03/09/2025: On the advice of loved ones, we tried dinner in this elegant and uniquely decorated restaurant. The pizza selection is limited, but they're delicious—soft and even fried—and there's even an appetizer with a top-notch tomato sauce! The desserts are delicious, everything is top-quality. The staff is capable and friendly, and they're really good. We'll be back.

01/09/2025: My boyfriend and I discovered this pizzeria somewhat by chance and were very pleased with our choice. It was Sunday and we hadn't booked, the place was packed, but the owner welcomed us warmly and found us a table within minutes. The pizzas were delicious, light, and made with top-quality ingredients, typical of Neapolitan tradition. Furthermore, upon arrival, they surprised us with an appetizer of fried pizza sticks and tomato sauce, all included in the cover charge. Kudos to the chefs and the staff, who were kind and professional. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely be back!

05/09/2025: A wonderful experience in the heart of Vicenza! 🥐☕ Caffè Natura delighted me with its pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The coffee is excellent, and I would especially like to highlight the cappuccino, which is among the best I've tried in Italy. A big plus is that they offer healthy and vegan options - savory canapes, cakes... . Everything is fresh, delicious and prepared with a lot of care. An ideal place for breakfast, a short break or relaxation during the day. I will definitely come back every time I'm in Vicenza! 🌸“

18/09/2025: For a pre-Fred Again, we headed to this pub packed with Veronese ready to jump. The idea was to enjoy a few spritzes, but seeing the burgers go by, we couldn't resist... and no cap, what a hit! The burger was nice and greasy; as soon as you bite into it, you're already a little dirty, but every bite is pure slurp. The fries were fine, perhaps frozen (?) but delicious. Despite the total chaos, the staff handled everything super smoothly. And I, inevitably, find myself praising it all as only a true Pierre degustateur can. Bravo!

Excellent food, well-cooked, and very reasonably priced. What can I say... classy. Too bad it's so far from where I live, otherwise I would have chosen it "out of trust."

19/07/2025: Since I was little, I've been coming to this Osteria in Ponzano for seafood. The elegant atmosphere, with an outdoor porch, offers well-prepared dishes with meticulous attention to detail and top-quality ingredients. Today, we each ordered an appetizer and a first course, choosing different dishes to sample from the menu: for starters, a trio of saor and calamari salad; for main courses, scallop ravioli and fish scialatielli. I then ordered dessert, especially the liqueurs and dessert menu is particularly good value (€3 for liqueurs and grappa, €4 for house desserts). The house wine, a good sparkling white, is also excellent.

12/09/2025: Stopped in our first full day in Padua. Service was very friendly and willing to answer questions. We weren't super hungry so we just had salads and a lasagna. Greens were fresh and the basalmic was perfect! The place doesn't look like much from the outside but worth a stop!

24/09/2025: In 2016, as an omnivore, I had the opportunity to sample their cuisine during a wedding catering event, and obviously had nothing to complain about: everything was perfect to my taste. This summer, as a vegan this time, for a company dinner, I again tried their buffet and the two-course sit-down dinner, informing the restaurant that there would be two vegans and one vegetarian, including myself. They told us there was no problem. Too bad that at the buffet, the other vegan and I were only allowed to eat polenta and battered vegetables, while obviously the others had plenty to choose from. During dinner, they gave the vegetarian person a fish-based first course. When we noticed this, we immediately informed the passing waitress that this person had the vegetarian option, as agreed. We were told that they only knew there would be two vegans, not one vegetarian. I was honestly annoyed, and in the end they offered him a vegan option for his first course, which was served in a rather rude manner. As for dessert, I can't comment because I don't know if it was homemade or purchased elsewhere, but the fact remains that the other vegan, along with me, obviously didn't have dessert. Therefore, I can only speak with knowledge of the buffet and dinner, excluding dessert. My conclusion is that if the alternatives are actually only one or two compared to the sea of ​​choices available, it's best to state right away that they can't offer anything for non-meat eaters and non-pescetarians, because, in my opinion, it would look very bad. Obviously, had I known the situation from the start, I wouldn't have attended the dinner.

27/07/2025: Very nice place, with a great variety of wines. We drank an excellent Trento DOC. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't give the food any stars because we only had an aperitif. We'll definitely be back.

12/07/2025: I absolutely have to recommend this place!!! I'd been hearing good things about it for a while, but I couldn't bring myself to try it. What a truly unexpected surprise! Excellent food, fantastic staff, and a beautiful venue. Just be aware that the outside doesn't do the place justice, but... As they say: "the outside" doesn't make the man 😊.

