21/02/2025: An original place to eat sincere Japanese home cooking. Minimal and spartan place, but the cuisine will surprise you. The owner is very attentive and thoughtful, as is the staff. Very very good food (especially the eel and soba). Outside the normal Asian restaurant patterns I knew. It creates a home atmosphere. Highly recommended

21/03/2025: We are on holiday in Umbria and once in Santa Maria degli Angeli, asking for information on a good pastry shop, this one is recommended to us. The "pesche", their specialty, are excellent, with different fillings, we choose the classic ones with chantilly cream. We return for breakfast and even the brioche are not far behind. The place is large, with seating both inside and outside. I recommend it, if you are in the area..

Without going on too long, I can only say that it is one of those restaurants where you want to return and as far as I'm concerned there are very few of them.
