04/04/2025: Gentilissimi siamo stati nel vostro rifugio a fine febbraio x come vi presentavate su instagram ci sembravate ottimi con buona cucina e menù eccellente Quella sera il locale era vuoto eravamo solo noi eravamo in 3 .. si aspettava l'occupazione di un altro tavolo che fine alla fine della nostra cena non fu occupato ci siamo fidati del menù del giorno dello chef su proposta dell'unico cameriere stinco di maiale cotto a bassa temperatura e fine cottura in forno Purtroppo il piatto proposto non era affatto buono Lo stinco si presentava calloso, carne dura e gommosa .. inimmaginabile!! Lo abbiamo mangiato perché a casa nostra bisogna mangiare tutto (così ci hanno insegnato i nostri genitori) niente deve essere buttato o lasciato nel piatto ma a posteriori ci siamo pentinti sia di averlo mangiato sia di averlo pagato Inoltre lo chef ha ammesso che forse l'animale era "anziano" Certo ci avete deluso noi siamo venuti senza aver letto nessuna recensione ma voi non ci avete trattato affatto bene Abbiamo ancora lo stinco sullo stomaco!!!

13/05/2025: New Year's Eve dinner for 2 years in a row, all in all we ate well, pleasant atmosphere, friendly owner! We returned some time later, decent food, very cold owner! We didn't find the same atmosphere, I don't think we'll return. Good work :)

09/04/2025: We went for dinner here as a group of 8 people for all you can eat. The sushi was absolutely amazing, it was all freshly prepared right there so you will have to expect it to take some time before it’s served but it’s definitely worth the wait! The owner was also kind and very passionate about his job. We will definitely come back here next year.

07/10/2024: On a group trip to Trento, after having lunch in a restaurant in the area, the dessert / ice cream was a must, we stopped in this place to taste it. I would say excellent ice cream.

06/04/2025: Locale curato nei dettagli. Menzione d'onore al personare che ti fa sentire come se stessi mangiando in famiglia. Abbiamo preso il tris di canederli, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale e tortei di patate con affettati: tutto molto buono. Conto in linea con i prezzi della zona. Ci tornei volentieri.

15/03/2025: An authentic and unforgettable experience! I was at the Typical Restaurant at Dosarel and I must say that it was a pleasant experience from every point of view. The food is simply excellent: we tried the potato tortei with cured meats and cheeses, the canederli and the ravioli, and I couldn't really choose my favourite... they were all exceptional! The desserts are also good! But what struck me even more was the warmth of the place: you can feel the love and care behind it, from the history of the restaurant - born from an old stable transformed into a wonderful environment - up to the service, which was impeccable, attentive and incredibly kind. I felt welcomed as if I were at a friend's house, and this is a feeling that few places can convey. If you are looking for a place to enjoy quality typical dishes in an authentic and welcoming environment, this restaurant is a must try. I'm not from the area, but I will try to go back!

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

09/03/2025: Tarde a buen ritmo con una variedad de deliciosos e imaginativos sabores. El servicio está bien juzgado entre la atención y el espacio para disfrutar de los cursos. Los bonitos, originales y sabrosos gueles de apertura también fueron divertidos y prepararon el escenario para el menú clásico. Los canederli en caldo de capón estaban repletos de sabor y una porción de tamaño perfecto que daba espacio para apreciar los platos restantes, incluido el venado más tierno infundido con ginebra Campiglio y té souchong Lapsang. La explosión final del sabor fue de 3 bombones presentados en una silueta de las montañas Brenta dibujados en caramelo. ¡Delicioso! Un placer maravilloso para las papilas gustativas en un escondite relajado y hermoso.

20/05/2025: If we are in Riva D.g. we go to Luca. Because it is a high-level restaurant, the food is very good, the service is kind and attentive and last but not least there is the elegance that we like. 26/04/2025: My wife and I had lunch here on April 25th and it was a pleasant discovery. The platter with local cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a delicate homemade mustard was delicious. Not to mention the cabbage dumplings with a heart of Moena stink, the teroldego risotto and the strudel. Very kind staff, nice environment and fair price. My compliments.

18/02/2025: Dopo una passeggiata fino a Millegrobbe e ritorno, abbiamo pranzato da Ferdy: un piacevole mix tra passato e presente, un giovane e preparato chef che con i suoi piatti riesce a tramandare la tradizione di famiglia con innovazione e competenza! Per la recensione c’erano a disposizione cinque stelle, ma questo ristorante ad un passo dal cielo ne meriterebbe “diesci”!

10/04/2025: It is an excellent venue, with a very beautiful garden, where there is also a theater stage, used for various types of entertainment, music, concerts, dancing evenings, etc. More simply, for a quiet evening in a small pearl among the various city venues. Excellent selection of wines, beers and spirits. The staff is kind and prepared. I advise.
