17/03/2025: Da ormai un paio di mesi frequento questo posto per colazione, prima di andare a lavoro. La mia richiesta è sempre la stessa (abbondantemente e ripetutamente motivata, ancge scusandomi, a chi è dietro il bancone): cornetto e cappuccino com caffè ristretto e appena tiepido, visto che ho in bocca un apparecchio invisaline in plastica e il dentista si è raccomandato di evitare cibi caldi per la buona tenuta dello stesso. Ebbene, ste due cadono sempre dal cielo, fra l'altro lente come bradipi che voglia di lavorare saltami addosso, e puntualmente mi nettono sul bancone un cappuccino caldo che per metà tazza è caffè. L'altra volta ho dovuto chiedere per due volte di allungarmelo con del latte freddo, sembrava dovessero versarmi dom perignon data la quantità distillatami in tazza, e mi hanno guardato manco avessi chiesto code di pappagallo, stavolta una delle due mi ha risposto che non era vero che la tazza era calda!! Cioè, ad una cliente che ti chiede di versare un po' di latte freddo in una tazza e che ti indica l'apparecchio che ha in bocca, tu rispondi "no", e veramente non lo fai, non mi dai del latte per raffreddare il cappuccino!! Mai vista una tale cafonaggine... Non so se provare pietà per gente così meschina e che fa così male il proprio lavoro, o pena, di sicuro in questo posto, dove chi vi lavora non sa cosa sia non solo l'empatia, ma anche la più basilare buona educazione, non vedranno mai più né me né i miei amici! Vergognatevi!

15/03/2025: Customer, I had taken croissants and coffee But while I was inside my cell phone updated and suddenly it died, not having access to the Internet created an emergency situation for me I only had to send ONE message from the computer to resolve an urgent situation. The bar in question has two WiFi networks - Caffe Letterario and Caffe Leterario Guest, and the two staff representatives denied me access twice even though I had kindly asked for this requirement. 12/08/2025: I've been there three times since May, and each time it's always exceptional. The chicken and teriyaki wok rice is delicious, I'd eat it every day if I could. The ravioli are among the best I've ever eaten. Last time we ordered a bento, which they only do for lunch, and it was exceptional. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: I have no idea how they manage to have such a huge—and rather varied—menu like the one they offer while maintaining such excellent quality, but congratulations. If I lived in Padua, I'd definitely be stopping by regularly.

01/08/2025: Business lunch. Positive experience, friendly and smiling staff. Fast service, ideal for business lunches... Good home cooking. Also worth trying in the evening.

16/06/2025: Classic trattoria with a fixed menu without too many pretensions. Edible food, the only serious flaw is the bread placed on the table, which is dry, as if it were from the day before. Friendly staff. Few parking spaces outside.

05/08/2025: Ho prenotato con the fork, visto che c era il 50% e il giorno della prenotazione chiama il titolare dicendomi che c è stato un errore. L ha fatto anche mio marito e stessa identica cosa. Il bello è che in the fork c è sempre lo sconto del 50%. Mi sembra davvero poco onesto farsi pubblicità con lo sconto e poi dare la colpa a the fork. Evitate!

06/07/2025: Avevo prenotato tramite The Fork, ma il ristoratore mi ha contattato chiedendomi di annullare la prenotazione e presentarmi comunque per “ottenere gli stessi benefici”. Ho trovato questo comportamento scorretto nei confronti dell’app e poco trasparente. Una volta arrivati al ristorante, ci è stato imposto di ordinare due portate a testa, una condizione mai indicata su The Fork e non comunicata nemmeno telefonicamente al momento della richiesta di annullamento. Preciso che non si trattava di una questione economica: avevamo intenzione di ordinare antipasto condiviso, due secondi, dolci, vino e acqua, ma non avevamo appetito per due portate a testa a testa obbligatorie. Quando ho espresso il mio disaccordo e ho deciso di andarmene, ho comunque lasciato 5 euro per l’acqua, per correttezza. Poco dopo, il titolare mi ha richiamato telefonicamente e, con tono inappropriato, ha insinuato che fossi un “morto di fame”, cosa totalmente fuori luogo e offensiva. Un’esperienza che, al di là del cibo (che non ho potuto provare), ha lasciato un’impressione estremamente negativa per la gestione del cliente e la totale mancanza di rispetto.

08/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo agriturismo non lontano dal centro di Padova Ambiente semplice ma pulito ed ordinato Servizio veloce e professionale Piatti tipici della cucina veneta Meno di 20 euro a persona per 4 primi abbondanti, due secondi da dividere, verdure ripassata in padella, due dolci, vino, acqua, amaro, servizio e coperto inclusi a 75 euro. Vi assicuro che ne vale la pena In pizzeria avrei speso di più Consigliato assolutamente 👍

19/06/2025: The other night I went to eat here with a friend (I'll start by saying that there weren't many people since it was a Wednesday) we arrived at 8pm, the waiter arrived after almost 20 minutes, after 10 minutes the drinks arrived... but the most scandalous thing is that the first course arrived around 9pm. Honestly the only good thing was the sandwich because the chips were very salty so I left them, while the appetizers we ordered were either too salty or there was no salt at all. Honestly a terrible experience.

18/06/2025: Absolutely stay away from them. Seats for students from the school in front, nothing more. Service and waiting times rating 0! I went to eat a cutlet tonight, the place was almost empty and I waited more than 45 minutes! In addition, I was also told that it was because the place was full. In short, they lost a customer, I will never set foot in there again.
