02/03/2026: Small deli with tables for dining in, a casual atmosphere for a business lunch or a quick meal. Homemade pasta and a variety of meat and fish options are served. You go to the counter, choose, and they bring it to your table. I tried the pici alla Norcina, and my wife had tagliatelle with creamed pumpkin and speck. Everything was delicious. A good glass of wine and that's it. Oh, I forgot about the homemade desserts, a super salted caramel brittle. Highly recommended, for the price, it's worth a thousand times those damn fast food joints.

22/08/2025: I've been to this place many times, including takeout, and each time I've found the same quality and attention to detail. The burgers are truly excellent, with super-fresh bread (especially the "burnt" one) and a varied selection of chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian options, to please all tastes. The place has a lovely character, with a refined and pleasant industrial style. In the summer, you can also eat outside, but I personally prefer the indoor atmosphere. The location is also very convenient: parking is available in front or a few meters away, and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. A must-visit for anyone looking for a quality burger in Perugia, highly recommended!

23/09/2025: A cozy, modern restaurant with delicious dishes and wines (including, of course, Montefalco Sagrantino); all at reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, which is situated in a beautiful garden with a small river flowing through it. Local jams, wine, and olive oil are also available for sale.

28/02/2026: I've been to CheTesto and can say it was a wonderful discovery. A welcoming place, with a casual yet refined atmosphere, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a romantic evening. The meat is truly their strong point: top-quality, tender, and perfectly cooked. You can taste the carefully selected ingredients. The pizza al testo is also excellent, fragrant and generously topped, with tasty and never boring combinations. Generous portions and beautifully presented dishes. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful throughout the evening, which always makes a difference. The price-quality ratio is also absolutely fair for what they offer.

28/02/2026: I had dinner here and tried the pizza al testo, which was good and the portions were just right. But I have to point out that: The place is chaotic, and if you're at a table near the door in the winter, you get all the air, since people are constantly passing by going in and out (the passageway looks like a catwalk for men and women 😂, except everyone here goes drinking and smoking). That said, the staff was rude. When I asked for room-temperature water, the woman seemed pissed off and thought it was a pain in the ass to change the bottle (she'd better change jobs) 🤭 They cleared the table and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert... It's better this way, the profit isn't for them.

17/01/2026: An exceptional pizza, Bastia's best-kept secret! If you're looking for a pizza al taglio that borders on perfection, you absolutely must stop by Mani e Mattero. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: the dough is light and fragrant, and the toppings are always fresh and original. It's undoubtedly one of the best pizzas in the area, prepared with a passion that shines through in the flavor. The only real downside? It's so good you'll want to eat it all the time! Unfortunately, due to high demand and the artisanal management, the pizzeria is closed in the evenings, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a real shame not to be able to enjoy this deliciousness for dinner on the weekend, but it's definitely worth planning for lunch or a quick snack during the week. Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: After a rainy day, I discovered the restaurant "Sui passi di Francesco" almost by chance, and it was a delightful surprise. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, warm, and welcoming, and offers carefully prepared and sophisticated dishes. We ate divinely: exquisite first courses and a truly excellent slice of meat, cooked to perfection. Everything was made even more enjoyable by the kind and attentive service, with a friendly and welcoming waitress who immediately made you feel at home. An unexpectedly pleasant experience, highly recommended.

A special thanks goes to Giulio and Gemma: their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly pampered, like we were at a friend's house. ​As for the food, the quality is excellent: the cured meats and cheeses are simply top-notch! The first courses are rich in flavor, and the second courses are exceptional; an honorable mention goes to the guinea fowl, cooked to perfection. To finish on a high note, I absolutely recommend their tiramisu. We can't wait to return!
