29/05/2025: I don't question the quality and goodness of these brioches, but if I take one the cost is €1.30. For my birthday I took 60 and I couldn't get a better price, always 1.30 euros. Anyone gives you a discount on the quantity, not them!

26/04/2025: ....what can I say about this pastry shop, excellent choice of pastries and desserts... I always go there for important occasions and I've always had a good time. Excellent service and top notch staff, they advise you and the smile is included in the price. 5 votes in all categories. Especially Angela, kind and friendly!!! well done

11/03/2025: Locale bello ed elegante, personale non troppo simpatico Qualità del cibo molto mediocre, 11€ per una lasagna alla bolognese che era un’insulto alla vera lasagna. Pasta stracotta, sembrava una lasagna confezionata, anzi con le lasagne confezionate mangiate meglio e spendete sicuramente meno. Per lo meno le porzioni erano abbondanti L’unica cosa davvero buona il caffè

12/09/2025: The waitress looked like she'd been raining for seven days. Unfriendly, no explanation. The order was taken, or rather, acknowledged. No questions asked if we wanted anything else... The coffee tasted good, and the drinks, if they were original, were also good. We've been there twice now; you can have a bad day, she must have had a bad week.

08/07/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con colleghi , entrambi abbiamo avuto problemi di pancia nei giorni dopo ,e abbiamo aspettando solo per prenotare 45minuti ,chiamando svariate volte i camerieri .

31/10/2025: Terrible service, especially from the bar staff, a "young lady" who, instead of telling the children's parents the bad things just because they had asked for chips directly from them! She said that the third time she asked for chips, and they COST A LOT OF MONEY, we ordered 9 drinks and the first drink, they didn't even bring a bowl. We didn't complain and asked and politely warned them, but something like that, especially saying these things to children, IS VERY RUDE and impolite. We'll never go back.

25/10/2025: Breakfast in the square, two of us. They took the wrong order for two macchiatos, croissants ran out, one coffee arrived after the other had already been drunk... it arrived cold... staff needs a review, they're not very attentive to service. Better to change bars.

30/10/2025: EXCELLENT The pizzas were delicious, the crust thin and crispy, cooked to perfection. The spaghetti with meatballs was amazing... the service and customer care were very good, and we weren't hungry enough to eat the delicious cannoli. I highly recommend it if you come to Venice.

28/10/2025: The food was tasty, but not outstanding. The service wasn't very friendly and responded very slowly to our inquiries, which we noticed because they listened to us but then immediately turned to other guests. Charging €5.50 for a Fanta in a plastic bottle is incredibly outrageous, as is the service charge that suddenly appears on the bill! There was no prior communication about this; it's just a mandatory charge. Look elsewhere.

15/09/2025: Ample parking nearby, a quiet location facing the pedestrian promenade, and a beautiful view of the lake. I had a Veronese pizza with local products, which was delicious and easy to digest. The service was friendly and helpful. Prices were average for the area. Recommended.

13/09/2025: About two weeks ago, three of us spontaneously visited the hotel/restaurant around 7 p.m. in the evening. We got an outside table with a view of the lake. The restaurant felt coherent. We received friendly service, and the food, consisting of pizza and pasta, was very good. Fresh, hot, and served with a friendly smile. The staff was attentive, and we enjoyed the house wine. The total price was also reasonable. Unfortunately, I can't agree with the other reviews – our stay on a sunny August evening was good!

03/07/2025: Negative experience – Beware of unjustified price increases Yesterday in the late afternoon I went to self-service refueling, inserting my debit card with the intention of filling up at the displayed price of €1.64/L. After selecting the pump, a petrol station attendant appeared and, without me having asked for any help, decided to intervene personally. He inserted the fuel nozzle into my car and pressed the truck symbol on the display. After blocking the nozzle, I let the refueling complete. Right away I noticed that the amount was going up well above what I usually spend for a full tank. The car wasn't even in reserve, yet the total was much higher than any other refueling done in the last 10 years with this car. I then moved to make room for the others in line and, having not asked for a receipt when paying with a debit card, I wrote down the data from the board to try to understand what had happened. In the end I calculated that I paid 58 euros for about 25 liters, that is, 2.32 €/L instead of 1.64 €/L as indicated. Even if a different price was foreseen for "assisted" refueling (which I had not requested anyway), such a difference is absolutely unjustifiable. Unfortunately, since I did not have a receipt, I was unable to ask the attendant directly for explanations. The only thing I can do is leave this review, hoping that it will be read by those who manage the station. I really hope that similar situations do not happen often to other customers. It is not so much for the 15 euros more, but for the feeling of having been cheated for no reason.

18/09/2025: Graduation party. Very disappointing experience. The menu proposed in writing was not the one served. This can happen. The price was too high for the product served. (It didn't seem well-made or fresh. Just pieces of dry, flaky focaccia.) The dessert was good. I don't recommend it; there are better alternatives.

29/10/2025: I'm sorry, but after a few years of going there without any problems, I won't be returning to this place. I may have been wrong not to specify my intolerance, but if I ask for a pizza without mozzarella, you can't bring it with buffalo mozzarella, claiming it's not regular mozzarella, and most importantly rolling your eyes. I risk feeling really sick. No apology and no chance to remake the pizza, the waitress and pizza chef were visibly annoyed. I asked for at least the mozzarella to be removed... just a little, here and there, just to please me. I'm sorry, but that's not the way to behave. Allergies and intolerances are serious problems. I always try not to bother anyone, but you were very rude.

26/04/2025: non-existent cleanliness, dirty rooms, holes with spiders, radiators with mold and cobwebs, blocked shutters, used handkerchiefs in blankets and a pillow cover, beer cap under the wardrobes, small hole in a mattress, dirty mattress, hair in the pillow.

26/04/2025: Dirty rooms, Holes around the room and bathroom (complete with huge friendly black spiders coming out of them (I'm arachnophobic)), At first they gave me a room with a leak in the ceiling and it was raining on the floor, then they changed me (AT LEAST THAT). Non-existent roller shutter on the balcony door, beds that stand up miraculously. Bidet that you can't practically wash because it works like a toilet, Toilet with little water coming down when you flush. Dirty mattresses and drawn mattress covers. Showers without water, excrement in the toilet as soon as you enter the room. ALSO FOUND A DIRTY HANDKERCHIEF UNDER THE BLANKETS AND INSIDE A PILLOW. Hair on the pillows.

13/10/2025: We arrived at this hotel and the welcome wasn't bad at first, but then the problem arose in the restaurant. The waiters were incredibly slow and the food was terrible. Pasta with cooking water in it. Poor my colleague Krakken. A dear friend of mine from Matera told me to go eat at Pietra Viva in Matera and you'll eat much, much better.

26/09/2025: Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room wasn't properly cleaned: there was obvious dust and the sheets weren't fresh. The reception staff was willing to listen to the problem and promise a solution, but in reality, the room remained in the same condition throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a negative: we asked if it was possible to have breakfast a little earlier than the scheduled time, but they said no. We were only able to have it on the last day of our stay. The selection was limited, and the lady in charge of breakfast was rude and unhelpful. Overall, the value for money was poor. I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I return.
