Trattoria Ai Vivai In Saonara

I was yesterday January 18th, for the first time, the place opened at 12, a welcoming and clean place with well spaced tables, between the week fixed price menu from Friday list price, I tasted the medium rare cooking... very good deliciously tender and a fabulous cake for the palate, I recommend also trying the à la carte menu, I recommend booking on the weekend, both for the available places and also for the parking which seems small to me, then I don't know if there are others nearby

Excellent horse meat and impeccable service. The price is right and the atmosphere is very intimate. A truly lovely evening, thank you.

Sunday 05/11/2023, we left from Piedmont (Alessandria) to visit Padua. For lunch by chance we found ourselves in a place called Trattoria Ai Vivai, in (Saonara). We were delighted with the welcome and the quality of the dishes. For us, it's a bit of a drive to come back often, but anyone who finds themselves in the area, we highly recommend it. Joseph

Pranzo per festeggiare le nozze di diamante, menù concordato con il gentile titolare Nicola. Un antipasto ricco con ottimi salumi e sfilacci buonissimi. Il primo piatto molto buono, tortellacci artigianali ripieni, consigliatissimi, saporiti e ben presentati. Il secondo una morbidissima straecca, con patate novelle al forno, con la buccia. Il dessert superlativo e lo spumante perfetto, cortesemente serviti dai gentili camerieri….. il vino della casa squisito, ma la carta dei vini è degna di nota. Per concludere un’abbondante offerta per accompagnare i caffè, grappa, amaro, limoncello, liquirizia. Il conto equo e corretto, tenuto conto della cordialità e dell’efficienza del servizio.
