04/05/2025: Eravamo in visita a Piazzola sul Brenta per visitare villa Contarini e ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa trattoria. Locale ordinato,pulito e grande. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Vino sfuso buono. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto, un secondo a testa, vino, acqua, caffè. La loro specialità è il baccalà in molte varianti locali. Molto buono . Siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Prezzo onesto. In media 30-35€

10/09/2025: The room and bathroom were dated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Unfriendly and unsympathetic staff. We thought it was expensive.

05/09/2025: We enjoyed the restaurant even though we weren't guests of the hotel. It's definitely worth a try. The typical dishes were well-prepared. The location was beautiful. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was great!

27/07/2025: I wanted to like this place because it was recommended to me, but maybe the chef wasn't there and the restaurant was understaffed. A third of the steaks were torn, and many others didn't want to open. We also ordered a steak, which was overcooked, burned, and tasteless. I don't like writing negative reviews, but it was a really bad experience, and I felt the need to write an honest and updated review. Like I said, maybe the chef wasn't there and someone was trying to keep it open, but that was my opinion when I was there in December. I'll try again when you reopen, since you took the time to respond, and I promise to update the review if it improves. I don't want to discredit this place because of a bad experience, but that was my opinion last time. (Also, I'm changing the review from 1 to 2 stars because you took the time to read my review and contact me. It shows you care and are always striving to improve.)

15/07/2025: Sono stata una sera a cena in questo ristorante, si presenta bene alla vista e ha delle sedute comode. All inizio tutto normale, dopo aver ordinato abbiamo aspettato circa 30 minuti per avere un prosciutto e melone e una battuta di gamberi (che non mi è piaciuta). Dopo altri 40 minuti sono arrivati i primi …tagliatelle al ragù per mio marito .. buone e gnocchi al granchio e rosmarino per me …. Anche NO… si sentiva solo il sapore della panna in cui erano sommersi gli gnocchi e del rosmarino neppure l’ombra. In tutto questo avevamo una famiglia al tavolo accanto e i bambini ci guardavano mangiare affamati visto che erano lì da almeno 40 minuti e ancora aspettavano la prima portata.

11/07/2025: Dopo tanti anni che veniamo qui rimane sempre il nostro punto di riferimento per deliziarci di pesce! Qualità della materia prima, ampia scelta di piatti con aggiunta di pietanze del giorno,cura e pulizia, estrema cortesia e gentilezza di tutti i ragazzi rendono la cena una garanzia! Provare per credere..perché a parole non si può descrivere tutta questa meraviglia! Noi per andare sul sicuro ci siamo stati tutta la settimana.. 7 cene a fila… e non ce ne siamo pentiti

02/10/2025: I rarely leave reviews, it's not my habit, but I went to Il Gabbiano today for lunch with the set menu, and I have to say I ate divinely. The spaghetti with sardines was amazing. I'll be back in the evening because I want to try other dishes and the pizza. The staff was very kind and professional, thank you.

01/11/2025: Truly a disappointment. A terrible choice to eat here. First of all, we had to wait a good 45 minutes for our dishes to arrive, and the look of the dishes really put you off. I wasn't even asked to cook the meat, and it's NOT the first time. The dishes were completely cold and lacked anything other than what was listed on the menu. When they arrived, and just to eat, because we were hungry, we ate them anyway, because we definitely would have had to wait another half hour, if not more! We also ordered desserts, and when they arrived, the dishes from the previous courses were still on the table! There's enough staff to handle this many people, but you can tell they're not interested in working at all, because it seems like they're making a fuss if you come to eat here!

31/10/2025: Italy's most famous steakhouse saloon arrived a few years ago, right outside the BL shopping area. It's very spacious inside and has the usual pleasant Western decor, while outside it has ample parking. The staff is young and friendly, but inexperienced and the service is slow... I'm sorry I paid €2 just for service; if it was for the cover charge, I could have understood. Commercial beers that have nothing to do with the Wild West. I remembered their burger sandwiches being bigger, but still edible! Prices are reasonable.

05/10/2025: I bought three takeout pizzas, two from the menu and one with a speck base for €8.50 + burrata for €3.00 + cherry tomatoes for €2.00 + chopped pistachios for €3.00 for a total of €16.50. A real steal (it's inconceivable that a burrata costs exactly the same as a teaspoon of chopped pistachios and that 4 cherry tomatoes on a pizza is an additional €2.00). The pizzas were good, but the pizza that was supposed to be the least expensive was ridiculously overpriced. I definitely won't be getting takeout from this place again.

03/10/2025: The place is o.k. for its RISO ALLA PILOTA. Everything else: better to forget quickly... including final bill. One RISO + few vegetables + some water for 30 astonishing euros. Prepare your wallet!

03/09/2025: The pasta dish was also good, but the price was absolutely not worth what I ate, the quality of the service, and the atmosphere (very dated and smelly). Tagliatelle with ragù and peas, a small plate of mixed vegetables, half a glass of water and coffee, 21 euros for lunch. Come on!

15/10/2025: Just fancied a coffee at 19:00hrs no problem great coffee 👍 Others said only if having food when half empty!🤔

27/09/2025: The dishes lacked any flavor. The octopus salad was bland, with no dressing other than oil. The tomato bruschetta didn't have a hint of garlic.

01/11/2025: We've been coming here for years, but this evening we were scolded by a waiter because our friends' 10-month-old daughter screamed for 30 seconds. When I complained about it, we were told not to come again. That's what we'll do.
