11/07/2025: Don't be fooled by unassuming exterior! Inside you will find lovely place, excellent food prepared from good products. Staff is of highest quality - helpful, caring, has no problem with speaking English (which is not granted in Italy). Despite the looks - it's affordable. I recommend dressing well to match the interior.

22/06/2025: Good morning, so I went there with a friend of mine, we ate the fixed menu, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 2 side dishes, I also had dessert, coffee and water, really great price, I thought I would spend a little, but it was really good. In addition, they did the round with the risotto and pasta. I had a really good time. The waitresses were really kind and it is also a welcoming environment. I really think I will return.

One element that we particularly appreciated is the outdoor veranda, ideal for enjoying the longer evenings in a pleasantly relaxing atmosphere. The general environment is simple but well-kept, helping to create a feeling of well-being and familiarity from the very first moment. As for the cuisine, the quality of the ingredients is evident. The dishes stand out for the freshness of the products and for authentic and genuine flavors, which suggests great attention to the selection of raw materials and preparation. 13/06/2025: Unfortunately a disappointing experience. Nice place with a good menu. I ordered a tagliata, it smelled good and was inviting. I pointed out that it wasn't even possible to cut and the waiter told me I'll cook it again and change the knife. But if it's hard I still need to be able to chew it... he takes the plate away and after 5 minutes another waiter comes and says they told me you don't like the tagliata, he hands me the menu... choose something else in a way that I would call cocky and mocking. The same guy with the tuft who had taken the orders, chatty and confused. He brings the menu and starts: the tuna tagliata today is not as on the menu but with vegetables, this is not like this but like this... he made a head... It's not really his job. Nothing to say about the rest of the staff. The owner was walking around the room taking care of only two tables that were probably friends or regular customers. In the end I didn't have dinner, considering that the meat main courses were 4 types of tagliata or game. In the dining room there were complaints of various kinds. When they brought us drinks on the tray the waiter had the bread baskets, he was walking away and I asked him won't you leave us the bread? Excuse me, excuse me...that's all. Since I can't respond to your response, I'll edit here. The waiter with the tuft is to make you understand who I'm talking about, certainly not to comment on his haircut!!! As I wrote above I complained to the waiters. Reviews are not always positive, the negative ones could be constructive, instead of putting themselves on the defensive. What can I say? The robot is nice, too bad it stopped at our table 102 with dishes from 103 (and that's fine) but the waitress mistook the rabbit for the duck...until a colleague came to point out to her that those nice little legs actually belonged to a rabbit...I could continue the list of what I saw in an hour at the table. The zucchini flowers as an appetizer were fantastic. Good luck.

05/07/2025: All in all, a satisfying dinner, served with great enthusiasm and courtesy, good but not exceptional dishes at a price that was certainly too high.

15/06/2025: We had lunch here on our way back from a trip, trusting the reviews we read, and we did well. We ate very well, the place was very welcoming, and the service was attentive. The only small flaw was that it was very hot and there was no fresh air inside, but it is highly recommended for the excellent food!

30/07/2025: Truly embarassing. The food was amazing. Was it worth 3 hours waiting? No. Very unprofessional, when the delay was pointed out no apology was given but instead the owner started small talking about having become grandmother of birds on the restaurant's balcony while we had a tired pregnant woman at the table. We waited for way too long and the excuse at the cashier was "it takes long to bake fish" (the waiter at the table admitted to having forgotten) Later it started raining and we had no umbrella. We had to move while eating which was also very upsetting. No discount was given. No apology. You are an expensive place, you cannot just be so rude and disrespectful to your clients. Also, if there is a fixed price, you cannot give smaller portions to women compared to men. If that is necessary clients would ask. A real scam, such a pity for the quality of the food.

29/07/2025: Disappointment! Fried food and sliced potatoes were decidedly greasy. The bill was too high. €67 for two mediocre dishes, especially the "imperial" fried food. €9 cover charge, despite the baby sitting on his mother's lap (there are no highchairs available...). I was told he used a glass. We won't be returning. In the face of four restaurants... Regarding the Baia dei Porci staff's response, we'd like to add that ours is an objective opinion on the quality of the dishes. The annoyance over the cover charge, as you describe, is unrelated to the food. We were hungry and ate despite the mediocrity of the dishes. Should we have perhaps not eaten? I also remember that the child only used the glass, nothing more. The fact remains that we will never set foot in your restaurant again.
