18/11/2025: A colleague's retirement dinner with a pre-arranged menu. Carefully presented, the portions were well-balanced, and the option of second helpings was offered. The dishes were delicious, as was the fabulous dessert they created. The staff was attentive and accommodating to the guests' needs. Recommended!

18/11/2025: Evening with Friends The entrance stands out for its elegance and cleanliness. We ate à la carte, the food was quality and beautifully plated, and the dessert was superb, created by Cinzia. The service was friendly and attentive to our needs.

30/11/2025: Too bad! It has all the potential to be an excellent hotel, but some aspects are terrible. Room: No soundproofing. Ours was above the breakfast room, and at 6:30 in the morning they started moving tables and chairs, making an annoying noise that woke us up. They could fix this with very little effort: just put felt pads on the table and chair legs. It doesn't take a lot of science to figure that out. Restaurant: We booked a tasting dinner. The food was good, but it was ruined by the location: in front of the bar on a table and high stools, with horrible background music. Service: In a nearby room, there was a dog left alone that barked from 11:00 PM until 12:30 AM. We tried to contact reception, but no one answered. We had to go downstairs, and only after a while did someone finally show up to fix the problem. Unacceptable! The Wi-Fi wasn't working. Too bad, indeed. The dog incident may have been an unfortunate coincidence, but they should learn from it to improve…

22/11/2025: I just stayed at the Wine Castrum Resort and I have to say I found an excellent team. I have to give a special thanks to Monica, who welcomed us warmly and guided us through the tasting. She instilled a strong bond with us, and we'll definitely be back soon.

14/12/2025: An evening to forget. Disgusting and rude staff. I strongly recommend changing both the waitresses and the restaurant's policy because, if a dish is on the menu, a person has the right to order it. Rude waitresses, where the black girl didn't even greet me, and a rude woman who replied, "I'll do you a favor, do what you want." Are you kidding? Shame! They also put us in such a cramped space that, by the end of the evening, my side hurt from the discomfort. One word: Shame. Shameful staff, shameful place, at least the cutlet was good even if they brought it to me without fries.

15/12/2025: My meat was cooked raw, even though the waitress had already asked how I wanted it cooked. I find it ridiculous that someone would order it that way, and it was even noted, but still wouldn't do it! I really dislike eating raw meat! I received no compensation!

01/12/2025: I'm sorry to write this negative review, not because of the food, which is excellent and made with top-quality products, but because of the rudeness shown to me by some of the girls behind the counter. I went to pick up my takeout order and in the meantime I had an aperitif that I wasn't allowed to consume at the bar because they didn't want people in front of the counter (as if people were a nuisance), so they told me to consume outside, even in the cold and humid winter. This is the reason I haven't been there since, but I reiterate that the products are excellent quality and delicious. I'm sorry.

12/10/2025: Fantastic setting. Well-maintained and spotlessly clean holes. Friendly manager. An experience for both adults and children not to be missed.

24/07/2025: Compared to last time we noticed the ice cream shop... excellent, with some benches overlooking the mountains. Convenient parking.

28/11/2025: There's a nice, small dining room. The service was friendly and attentive; the food was good. The turbot on potato slices is especially recommended. The meat dishes (Wiener Schnitzel) were also good. The white wine on tap was very tasty.

19/11/2025: A little updating wouldn't be a bad thing. Otherwise, we ate quite well, except for the spaghetti with clams, which wasn't particularly flavorful. The fried food and mixed grill were also very good. The service was also good.

29/09/2025: This is now the second time I've had to go to the bathroom all night when I eat here... I thought it would only happen once, which can happen, but not every time I come! The girls are always kind and helpful, unfortunately the only flaw is that some ingredients need to be re-evaluated.

01/12/2025: A historic and quaint venue. A simple yet incisive menu, as is the beer selection. The availability of Guinness has always been appreciated. Unfortunately, prices have become expensive, and it's no longer possible to have a pleasant evening without spending much or even the right amount. A can of Coke for €4 or a (single) almost empty sweet crepe for €6 are above average.

24/11/2025: Nothing to complain about the staff or the service in general, but the pizzas just aren't up to par. My friend and I ordered two white pizzas, which were truly awful. Also, paying more than €12 for a pizza with such low-quality ingredients doesn't seem right to me.

30/09/2025: Very good Spanish restaurant. The paella was very good and plentiful. The staff was friendly.

05/09/2025: Since the management changed, the quantity of dishes has been significantly reduced. 4 prawns plus heads for about 12 euros seems too much to me... same thing for the calamari rings... kind waiter... new owner rude and arrogant... someone should explain to her that the customer is always right!!! Last time I go!

14/11/2025: Great bar/restaurant. We enjoyed excellent Prosecco and a delicious meal. The lighter fare was superb. We are thrilled with this place.

20/08/2025: An unpleasant experience on August 15th. We agreed to have lunch with friends during the second sitting at 2:00 PM. The welcome wasn't the best, with the waitress giving us the option of a fixed menu or an "à la carte" option and almost seeming annoyed when we chose the latter. Between dishes arriving halfway, grim-faced staff, and inaccurate bills (the receipt shows items we didn't order being charged), we left with a bitter taste in our mouths (and I don't mean the liquor). My opinion is that if there are more people on certain days, it would be better to avoid shifts and double shifts, to offer a more relaxed and quality service.

12/08/2025: A mountain inn with excellent food and friendly staff! The fixed-price lunch option is excellent. The food was good, plentiful, and reasonably priced! Dining out has become unthinkable these days.

04/10/2025: Best B&B I have ever stayed at. The employees were communicative and helpful, the rooms were BIG and clean, breakfast was wonderful, and the location was great. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
