Hamerica's In Padova

A nice place in the center of Padua. For the first time but we had a great time. Nice atmosphere. Very kind staff. 70s furnishings, I think American style. We eat well.

Of all the Hamerica's, the one in the ghetto in via dell'Arco in Padua is the best! The tall waiter with the beard, in addition to being very nice, is really professional and very kind and always gives excellent advice on what to have. In fact, the food is really good and the beers are excellent too!

Sandwiches above average, all good I must say. Not the best sandwiches in Padua but you can see that they are well organized

We went with the XXXL promo, so all the photos you see attached are super maxi compared to the normal ones. Very good sandwiches, we ordered a pulled pork sandwich (very juicy) and a kickass, both had chips included, the first the sweet one (very good) and the second the normal chips. We sat on the sofa at the entrance but despite this we left the place with all our clothes soaked in fried food. Despite this I think I would go back. Friendly and helpful staff

Locale sempre molto affollato, ciononostante il servizio è rapido e cordiale. Direi però che la strategia di chiedere velocemente se si vuole un ingrediente al momento dell'ordine per poi trovare il sovrapprezzo sullo scontrino non mi pare molto onesto. A me è capitato col bacon. Prezzi alti. Gli hamburger sono, in ogni caso, buoni. Una volta usciti dal locale vestiti e capelli sono da lavare: troppo odore in sala.

Lo stile del locale mi è piaciuto molto, così come sono rimasta incantata da numerose proposte sul menù, molto difficile fare una scelta tra hamburger, club sandwich e pulled pork. Il servizio è veloce, anche se essendoci solo due ragazze a gestire tutto è stata un po' un'impresa fermarne una per ordinare il dolce successivamente. Al momento dell'ordinazione ci è stato chiesto se volessimo la cipolla caramellata o la salsa guacamole nei nostri panini, noi abbiamo optato un po' confuse per la cipolla caramellata, per poi ritrovarci il sovrapprezzo delle aggiunte sullo scontrino; forse siamo state ingenue noi, ma ritengo comunque abbastanza subdola questa strategia. Chiedere, ad esempio, se si desidera qualche aggiunta sarebbe sicuramente un modo più onesto per porre la domanda al cliente. In ogni caso il miami club sandwich con salmone e gamberi fritti non era male, anche se non ho avvertito la salsa leggermente piccante all'ananas, così come a ben pensarci non ricordo nemmeno la cipolla caramellata in aggiunta. Migliore e più completo l'hamburger canadian, anche se personalmente non apprezzo quei panini in cui la carne è molto più piccola del bun e in certi punti ti ritrovi a mangiare solo pane. Interessante il fatto che propongano diversi tipi di patatine fritte abbinate ai rispettivi panini. Consiglio di richiedere le salse. Una sincera menzione d'onore la merita il tiramisù al burro d'arachidi, che presentava comunque il difetto di sapere ben poco da caffè. Ottima anche la presenza dei gelati Ben and Jerry's. Buona la scelta di birre, fenomenale la 1664 Blanc (6€ per 500ml) ed intensa la Brooklyn IPA (6.50€ per 400ml).
