10/06/2025: We stayed in March 2025 in this beautiful family-run hotel and we were thrilled in every aspect. The services are impeccable, the room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the Dolomites, completely immersed in nature. The cuisine is truly special, with carefully prepared and genuine dishes, and the shuttle service is always available and very convenient for every need. We went with our 15-month-old baby and he also had a great time: all the staff was welcoming and attentive, and there was a playroom perfect for the little ones. The SPA is another strong point of the hotel, with a spectacular view of the mountains that makes every moment of relaxation even more magical. A stay that we will carry in our hearts and that we truly recommend to those looking for a holiday dedicated to comfort, nature and genuine hospitality.

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

09/04/2025: We went for dinner here as a group of 8 people for all you can eat. The sushi was absolutely amazing, it was all freshly prepared right there so you will have to expect it to take some time before it’s served but it’s definitely worth the wait! The owner was also kind and very passionate about his job. We will definitely come back here next year.

03/07/2025: Among vintage tableware, busts and rococo paintings, Vie e Rose offers a small journey through time in the heart of Trento. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, very special! Good food, excellent for breakfasts and aperitifs, with outdoor space. Dogs are welcome. Recommended!

02/05/2025: Con alcuni amici, trovandoci in zona, abbiamo pensato di fare una escursione da Cavareno ai laghetti di Ruffré, il tutto intervallato da una piacevole sosta per il pranzo presso l’Agritur Coflari Ranch. Siamo stati fortunati e, anche per la bellissima giornata, abbiamo potuto pranzare all’aperto. Il posto é molto gradevole, tenuto molto bene ed accogliente. Buono il servizio, i piatti (molto abbondandi) si sono confermati gustosi e pienamente rispettosi della migliore tradizione trentina (tortei di patate, carne salada e cavolo cappuccio con speck, é stata la nostra scelta). Il prezzo contenuto e rispondente alle caratteristiche e qualità delle materie prime. Una ottima esperienza, in un tranquillo e bellissimo contesto.

19/07/2025: A refreshment point with a wide selection, including many house specialties. It has expanded significantly in recent years. Accessible by car (not a place to stop after a hike).

19/07/2025: The food is excellent, with typical mountain dishes and classic classics. The pizzas are also excellent. Highly recommended. There's plenty of space for the kids to play outside.

07/07/2025: Location: 4/5 really cute and cozy Service: 2/5 mostly because of the strange situation with the Chef? We had a nice waitress and suddenly he showed up, asked us to try the dips for 12€, we rather wanted some Dessert instead of an appetizer, so we declined and wanted to make our order, as he was asking us. But instead he just left without a word. So we waited again for a different waitress. Food: 2/5 Sadly the meals are not very flavourful. As the menu is very international you expect a lot of flavours and spices. 16€ for 5 small pieces of seitan (which had a nice texture btw) and a little portion of potatoes is not a good value since Im still hungry afterwards. Also the presentation is very poor. It would be easy to make it a little more good looking. The cake was nice. Everything seemed fresh. All in all sadly a little disappointing.

07/07/2025: A comfortably furnished shop, with somewhat chaotic but friendly service (the owner simply left mid-conversation without saying a word). Pricey, but the dishes could definitely (!) be improved visually – unfortunately, you definitely wouldn't be satisfied with a main course for €16. The seitan was completely tasteless, and the Austrian potato salad was a bit of a misnomer. With all the pictures and decorations from the Far East and Asia, we were looking forward to a spice journey, but unfortunately, the only items available were turmeric, mustard, and rosemary. We didn't receive a bill; everything was charged using the waiter's pad. Isn't that mandatory in Italy? Too bad, we were really looking forward to the vegan options...

03/07/2025: 5 day vacation always staying and dining here. Place surrounded by greenery, quiet and peaceful despite the road in front, with a very nice park. Lake Calaita 6 minutes by car. Large room, with everything you need. Our dog was welcomed as a guest in all respects, always meeting our needs of not being too close to other dogs. Abundant breakfasts with lots of homemade stuff, even for dinner everything was excellent. We preferred to always eat à la carte instead of half board, also noticing the introduction of new dishes day by day. Excellent wine list. 06/04/2025: Locale curato nei dettagli. Menzione d'onore al personare che ti fa sentire come se stessi mangiando in famiglia. Abbiamo preso il tris di canederli, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale e tortei di patate con affettati: tutto molto buono. Conto in linea con i prezzi della zona. Ci tornei volentieri.
