04/05/2025: I start from the assumption that in reality at the Bronse Querte you eat very well... the PROBLEM is the HURRY of the waiters in taking away - with the last morsel of meat still in their mouth, or someone at the table still eating - both the GRILL and the PLATES. - See also other reviews from other customers - I can understand (MAYBE) about the embers: if there are few available and then you need to turn them around for other diners who are waiting... but for the waiter to come back to me, after I have had to move the meat from the embers to the plate, to also remove the latter while I chew: EVEN NO. Yesterday, the place wasn't even full, so no rush of customers who might have been waiting! Yet, this was the experience. I wanted to return after a year, because I was enthusiastic about the embers, and as far as I remember everything was perfect. But yesterday… I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the evening. The place can certainly improve on this aspect, also because as good as the food is, everything else counts too.

24/05/2025: Avevo un ricordo pessimo di questa pizzeria di vecchio stampo. Ho voluto riprovarla dopo qualche tempo sperando che nel frattempo si fossero evoluti. Purtroppo mi sbagliavo. Impasto molliccio, ingredienti bruciacchiati, cornicione durissimo e immangiabile, pizza fredda dopo un minuto. Non ci sarà un altro tentativo.
