10/07/2025: Surrounded by greenery, Mirella and Luigi are continually improving this restaurant, where the raw materials are exceptional and expertly prepared. Excellent Trentino wines. Every time we stop by, we return to enjoy the specialties prepared with love and skill.

23/04/2025: A truly great experience, excellent 0 km raw materials, excellent choice of wines of the territory, beautiful environment and excellent service. Only note, wine enthusiasts like me love studying the wine list... Maybe even a menu for those who can't memorize the various proposals told by the passionate owner ;)

23/06/2025: Brand new and very very beautiful Bistro!! Super welcoming staff and dishes that were nothing short of spectacular! We parked near Villa Strobele and then reached Arte Sella on foot in an hour. After visiting the park we stopped at the Bistro and we were super happy!

10/06/2025: There are places that make you slow down without even asking. At Albergo Lo Scoiattolo, that's exactly what happened! Hospitality here is not a word, but rather a way of being, of doing. Lara and her mother welcome you as you do with people you've known for a long time, that way that makes you feel immediately at home. The silence of the place is a precious ally. Around the woods, quiet and deep breaths. A place that I recommend to those who want to find tranquility and calm, between a walk in the woods and simple dishes (because the cuisine is also top-notch!) but well-prepared that speak of the territory and tradition. An experience to repeat.

07/01/2025: Strategic position for trips and visits to cities. Very kind and helpful staff, the rooms were warm, spacious and with breathtaking views... Good restaurant and typical dishes. We will definitely be back!

14/06/2025: We had the best ice cream from the Alps south here. A limited selection, but also some unusual flavors like salted peanut. Several toppings, marshmallows, and waffles are available.

17/06/2025: Luogo accogliente e personale esperto, attendo ed appassionato. Piade farcite con amore da oltre 10 anni, dalle più Classiche alle più particolari (le Ignoranti, le Delicate, ...) una varia scelta di prodotti locali selezionati con cura. La mia preferita: carne salada, trentingrana e rucola con la possibilità di scegliere diversi tipi di impasto, integrale, farro e canapa. Ce n'é per tutti i gusti e i prezzi sono ottimi. Tappa obbligata quando passo da Rovereto e ogni volta finisce con una piada dolce alle nocciole. Bravi!! A presto

17/06/2025: Welcoming place and expert, attentive and passionate staff. Piadas stuffed with love for over 10 years, from the Classics to the most particular (the Ignoranti, the Delicate, ...) a varied choice of carefully selected local products. My favorite: carne salada, trentingrana and rocket with the possibility of choosing different types of dough, wholemeal, spelt and hemp. There is something for all tastes and the prices are excellent. A must when I pass through Rovereto and every time I end with a sweet piada with hazelnuts. Well done!! See you soon

22/06/2025: There is a moment, entering Ca’ dei Gobi, in which time seems to stop: the soft light caresses the ancient beams, and the air is tinged with promises. It is here, between walls that breathe stories and tables that seem to invite the story, that relatives from two continents – Italy and the United States – have met to feel the heartbeat of an upcoming wedding. The place is a living picture, painted in dark wood and white tablecloths, suspended between past and present. The chairs aged by the smiles of those who lived there before, the scent of polished wood and oak barrels that can be seen in a corner: everything here speaks of an authentic Trentino, of green valleys and skies that are reflected in the nearby lakes. The glasses sang deep notes: a Pinot Noir that caressed the palate with a gentle freshness, a Nosiola that revealed mountain flowers in a crystalline sip. Each label seemed to tell the story of a hill, a winemaker who knows the vineyard like an old friend, and who passed on to us the baton of an ancient flavor. In the dishes, tradition danced with delicacy. The strangolapreti, soft as clouds of flour and spinach, melted under a veil of butter that was almost liquid gold; the polenta with porcini mushrooms, an earthy embrace, whispered stories of woods and mushrooms hidden among the roots of the larches. And then, the stewed venison: tender, wrapped in a sauce that seemed like a secret kept by the forest. The staff – elegant, discreet, ready with a smile that never sounds formal – made each service a welcoming ritual. But it was Mario, the chef, who transformed the dinner into an unforgettable celebration. With his affability he crossed the threshold of the kitchen, bringing with him the warmth of someone who loves his job and shares it without reservations. He spoke of herbs, recipes learned in the kitchen and how, sometimes, a touch of spice can become magic. When the lights dimmed and the last glass was raised in a sincere toast, there was the certainty of having woven a thread between two families, between two cultures. The preparatory wedding banquet took the form of a small convivial miracle: a suspended moment in which every detail – from the whisper of the wood to the first sip of wine – contributed to writing a chapter of joy that will hardly fade. Ca’ dei Gobi is not just a restaurant: it is a place where goodness becomes beauty, and beauty becomes memory.

21/06/2025: I can't say anything about the food. The service was slow (but understandable given the evening) but more than anything the dishes arrived too separated from each other. Last gem is the sign at the cash register "no separate bills". Leaving aside the illegality of the thing, perhaps it is the case to say it during the reservation and leave it written on the menus or on the table...

