05/01/2026: After a rainy day, I discovered the restaurant "Sui passi di Francesco" almost by chance, and it was a delightful surprise.
The restaurant is tastefully decorated, warm, and welcoming, and offers carefully prepared and sophisticated dishes.
We ate divinely: exquisite first courses and a truly excellent slice of meat, cooked to perfection.
Everything was made even more enjoyable by the kind and attentive service, with a friendly and welcoming waitress who immediately made you feel at home.
An unexpectedly pleasant experience, highly recommended.

23/09/2025: A cozy, modern restaurant with delicious dishes and wines (including, of course, Montefalco Sagrantino); all at reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, which is situated in a beautiful garden with a small river flowing through it. Local jams, wine, and olive oil are also available for sale.

21/09/2025: We were greeted by the warmth of Beatrice and her husband and then overwhelmed by the excellent food, perfectly cooked and made with carefully selected ingredients. From appetizers to dessert, it was top-notch!!! And as for the wine from their cellar, I can only say: Divine.

09/12/2025: I'm not giving it a five only because the door probably doesn't close properly and you walk in cold. Super friendly staff, normal prices, very generous portions, catchy background music that doesn't disturb the conversation between diners.

I tried the sausage and herb sandwich - simply delicious! The sausage was flavorful and excellent quality, paired perfectly with the fresh herbs.
Ivan, the owner, is a fantastic person, and you can see the passion he puts into what he does. Fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and excellent service.
Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back.

The burgers were delicious and filling, but not heavy.
Shout-out to Ivan- brilliant service. I live abroad and I’m used to good burgers, and Italy isn’t normally where I’d think of burgers… but this totally changed my mind!

15/01/2026: We stayed for two days to escape from everyday life with another couple. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were meticulously maintained and clean. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was fantastic, with homemade cakes, savory dishes, freshly scrambled eggs, coffee, and many other delicious delicacies.
The spa was spectacular, small but surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view. At sunset, you could enjoy bubbles and fruit to accompany this moment of relaxation.
The hospitality was top-notch!!
10/01/2026: We chose this restaurant for our wedding reception in December, an intimate ceremony with just a few guests, and it was the perfect choice. A refined location, a welcoming atmosphere, and great attention to detail. The service was impeccable: the staff were professional and always available. The menu won over all our guests, from the appetizer buffet to the dessert: excellent cuisine, quality ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. After the reception, we also took advantage of the spa service and stayed overnight, along with some guests, in the cozy rooms provided by the hotel. Special thanks go to Elena, Filippo, and Massimo for their availability and courtesy.
Highly recommended!
