21/11/2025: I went to this place for a quick dinner. It's located in the ghetto area of ​​the city center, making it a nice neighborhood. The country chic and vintage decor is beautiful, and the atmosphere is inviting. The menu is quite extensive and caters to all tastes, with meat dishes taking center stage. The burgers are delicious, as are the fries, often included with the sandwich. I recommend the sweet fried ones and the ones with truffle-infused parmesan. The staff is very kind and attentive (perhaps a bit too kind). The wait times are short (it was a very quiet evening). The prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're adequate for the quality of the food. I recommend a visit; reservations are recommended on weekends.

Would you like to travel back in time and experience the thrill of being served like a prince or princess by a butler and a cook from the last century? I had an unforgettable experience at Mulino al Pizzon. I was greeted upon arrival by the owner, who had me park in the spaces reserved for guests with reservations. In the restaurant, I was greeted by the waiters. Promptly and kindly, they explained to me the specialties of the cuisine, using local organic products. I enjoyed the typical wine from the surrounding countryside, whole-wheat bread made with ancient grains, including the rare S. Pastore 14 wheat. An appetizer of two-tone corn polenta with a cheese fondue. The lasagna with vegetables and organic meat were delicacies you simply must try. For the second course, I enjoyed braised Sorana pork with Teroldogo Rotaliano red wine. The side dishes were the height of variety and enjoyment for the lunch. The homemade desserts enhanced the sweetness of the food and the chef's skill. A tour of the machinery of the ancient water mill 💧 and its history immersed us in an experience where mind, heart, and body found the joy of hospitality and the culture of times gone by, a culture that has become so rare today. Seeing is believing!

17/11/2025: It's a shame, because the experience isn't just about the food (which is still good) but also about the welcome and customer service, which in this case was TERRIBLE. I used to come to this place practically every time I stopped in Venice, but over time, they've become increasingly expensive and, above all, increasingly rude. Among other things, we were prevented from ordering take-out mozzarella in carrozza, which we requested only because it wasn't available at the counter when we ordered. It's a shame because I thought it was an authentic place, but there are better. I doubt I'll return.

16/11/2025: Nothing to complain about about the food, which we didn't even try given the rudeness (or perhaps even rudeness) with which we were greeted by the lady at the counter. Our impression was confirmed by another customer who whispered, "The Spritz is good, but they're not exactly friendly!" No big deal; the bacaro next door offers a completely different atmosphere!

Spunciotti, panini, canapés, and many other specialties, all accompanied by a good selection of excellent wines, are not just for evening aperitifs, but also for delicious snacks throughout the day!

The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the staff are simply wonderful - genuinely passionate, attentive, and eager to share their knowledge. Their selection of natural wines is OUTSTANDING, with plenty of unique bottles you won’t find elsewhere. Every recommendation was spot-on, and the food complemented the wines perfectly. You can feel the care and thought that goes into every detail here. A must-visit for anyone who loves great wine and great people.

07/09/2025: Something changed in the kitchen, or maybe I just had a bad day, but alas, the excellent cuisine that has always made me choose this place over many others has slipped this time. The flavors are lacking, and in my opinion, the preparation is lacking. If it weren't for the ramen, which is excellent compared to other competitors, I'd be forced to say that I finished my meal just as I started it, with the same flavors throughout. I have no complaints about the service, impeccable as always, courteous, fast, and friendly. The place is still the same, welcoming and with an open kitchen, so you can eat in peace and without that feeling of having someone overseeing your table. As I said, assume it's a bad day or a change in the kitchen, because the food here has always been truly good. Today wasn't the case, but that can happen even to the best.

19/11/2025: We had dinner here and were delighted. The food was delicious, the portions were very generous, and the value for money was simply fantastic. Combined with friendly service and a great atmosphere, we can wholeheartedly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

22/10/2025: The food is good, but that's not the only thing a restaurant is looking for. The prickly owner doesn't make guests feel comfortable and repeatedly scolds the waitress, who, unlike her, is charming. Too bad.