28/07/2025: The best pizza in Fiesso d'Arcico and beyond. From the high-quality ingredients, to the easily digestible dough, and the wide variety of ingredients (battered dough, Napoli dough, mezzemete, gluten-free), there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and professional, and this is reflected in the punctuality and quality of the products. Owners Marco and Mara are passionate about what they do, which is easily evident in the quality of their pizzas. If you're in Fiesso and want to be sure of eating well, stop by Ma e Ma.

07/10/2025: The hotel itself is typical European style. The history is interesting and even though a water taxi is needed to get to the “main attractions” it was very convenient and free. Also, the concierge was great-he set us up on a glass blowing tour to Murano for free. This issues are the staff are not welcoming and we felt like we were a nuisance. They were vey kind to upgrade our room; however the room had large poles in the middle and in very awkward spaces (couldn’t get to the bathroom unless you squeezed by a large pole-trying doing that in the middle of the night!). The air did not work in the bedroom which we let them know right away. They never fixed it or gave us an update until we mentioned again on our last night (we were there for 5 nights). They informed us late that they couldn’t fix it but offered a fan service much helped a little but we were sleep deprived from the other 4 nights. The rooftop bar is very beautiful-the first night they were off in service but we went back and it was fabulous. The workout area was adequate and nice to be able to get some workouts in. The breakfast buffet is good with many many options. Overall, hospitality is their main business and they missed that important part during our stay. We were very disappointed.

07/10/2025: I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels (I’m Diamond status with them) and just checked into the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. I am completely regretting my decision to stay here. First, it would have been nice if the hotel sent a message before arrival to provide you with transportation options since taxis can’t take you to the hotel. It’s on an island so you have to take a water taxi. After discovering on my own that I could not take an Uber there (a very angry Uber driver let me know that getting to the island is impossible), I reached out to the hotel and then they sent me a message stating that I could have booked a private water taxi in-advance. Well, I would have if they had sent me a message in advance. Instead, I wandered around the airport looking for a way to get to the hotel. A local was kind enough to help me book a public water taxi. Finally, I arrive at the hotel and they state that they have given me an upgraded room. Which is super nice, right?! Wrong. I get to the room, it’s tiny but hey it’s Europe. Then I go look around for water and there’s none to be found (bottled water is pretty standard at Hiltons especially for Diamond status members). Then I look for a luggage rack, not one of those either. But do you know what they did leave for me? A plug-in to kill bugs. Also, a broken mini-fridge. Pictures are below. I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried. They did offer to move me to a different room but it’s almost midnight at this point, and I just want to sleep. Which might be hard to do with the noisy A/C. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Book somewhere else!!! Update: The bathrooms also need to be upgraded. The hinges on the shower-head and mirror are loose so they don’t hold in the right position. The shower also floods the bathroom floor. Sigh. On the plus side, the staff at the concierge desk are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Response to the Hotel’s response: I attached a photo of the email you all sent. Please note that it does not mention water taxi travel options. I keep receipts, so try again. I never complained about the view in my room as I don’t care for a view. I’m only in my room to shower, change, and sleep. I also love how you say that you upgraded me as if that makes things better. It makes me sad to think that the room I booked could actually be worse. You failed to note the broken fridge, and the issues with the bathroom. There’s also the noisy A/C. Yes, this is Venice and tourists will come regardless of how you treat them. I will just choose to stay elsewhere next time. Final review: I checked out this morning and could not be happier to be leaving this hotel. I still had a lovely time in Venice, but it would have been much better if I had stayed elsewhere. While most of the staff were helpful, management here is a problem. On top of their empty response to my initial review, this morning I asked for a cup of tea to-go (noting that they said a waiter would come to the table and ask if I wanted tea or coffee while having breakfast and no one ever did but they were busy so it’s fine). The gentleman who seemed to be more of a manager pointed me over to the to-go coffee area. I noted that there is only coffee there and I would like tea if possible to which he replied fine but there is tea in your room. Then while I was waiting for the tea, another guest asked for tea to-go (so maybe they should just put some tea out by the coffee station) and I hear him complain that no one seems to want coffee today. His attitude reflects the quality of this hotel… poor. Do better.

02/09/2025: Arrogant waiters who can't say please or thank you. I've never been served worse than in this restaurant. The food was okay, but we definitely won't be coming back because of the service.
