14/10/2025: What a lovely little restaurant! The owner is super cheerful and friendly, despite it being busy on a Sunday. The pizzas are truly amazing, so good! You order at the bar, and the food is then served at your table. It has a bit of a snack bar atmosphere, but with really good food. There was a bit of chaos at the checkout, as it had to be done at the bar and everyone else was ordering there too. But hey, we're on vacation, so we're in no hurry. ;-)

26/10/2025: The girls are incredibly kind, the service is friendly and fast, the food is good, and the burgers are made with locally sourced meats, delicious and authentic! The prices are very fair, we'll be back!

22/09/2025: I thought about eating here since it was convenient next to the bikepark but that's pretty much it... In the menu it says that the burger meat will be served medium rare if not asked otherwise. Mine was definitely done and slightly burned. Also the little salad it had was super bitter. The fries were ok. I think it's a common thing for this kind of tourist area to be super unfriendly to foreigners but that doesn't make it better. The waitress didn't even place my food in front of me but just threw all the stuff on the table. Later I asked if I could pay and she just responded with "inside" and left. All in all not a nice place. I would only go again if I want a beer with my friends in the park but that's it.

16/10/2025: A typical Italian family restaurant, with excellent food—very traditional, and a large selection of pizzas, each with generous toppings. We were there every day, except on closing day.

02/11/2025: 24-hour check-in, easy and close AC chargers for electric vehicles, accommodating and pleasant staff offered and helped us to stored our two bicycles in a separate room), and good breakfast (including gluten-free options). Location also close to the highway, make it the perfect location for sleepover on your way.

30/10/2025: Impeccable hotel: well-kept spaces, professional and always available staff. The restaurant is a real gem—excellent food and top-notch service. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: I can only rate the bistro service. The pinsa was good, but the tiramisu wasn't my cup of tea. The service was good, although they forgot to bring my main course (we'd asked for a pinsa to share), followed by a risotto, salmon tagliatelle, and a Caesar salad for me (which never arrived). The clerk kindly replied that there had been a misunderstanding. It can happen. I'll try to return anyway.

16/09/2025: It was a fabulous experience. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband and our 3-month-old baby, and everything was perfect!! The staff is truly friendly, kind, and helpful. They pay close attention to their guests' needs. The food is excellent and high-quality, and the spotless, recently renovated rooms make for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return when our baby is older. The hotel's location is strategic, allowing you to walk to the main tourist attractions, such as the wildlife park and the castle.

16/07/2025: Amazing customer service, I highly recommend this place. I left an earpod in my room after checkout, travelled to Hungary and the owners posted it to Hungary. They are very kind and thoughful people. The rooms are comfy, very clean, location is fantastic.

09/09/2025: Departure at 1269 near Malga Baessa, arrival after about 2 hours at Malga Cere 1743, some of us continue and reach the lake below the Maddalena fork (after having traveled through Val Maddalena) around 2040. Satisfied and beautiful places. Have a good trip.

05/03/2025: Dopo una escursione, con mia moglie, al lago di Pian Palù è stato d'obbligo un pranzo rigenerante tra la frescura di questa valle. Accompagnata dalle bontà delle proposte della cucina di questa malga che dispone di tavoli fuori con vista da sogno. Servizio e cordialità impeccabile come da luoghi di montagna. Carne di cervo top. Interessante chiacchierata con la proprietà che si è unita con noi al tavolo a fine servizio.

30/12/2024: Posto immerso nella natura, tra panorami fiabeschi di boschi innevati. Malga accogliente per la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce e per il calore del posto, tutto rustico e arredato con cura per donare il sapore caldo della montagna d' inverno. La stufa accesa, tutto di legno, decorato natalizio, personale sorridente e gentile. Il menù è sul foglio al tavolo, tutti piatti tipici trentini, tortei di patate, salumi e formaggi di malaga, canederli, gnocchi di spinaci, tagliatelle ai funghi locali, carni e dolci. Tutto molto buono, saporito e gustoso, prezzi nella norma. Segnalo il gesto di grande cortesia dei ragazzi che sia per salire che per scendere dalla strada ghiacciata sono venuti giù cn la loro auto per portare mia mamma col bastone. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo tutto locale e tipico, ottima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutta la Malga Frattasecca!
