Really good bigoi; I had the duck one, but they also have vegetarian options. The portions seem small, but they're actually generous. The space is very small, with no seating, but there's a long table against the wall. Takeout only.

A simple, small, well-maintained restaurant in the heart of Padua.
The menu focuses exclusively on bigoli, served with various toppings.
The portions and serving containers are a bit small. Since the sauce is poured all over the top, it's difficult to mix the dish and make it smooth at first. It would be preferable to add a spoonful of sauce to the bottom, or offer a small amount on the side for those who want it.
The bigoli with duck ragù are very good, as are the bigoli alla norma.
The wait times are minimal, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.
There is no seating.
Discounts are available for university students.

Extremely kind. Excellent food. And they're the only ones in Padua who respect basic hygiene rules. For example, not touching food with your hands. Most street food vendors in Padua touch their food with the same hands or gloves they used to handle money. Even the ice cream parlors do the same with cones.
This place is the only one that respects hygiene rules, not only does it serve an excellent hot product that's easy to consume even while walking. They're also extremely nice and friendly.
