10/06/2025: What a fantastic pizzeria! In my opinion, it is underrated. Sure, it is in the center of Giarre, not in New York, but lucky for us. In any case: the pizzas are very good, the draft beer is good, the staff is delightful, who bends over backwards for the customer. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it; go there, you will not be disappointed.

26/05/2025: A ketogenic pizza that has nothing to envy to many "normal" pizzas that are eaten around, a keto coffee semifreddo also this, which is a marvel, and a friendly and helpful staff like few others nowadays... I will definitely be back!

Die Pasta ist (narualmente) selbst gemacht, und alle Speisen, die wir zu uns genommen haben, waren frisch und sehr lecker. Es ist eine dieser Situationen, wo man sich ärgert, weil man satt ist, aber gerne noch mehr essen würde. Schade, dass wir zu kurz in der Region waren, um erneut in diese Osteria zu gehen. Ein Besuch und das Essen dort empfehlen wir absolut, wenn Sie hier in der Nähe sind. Aber liebe Deutsche, englisch oder italienisch sollten Sie sprechen können. Hier sollte man nur hingehen, wenn man nicht Rimini, Jesolo oder Largo di Garda favorisiert. Dies ist ein typisches UND GUTES Lokal!!! ***** Un'osteria splendidamente decorata, con personale molto cortese e amichevole, e sicuramente la scelta giusta per la cena. La pasta è fatta in casa (narualmente) e tutto il cibo che abbiamo mangiato era fresco e molto gustoso. È una di quelle situazioni in cui si è infastiditi perché si è pieni ma si vorrebbe mangiare di più. È un peccato che siamo stati nella regione per un periodo troppo breve per poter tornare in questa osteria. Se vi trovate nei paraggi, vi consigliamo assolutamente di visitarla e di mangiare lì. Ma cari tedeschi, dovreste essere in grado di parlare inglese o italiano. Andate qui solo se non siete amanti di Rimini, Jesolo o Largo di Garda. Questo è un ristorante tipico e molto buono!!!

07/08/2025: Its a nahh... This Hotel could be good, the front desk staff was friendly, but the restaurant staff was rude, and not friendly at all... Our room was above the kitchen, so we can't open the window and sit to our terrace, it was so loud and smelly, the room was not clean at all, to be honest it was dirty, the towels the bed, hmmm come on... I don't recommend this place overall

I particularly appreciated the selection of fresh, high-quality cured meats, perfect for an aperitif or a snack. And what better way to pair them than with a good local wine? The choice was spot on and perfectly complemented the tasting experience. The Maxi Bar is the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing break, immersed in the beauty of Arquà Petrarca, with a good glass of wine and authentic flavors. I highly recommend it!

05/07/2025: Very wide variety of dishes, the food is really good and for all tastes. High quality of ingredients and moderate prices. Excellent service, everyone is kind and helpful. What can I say about the room... beautiful, with typical Chinese elements, a pleasure for the eyes. They also do take-away, very convenient. I recommend their fried ice cream! Quiet place, the only flaw is the parking a little difficult to find: but not impossible!

01/06/2025: Traditional Chinese cuisine. Large and quiet room, despite the Saturday lunch. Exquisite dishes and always with unique flavors from each other. Moderate prices. Very high quality of ingredients and preparation methodology that enhanced the various flavors. Excellent portions for sharing. The staff is very kind and courteous. I will definitely return!

15/07/2025: Arriviamo in questo locale con tutti i migliori auspici. Ne abbiamo sempre sentito parlare benissimo da chi lo frequenta regolarmente…e in zona gode di una certa “fama”. Prima cosa, locale caotico. Devi urlare per capirti e sentirti. Il ragazzo che viene a prendere le ordinazioni è sul lentuccio a segnare le variazioni (poche!!)ai piatti che avevamo scelto ma vabbè, non avevamo fretta. Peccato però che il toast alla francese scelto da mia figlia, non avesse la variazione chiesta. Quindi ha dovuto aspettare che glielo rifacessero. A parte questo, arriviamo alla qualità del cibo. I funghi sono quelli che si trovano nelle scatolette del supermercato. Tutti gli ingredienti sia dei toast che dell’hamburger di mio marito…COMPLETAMENTE insipidi. Zero sale. Quindi se soffri di pressione alta, sei nel posto giusto!! Inoltre sia il panino di mio marito che i nostri toast non erano “legati” fra di loro, il pane si staccava dal resto e ti rendevi così conto che la tanto decantata mozzarella in realtà…c’era? Non c’era?? Mistero…era tutto slegato, gommoso, secco, bisognava masticare bene sennò il boccone non andava giù! Ma d’altronde è normale se ti trovi sul piatto qualcosa di più simile ad un chewing-gum che ad un toast… Altra cosa. Tavoli mignon, se non stai attento ti cade per terra la bottiglia d’acqua o altro…devi stare immobile e vedrai che salverai la cena, anche se non merita. Ah, dimenticavo di parlare delle verdure pastellate…a parte essere 4…forse 5…erano imbevute nell’olio quindi pesanti e stomachevoli. Forse il cuoco lo sa, ecco perché ne mette poche. Ma te le fa pagare come fossero tante! Insomma, noi non torneremo ma a chi piace trangugiare e basta e spendere parecchio per la scarsa qualità di ciò che trangugi, allora okay, il Cortivo è perfetto!!
