering. The place looks good (the bathrooms are a bit dated, as is the lighting). When it came time to order, despite it being a Saturday lunch and us being the only ones there (the whole time), we were told that several dishes were out of stock, and when we asked for a second course as an appetizer, we were essentially denied it (if we managed to get it with words, in fact, it arrived with the first courses). The dishes arrived a few at a time (so some people ate, others didn't...there were 4 of us, not 20). Basically, the food was a hit... the service definitely wasn't. We also had to wait a while for the dishes. Maybe because they were fresh? I'm fine with that. But it really does have the air of a place that's going a bit adrift, even if it's trying to hold its own. Giving the staff a wake-up call and getting some publicity certainly wouldn't hurt. Personally, I doubt I'll return.
