24/05/2025: Good hotel with plenty of room availability. The rooms are not huge, but still functional and comfortable

17/05/2025: This is a very bad hotel and I don't recommend staying there 👎 I booked through Booking.com and used my credit card. The amount was deducted. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I was surprised to find that my reservation was for a different room. I asked them to replace it with the same one as mine, but unfortunately, they didn't replace it, claiming they didn't have any! What's the point of booking when the amount has already been paid? They also refused to refund the reservation amount 👎 The room looked like a warehouse, a small room surrounded by four single beds and an old bathroom! Their treatment is very bad, and I don't recommend staying there or booking there at all 👎👎👎👎

29/04/2025: Have really nothing bad to say about this place. But nothing to write home about. What surprised me was the quiet steep pricing of wine (€15 for a glass 0,2 l). Ordered a Ceasar salad that was just roman salad and some small trenches of chicken breast. Would expect more for €18.

17/05/2025: Il servizio è stato molto veloce, i camerieri sono stati molto presenti e gentili durante tutto il servizio. Ciò che ci è piaciuto meno è stato, purtroppo, il cibo, di cui definirei la qualità nella media. Nulla di tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato ci ha entusiasmato e la focaccia era possa. Un po' una delusione.

06/04/2025: Pleasant restaurant in a beautiful location with spectacular views. You can visit the restaurant right on the ski slope. The service is very friendly and pleasant. On site you can enjoy homemade pizza and many other delicacies or enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature with a glass of Aperol. The service is very attentive and you get to taste local cheeses and salami with your drinks. The prices are pretty decent considering the location. We definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant.

02/05/2025: Excellent experience at Enzianhütte-Genzianella! The location is lovely. The staff was friendly and the food delicious, typical of the area. Perfect for a stop during an excursion or for a lunch in the mountains. Advised!

26/04/2025: Classic and gluten-free pizza. Good. Good gluten-free beer. Friendly staff. However, little attention was paid to the pizza dishes with and without gluten. Definitely suitable for celiacs but be careful of involuntary contamination.

18/04/2025: The place has four chairs to consume your food inside, and a coffee machine to accompany. The staff is kind and smiling. The food was good and varied, obviously with typical preparations. Advised.

09/02/2025: It offers a large variety of baked, sweet and savory products as well as having a coffee corner. You can also purchase gift packs with their products. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

15/05/2025: We ate two very good pizzas (which were also served to us a few minutes after ordering despite the restaurant being full), top-quality ingredients, just the right amount of flavor and above all we digested them without any problems. Excellent service with young waiters, friendly but never intrusive. Worthy of note are the homemade desserts which were truly excellent. Parking in the area is not exactly easy but a walk to Arco is always pleasant and in any case it is worth it also to admire the noteworthy historical location. Paid the right amount without surprises. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
