29/09/2025: The Florentine steak I ordered arrived already cut into pieces. This is a strange way of serving it; it's something I've never seen before. I have some doubts about whether it was beef (maybe beef). Besides, it wasn't shown to me before cooking.

06/10/2025: My experience at the restaurant was deeply disappointing. The ambiance is certainly elegant and refined, and the service is impeccable. At the suggestion of others who had already been there, I ordered the raw fish selection, which tasted very good. However, a few hours after leaving the restaurant, I was struck down by food poisoning, requiring medical attention to manage the severe symptoms. The main reason for my extremely poor rating is the handling of the complaint. Once I contacted the restaurant to report the situation, I received neither the necessary sympathy nor an admission of responsibility. Instead, the management attributed the discomfort to a pre-existing condition of mine, namely, high histamine levels, which, when raised by the raw fish, would have caused the symptoms. Despite explaining that I have eaten raw fish on several occasions without any side effects, they denied any connection with their product. In a restaurant that advertises itself as specializing in fish and raw fish, food safety is an absolute requirement. I don't think it's acceptable to feel so ill after dining at a restaurant of this caliber, nor that the restaurant's management is so indifferent. I hope this report leads to increased controls on food preservation. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against eating raw food at this restaurant.

24/07/2025: I had been to this restaurant several years ago and remembered it as very good. My latest experience, however, differed greatly from my memory. The gnocchi didn't seem to be homemade (very similar to the fresh ones you can buy at the supermarket), and the ragù was very salty. The fried chicken wasn't great (almost tasteless). The grilled meat wasn't cooked very well, and perhaps not very fresh. The baked potatoes were very poorly cooked (half overcooked and half raw).

The Torresan, the restaurant's signature dish, is very good; the side dishes could be improved, but overall, it's excellent cuisine. The staff is friendly and the food is good value. Recommended for anyone looking for traditional cuisine, but made with care. Overall, an excellent trattoria. Top restaurant

30/08/2025: Good dough, quite light, and, in my opinion, a good bite. Not swamped with mozzarella, the toppings were good... in short, good pizza! While its appearance doesn't seem above average, the taste is definitely good. Well done!

15/10/2025: During our stay at Villa Casa Country, we had the pleasure of dining in the Salvia Rosmarino dining room, an elegant and intimate space that welcomes both guests of the villa and events and ceremonies. The atmosphere is relaxed, with attentive and discreet service that contributes to a pleasant and fitting experience. The dinner was truly satisfying: creamy and fragrant porcini mushroom risotto, tender and flavorful beef tagliata, and fresh sea bass, probably the best I've tasted in a long time. The mixed salad and wild herbs complemented the meal with simplicity and flavor. Everything was prepared fresh, with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. It's not gourmet cuisine, but the plating is meticulously done, and the end result is more than appreciable: without splashes of color, but functional and concrete. The wine list is well-stocked, with options to suit every course and palate, and prices are in line with the quality offered. We booked through The Fork and even got a discount: a welcome advantage, considering the prices aren't among the most popular, but justified by the quality of the service and dishes. We couldn't find any comparable alternatives in the area, even though we had limited time. A significant plus: the convenience of having the restaurant just steps from the room, perfect for those seeking relaxation and convenience. Our only regret was not being able to repeat the experience the next day due to the weekly closure. But we hope to try other specialties next time!

05/10/2025: Beautiful location and suuuuuper appetizer in the garden. The cuisine is refined, with the chef's attention to detail not to be overlooked. 06/10/2025: Pizzeria with a wood-fired oven and many varieties of pizza, all really good. There's also a wide selection of beers and the prices are in line with the area. Sunday evening was a bit crowded and a bit too crowded, but I think that's normal. We'll be back!

30/09/2025: I ordered pizza 🍕 we waited about 15 minutes, the service was fast and the staff was excellent, the pizza was cooked well and was very good, no one complained. The price is proportionate to the requests and leaves you satisfied.

28/05/2025: Dopo parecchi anni torno a cenare alla Trattoria alla Nave. Trovo diversi cambiamenti nella disposizione dell'arredamento e trovo, altresì, anche cambiamenti a livello gestionale. Sono sorpreso dal personale che recita a memoria l'intero menù. I piatti non sono eccelsi ma raccolgono una più che soddisfacente valutazione.

09/04/2025: Se non avessi letto le recensioni eccellenti, probabilmente non lo avrei considerato: dall'esterno è quasi impercettibile, complice l'insegna ormai scolorita dal tempo. Eppure, si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa grazie all'accogliente atmosfera anni '80, al servizio rapido e, soprattutto, alla qualità dei piatti. Se ce ne sarà l'opportunità, ci torneremo senza dubbio..

23/09/2025: Good food. Service too. But the prices are decidedly high. For 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 desserts, 1 water and a half liter of wine on tap (the latter 14 euros, which means 28 euros per liter). Spending 98 euros is too much. The prices aren't up to par... I wouldn't go back and therefore I don't recommend it. As for the answer below: The wine was brought to me in a carafe without specifying what type of wine it was. And in any case, I come to Cittadella every 15 days for business and I have lunch/dinner everywhere now and I can assure you that the prices (although certainly displayed) are not lower than other locations but rather higher. My criticism was not about the food but about the rather exorbitant prices. This is my opinion which should be respected even if not shared. With this I close.
