The food is very good and the place is very nice. My only complaint is the takeout option. Today I ordered two portions of uramaki to go and they put ginger and wasabi in the same container. The ginger is no problem, but the wasabi also ended up on the rolls, and I personally don't eat it—in fact, it makes me nauseous—so I didn't enjoy my meal very much. Overall, it was excellent. My only suggestion is to put wasabi and ginger in separate containers, like the soy sauce container.

Very high-quality restaurant, with attention to the products, and a beautifully designed and very nice venue. The staff is fast and helpful. I recommend it! The only drawback is its location on a street where parking is difficult to find.

The all-you-can-eat option is definitely interesting. Fresh fish and generous portions. Fast and efficient service. The dishes are carefully prepared, as is the restaurant. I sat on the veranda, but the temperature was pleasant despite the freezing day. Very good value for money.

Chalet Col Dei Baldi

31/05/2026: This place is located at the summit, the final destination of the Ski Civetta funicular. It's a chalet or refuge at the top, overlooking the Civetta peak. The structure is beautiful, built entirely of wood and stone. The view from the summit is perfect! The terraces are spacious and comfortable. I went during ski season and loved the atmosphere. There was snow covering everything, even the chalet's roof. I had a delicious beer called Dolomitas.
23/03/2026: We've been customers for a few years now, the food is always delicious and the service is very fast, even with a lot of people. The view is spectacular!!! What struck us most was the kindness of the waiters, each one kinder than the last!! Keep it up 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

01/05/2026: Thin-crust pizza, large, and made with high-quality ingredients. Super easy to digest. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The desserts are also top-notch!! Large and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Really good value for money. Congratulations!! I highly recommend!!
22/03/2026: We finally got to eat at this pizzeria. Last night my husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying an amazing pizza. The ingredients are top-quality, but what makes the difference is the dough, light and very digestible. Given the size, I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I was disappointed because my plate was empty. Kudos to the pizza chef and his staff, who were kind and quick to take orders. The wait for delivery was normal, considering the place was packed. From the outside, the place looks almost like a home, nestled in a quiet, not-too-busy neighborhood, but once you discover it, it's a true gem you can't get enough of. I'll definitely be back; I recommend booking before you go.
