04/11/2025: We spent one night here and can absolutely recommend it. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet. The hot sulfur springs are right nearby and within easy walking distance. Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service is efficient, friendly, and discreet. Breakfast is typical Italian fare, and there's a bit more to it than usual (cereals, fruit, eggs). We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat.

09/11/2025: Stayed with friends at the end of September. The rooms, dinner (including pizza), were all excellent (and plentiful). But the real plus was Marco, Lara, their son, and the entire staff (including their parents). You feel at home! You're not just a guest, you're part of the family! I'll definitely be back as soon as I can. Highly recommended, and very conveniently located just off the highway. Thanks Marco, Lara, EVERYONE.

04/11/2025: We were passing through and only stopped for lunch. The place was welcoming and close to the highway toll booth. We ate well, and the staff was efficient and courteous.

29/11/2025: I booked through The Fork, so I couldn't take advantage of the great €15 per person fixed menu. However, even though I had to opt for the à la carte menu, I really appreciated the quality and preparation of the dishes. Overall, it was a good value.

22/11/2025: The Maneggio Pizzeria and Restaurant, located in Capo Cavallo in the Perugia area, is a true delicacy surrounded by nature. The menu offers wood-fired pizzas and all kinds of specialties. You can find everything from fish and meat to a wide variety of pizzas. Fresh, top-quality ingredients are used. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the service is fast and impeccable. Don't miss the homemade desserts, truly superb. Highly recommended!

04/11/2025: Very good pizza, well-leavened dough, easy to digest. It's a shame they don't offer classic pizzas like the Neapolitan, marinara, boscaiola, or capricciosa. Perhaps the flavors are a bit too sophisticated. Excellent for a quick lunch.

16/10/2025: My wife and I had a truly positive experience in a setting that charmingly reflects its past: the double-volume entrance with its staircase leading to the first floor, with its glass window overlooking the park, is the property's highlight. The owners, a large family, welcomed us graciously, and during our stay, in the evenings we spent time in front of the fireplace, chatting by the fireside, and singing along to the piano. 19/10/2025: Five stars for the quality of the fried pinsa and the excellent gluten-free option. We've already been back twice. The cover charge is perhaps a little high, €2.50 per person.

11/10/2025: We went to this place for lunch today, and I have to say it's excellent for everything it offers: the food, the combination ideas they offer, and the staff's expertise, which is never predictable and sufficiently gluten-free to offer valid offers. We chose two gluten-free menus to try both a sandwich and a pinsa (super), both served with fries and a drink, and at a more than fair price, even accommodating my lactose-free requests. I highly recommend it if you're in Perugia; you can't miss it, especially for the gluten-free crowd!! 👍👍😋🔝🔝
