30/11/2025: Exceptional experience. The quality of the products is top-notch. Extremely friendly staff. The place is beautiful and elegant, but it's a shame you can't tell from the outside. We'll definitely be back.

20/01/2026: Accommodation without fault. Just the location a bit on the outskirts. Public transport miserable. Breakfast nothing special, but it was edible. A few vegetables wouldn't hurt. With a rented car it's no problem. There is a large free parking lot at the hotel.

The pizza chef's latest invention, the viteltonnè pizza, is also very good... without forgetting the one with porchetta and all the other more classic ones... always excellent!!

03/12/2025: The fourth parameter, PRICE, knocks my review down a star. Furthermore, it's not sold by weight and the pieces are cut by eye. If you're unlucky, you'll end up with a smaller piece, increasing the price per kilo. But enough chit-chat, to the crucial question, WOULD YOU GO BACK? I'll still say YES because the pizza is truly good.

07/12/2025: A lovely rustic restaurant with a varied menu: a wide selection of pizzas, many first courses, meat specialties, and even fish. We chose the pizzas, and I must say I was surprised by how thin they are, just as we like them, and the crust is very soft and not dry. Approved!

11/12/2025: Excellent ice cream shop, the ingredients used are top-quality and make the gelato a true treat. The shop is well-kept, and the owner is very kind and friendly, attentive to the customer's needs. Well done.

28/12/2025: Searching for information about this restaurant and its offerings, one finds basic descriptions, but one can easily grasp the uniqueness of the ambiance, both inside and out, and the seasonality of the dishes (hence the attention to ingredients) and the inspiration from tradition. In my opinion, "sea and mountains" is the common thread running through the various offerings, where different ingredients and gastronomic cultures (particularly Umbrian and Sicilian cuisine) find a new identity. For my appetizer, I chose brandy-infused shrimp on a leek cream with Jerusalem artichoke chips: three gradual textures, three distinct flavors that ultimately blend perfectly. For the main course, seafood orzotto. Using barley, a typical Umbrian grain, in place of the usual rice, yielded an unexpected result.

07/01/2026: We stopped at this place at 1:30 PM for two people to eat, and they turned us away saying it was fully booked! The place was empty, but there were plenty of tables and plenty of space! How sad... Avoid if you can.

29/11/2025: I booked through The Fork, so I couldn't take advantage of the great €15 per person fixed menu. However, even though I had to opt for the à la carte menu, I really appreciated the quality and preparation of the dishes. Overall, it was a good value.

17/01/2026: We ate like a god! Spectacular burger and excellent pinza. We'll become regulars. The waiter and owner were welcoming and attentive in their service. The photo is of the empty plates 😅 because we devoured everything with gusto.
