15/09/2025: We've been going to Bardolino for many years, sometimes 10 times a year. It's the restaurant where everything is always perfect. The food is always new and top quality, the service is very attentive, fast, and always friendly. The prices are absolutely fair. We're already looking forward to the next time. In 2025, I'm afraid I'll have to change my rating to minus 1 star. Why? The prices increased significantly from 2024 to 2025. The menu changed. It was actually good, but there's no beef on the menu anymore. Only pork. The prices are the same as for the beef, though. Prosecco plus €12 for the Cartizze! An Aperol Spritz costs at least €10.00 and can be as much as €12.50 depending on the ingredients. Given the competition in Bardolino, Munus is unfortunately no longer one of our top addresses. The staff is first class, but that's no use when management is so focused on profit. It's a shame, so on September 15, 2025, we went back to Munus for dinner. Things have improved a lot again. Two beef dishes again, very good panacotta for dessert, and tuna for the main course. The octopus starter couldn't be better. I ordered the beef cheeks. Finally, they were really good again. My wife's tuna was also excellent. Panacotta consists of three individual bowls with three different fruit/chocolate dressings. Very tasty. Tip: Just one order is easily enough for two people. So we'll be going there more often.

14/09/2025: The food was very simple and unimpressive. The price wasn't really justified. The Aperol is half ice and very strong, not really enjoyable.

25/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The food was beyond amazing—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The waitstaff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. Even better…. when they are Harley Davidson family. This place perfectly captures the charm and hospitality of Venice. We will definitely be returning!

22/07/2025: Mi marido y yo decidimos planificar un viaje a Italia a última hora basado en un viaje de trabajo. Como el destino quiso, íbamos a estar en Venecia para la Fiesta del Redentor, un gran festival anual veneciano que incluye un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales sobre la Piazza San Marco. Busqué un lugar que tuviera una bonita vista de la azotea de los fuegos artificiales, y La Caravella era muy recomendable. Muy poco después de hacer una reserva, el Dr. Marianna Serandrei (que es un miembro de la familia propietaria y administradora del restaurante desde 1963 , y del hotel Saturnia desde 1908) se comunicó para asegurarme de que tenía clara la cena y para asegurarme de que quería reservar un lugar para la azotea. Ella fue increíblemente paciente tratando con mi banco de los Estados Unidos y me ayudó a organizar todo. La noche del evento, cenamos a las 7 PM. La comida era INCREÍBLE, y el servicio era de primera. Mi esposo tenía un filete que era tan tierno, que dijo que podía cortarlo con un tenedor, y yo tenía el pescado del día que era delicado, sabroso y acompañado de ingredientes locales frescos. Porque los fuegos artificiales no comenzaron hasta las 11 aprox. 30 , tuvimos bastante tiempo entre que terminamos nuestra cena y cuando se abrió la azotea. El personal era servicial en darnos todas las pruebas necesarias que, de hecho, habíamos reservado un lugar para la azotea. Cuando llegamos a la azotea a las 10: 30 , pudimos conseguir un asiento con una bonita pareja de Chicago que amablemente accedió a compartir su mesa. Las bebidas estaban incluidas en la reserva de la azotea, el personal era amable y servicial y el espectáculo de fuegos artificiales desde la terraza de La Caravella no tenía igual. No puedo recomendar suficientemente esta institución familiar. La Caravella es una visita obligada.

06/10/2025: Excellent. Large portions, excellent taste, and priced on the lower end (0.5 L white wine, a very large appetizer plate that would be enough for two people, and tortellini -> €41). Only the interior was a bit reminiscent of a gymnasium. A large hall with very bright lighting.

02/10/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, a welcoming place, and great service. We had a great time and returned several times. It's also excellent value for money.

The pasta was really delicious, but I was served what was probably the worst mixed salad I've ever had – sorry, freshness isn't always good! ... Addendum: After the first waitress completely ignored my complaint, a colleague did, and I received a discount on the salad.

05/08/2025: I was wandering around Mestre looking for a place to "drink calcossa" (you guys), and I stumbled upon this oasis right in the center. A place that stands out for its architecture, decor, and customer service, where I felt at ease as if I were among old friends. Excellent selection of cocktails and various garnishes, I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: The pizza was delicious, but the prices were a bit high. I found it strange that there wasn't a Coke, but there was a soft drink that kind of resembles it. It's definitely worth trying, though.

05/10/2025: Food was good tasty but the service was incredibly slow. Though we enjoyed waiting for the person to come tale our order but if we were in a hurry this wouldn’t be an ideal place to go to. I chose the baked option and still the food seemed fried!

05/10/2025: Our second visit to this highly recommended restaurant (not least by Stanley Tucci in his series Discovering Italy). The choice of food is always interesting, healthy, tasty and very reasonably priced even if it wasn't in Venice!

06/09/2025: A pleasant discovery after not being able to stop several times. I was there a few days ago. Good food... excellent fried seafood, with excellent, very friendly staff. The place is a little dated, but it's nice this way... it has a very homely feel. I'll be back.
