31/07/2025: I went for a takeout breakfast with my kids. We only took away 4 croissants, paying a whopping €12. €3 per croissant, as if they were high-quality croissants or some famous pastry shop. Probably frozen croissants. Terrible, really. I can understand the city center; you must have mistaken me for a tourist? But that's not how it works. I'll never come again, and I'll also improve my voice. Furthermore, I also witnessed a terrible scene: you took a wrong order and took the coffees outside. Once brought back inside, you served them to those waiting in line at the counter. First taken out, then served. Is that allowed?

13/07/2025: Este es un bonito restaurante en el centro de Verona, justo en la plaza. Sirvieron buenos mariscos. ¡Y pedí una pasta con mariscos y estaba maravillosa! ¡¡¡Delicioso!!! El personal es agradable.

05/05/2025: Muy, muy mal servicio. Muchas camareras y tuvimos que pedir nuestra bebida muchas veces y todavía no conseguimos lo que pedimos. La comida era comible, pero nada especial. No volvería aquí de nuevo.

07/07/2025: For over 14 years you could get spaghetti pomodoro as a takeaway, and now takeaway has been minimized😌What a shame.. It was great, and doesn't really bring more customers into the restaurant.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati accolti come fossimo persone di famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, pesce freschissimo. Consiglio se si vuole mangiare tipico e fare una vera esperienza alla Giudecca in un posto storico. Torneremo presto. Grazie mille a tutti voi.

19/07/2025: Eins meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Venedig (Giudecca). Leider muss man über die Jahre leider einen negativen Trend beobachten. Preise sind entschieden gestiegen und die Portionen werden immer kleiner (willkommen bei der Touristengastronomie). Schade, denn Location ist sehr individuell und schön. Mal schauen, wie oft ich hier noch aufschlagen werde.

30/07/2025: Under the new management, the service and food have completely improved. The pizzas are very good. The piano adds a touch of sophistication to the atmosphere. Cristina's kindness makes everyone feel at ease. I recommend it 👍

25/07/2025: The atmosphere was unique, the singer was incredible, our drinks were excellent. They gave us headphones so there was no noise pollution at night! We only went for an evening drink and our experience was excellent. Yes, we paid a little more but it was worth it!

16/07/2025: I ordered a "cold matcha," but I was served a cup with pure milk and ice cubes. Visually, the drink was almost completely white with only a slight greenish tinge, and the taste of matcha was practically nonexistent. Very disappointing. The employee told us to stir it well, but that didn't change anything. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience, especially if you were looking forward to a real matcha.

07/07/2025: Ordered a fresh matcha latte, I get a warm green broth that tastes of cucumber in a dirty cup, served in a merciless and dirty way. Paid €4.50

27/06/2025: I leave 5 stars for the food because I love it! For the service instead there are some small problems, very often when I go there I ask for Coca-Cola WITH ice but it arrives without ice. For the rest the environment is good after all it remains in a shopping center.

02/07/2025: Totally deceiving like the other comments. The dish on the menu is €15-25 which seems reasonable for lunch. But the waiter recommends special menu with no price mentioned. It costs us €85 for the fish with baked veggies. The lasagna is very greasy & of fast food standard. The side salad is not fresh as the lettuce already turned brown on the edge, also fast food standard. BE Aware of their trick. DO NOT RECOMMEND

31/05/2025: You're not allowed to share a pizza, it's explicitly stated on every menu page! So I won't be eating here again. A quiet place, prices are OK, but food for Italy is a total no-go.

18/07/2025: El servidor/registrador fue totalmente grosero cuando le pedí que viera el pago antes de tocar mi tarjeta de crédito. Dijo la cantidad en Italiano así que simplemente quería ver el cargo para que no me engañaran/pagaran de más (cosa que puede pasar mucho en Italia! ) Empezó a gritar en Italiano luego metió el lector de tarjetas de crédito EN MI CARA! Estaba cerca de mis hijos, así que no hice una escena y sonreí para no escalar el momento. El hombre que claramente necesita retirarse no debería estar trabajando allí tratando a los clientes de esa manera. ¿Podría haber lanzado al lector en su dirección - sí, pero soy el estadounidense compuesto que respeta a la gente! Además, sus cannolis son tan horribles - inyectados con nada más que azúcar. El señor que sirve café era maravilloso y nos trató bien.

04/07/2025: As often, I met up with friends for breakfast but unfortunately we had to run away because we couldn't stand the heat... without air conditioning and employees exhausted from working in these conditions... I think that until this problem is fixed we won't be back!

28/05/2025: Extremely disappointed by what would have all the potential to be a fantastic bistro inside a beautiful bookshop, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Mestre. The quality of the food ordered was mediocre, the service was slow and without courtesy. They served me water in a glass so streaked and opaque from use that I would hardly see anything worse. Not to be returned to.