16/06/2025: My favourite restaurant in Arco, visited three times this trip. Pizza is delicious (very much my taste), seafood good and Spaghetti Aglio/olio very good. Staff is nice and attentive. If only the grana padano/parmiggiano wouldn't be served in little packages (I guess it's better than stored/served in the typical glass bins, but it reduces romanticism). Tiramisu is ok, but I have very high expectations for that...

15/05/2025: We ate two very good pizzas (which were also served to us a few minutes after ordering despite the restaurant being full), top-quality ingredients, just the right amount of flavor and above all we digested them without any problems. Excellent service with young waiters, friendly but never intrusive. Worthy of note are the homemade desserts which were truly excellent. Parking in the area is not exactly easy but a walk to Arco is always pleasant and in any case it is worth it also to admire the noteworthy historical location. Paid the right amount without surprises. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

05/03/2025: Dopo una escursione, con mia moglie, al lago di Pian Palù è stato d'obbligo un pranzo rigenerante tra la frescura di questa valle. Accompagnata dalle bontà delle proposte della cucina di questa malga che dispone di tavoli fuori con vista da sogno. Servizio e cordialità impeccabile come da luoghi di montagna. Carne di cervo top. Interessante chiacchierata con la proprietà che si è unita con noi al tavolo a fine servizio.

30/12/2024: Posto immerso nella natura, tra panorami fiabeschi di boschi innevati. Malga accogliente per la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce e per il calore del posto, tutto rustico e arredato con cura per donare il sapore caldo della montagna d' inverno. La stufa accesa, tutto di legno, decorato natalizio, personale sorridente e gentile. Il menù è sul foglio al tavolo, tutti piatti tipici trentini, tortei di patate, salumi e formaggi di malaga, canederli, gnocchi di spinaci, tagliatelle ai funghi locali, carni e dolci. Tutto molto buono, saporito e gustoso, prezzi nella norma. Segnalo il gesto di grande cortesia dei ragazzi che sia per salire che per scendere dalla strada ghiacciata sono venuti giù cn la loro auto per portare mia mamma col bastone. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo tutto locale e tipico, ottima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutta la Malga Frattasecca!

17/04/2025: Refuge where you can find everything: restaurant with refined and quality cuisine with top-quality cellar, self-service equipped with excellent dishes, well-stocked and well-organised bar, top environment. We go every year in March and have a big party and feel right at home. Great hospitality, the Dosson refuge is the nerve center of the snow season in Andalo. Highly recommended

12/06/2025: The pizza was good, even though, from the way it had been praised, I expected to eat something out of the ordinary. Anyway, it was good... maybe my expectations were exaggerated. Quick service and comfortable environment.

16/04/2025: I'm sorry, I ate the pizza, the dough was well made but the mozzarella wasn't up to par, I wasn't able to finish it...I won't be returning.

28/03/2025: Dopo una passeggiata nella cittadina di Fiera di Primiero, abbiamo deciso di fermarci presso questo locale consigliato da amici, scelta ottima. Abbiamo gustato la loro specialità( patata ripiena), degli hamburgher vegetali e con carne fatti con ottimi prodotti di qualità, accompagnati da vino e birre molto buone. Consigliato.

16/03/2025: Visto più volte passando di corsa , finalmente ho avuto il tempo di fermarmi per un pranzo veloce , e gustare la carne proposta . Che dire , se non bravi , perchè il posto è piccolino ma molto curato con arredo vintage , perchè la proposta di carne locale , ma di alta qualità si è sentita , perchè tutti fanno la solita banale cucina tradizionale trentina , e qui invece per me era una novità sia per la proposta sia per la qualità , perchè una novità se non gestita con passione diventa una novità commerciale e finisce li . bravi , giovani , disponibili e gentili .

02/07/2025: We went to Lavagna for dinner and the experience was great. The pizza really impressed us: original flavors, light and easily digestible dough. The staff, all very young, were extremely kind and attentive throughout the evening. The place also deserves a mention: new, modern and impeccably clean. Recommended

08/07/2025: Great place for a pizza after swimming. They offer some not so common pizza if you want to try something new. The staff was nice and friendly. Overall, it was a great restaurant.

06/07/2025: Everything was great, the food was amazing. My only minor criticism: the crème brûlée doesn't seem to contain any real vanilla, at least I didn't see any. It was still very tasty.

20/07/2025: Our favorite place! We always love coming back because the food here is truly delicious: tasty dishes, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The weight-based option is perfect for choosing what and how much to eat, without waste. The staff is also fantastic: friendly, fast, and always smiling. A perfect mix that makes us feel at home every time!

19/07/2025: We're a vegan family, and we're sure to leave Bio Essere with a full stomach. Meals are buffet-style (excluding desserts and drinks) and are paid by weight. There are tables both inside and outside, and a small play area for children. The staff is very friendly and especially welcoming to the little ones. We're happy with the place and have come several times during our stay on the lake. The only downside is the price, which is perhaps a little high, but the food itself is delicious and varied.
