16/07/2025: A farmhouse located in a quiet and scenic location for lovers of the region, not far from Moena and strategically located for visiting the entire Val di Fassa. The structure is modern yet respectful of local tradition. Rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort. The owners are welcoming and friendly, and the dining room staff is very kind. We had a wonderful holiday, and we will cherish wonderful memories, thanks also to you. I would definitely recommend it. The only flaw I would point out (not intended as a criticism, but rather as an incentive to improve what little there is to improve) is that some sort of solution needs to be found for the presence of flies, which significantly disturb the excellent food in the restaurant. 11/07/2025: Agriturismo ECCEZIONALE ...Paolo il fattore e nonno amorevole della piccola Martina che erano a dare fieno alle loro vacche ,sono state un assaggio del lavoro immenso e duro che c é dietro a questo luogo incantevole che vanta anche di una bella ristrutturazione oltre alla bella stalla.ERICA la figlia ci aspettava al ristorante con il suo staff professionale, ci ha guidato nella sua cantina unica e dopo nell accogliente salone.Non potevamo non mangiare le prelibate e saporite costata e bistecca km 0. 26/08/2025: Beautiful hotel in a very central location. We were there with our bikes. The hotel has a bike storage room. Our first room smelled a bit of smoke. We complained and were immediately given another room and even an upgrade. Great service. The breakfast is fantastic.

16/09/2025: It was a fabulous experience. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband and our 3-month-old baby, and everything was perfect!! The staff is truly friendly, kind, and helpful. They pay close attention to their guests' needs. The food is excellent and high-quality, and the spotless, recently renovated rooms make for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return when our baby is older. The hotel's location is strategic, allowing you to walk to the main tourist attractions, such as the wildlife park and the castle.

16/07/2025: Amazing customer service, I highly recommend this place. I left an earpod in my room after checkout, travelled to Hungary and the owners posted it to Hungary. They are very kind and thoughful people. The rooms are comfy, very clean, location is fantastic.

11/07/2025: You can choose to eat sandwiches at the bar, the self-service restaurant, or the table service option. We tried the latter option, and honestly, the quality was top-notch, from the service to the quality of the food.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

08/09/2025: I can only comment on the restaurant. Service was slow due to lack of staff. The dessert arrived after over an hour of waiting (they'd forgotten about it), and I had to fight off flies. This was inside the restaurant, I can't imagine it outside!

09/08/2025: It's a wonderful farmhouse overlooking Predazzo from the foothills, with a panoramic view! The food and hospitality reflect the kindness and professionalism of the family that runs it. It's a historic place, represented by the third generation, with passion and dedication to every detail. I will definitely return. I highly recommend it.

16/06/2025: My favourite restaurant in Arco, visited three times this trip. Pizza is delicious (very much my taste), seafood good and Spaghetti Aglio/olio very good. Staff is nice and attentive. If only the grana padano/parmiggiano wouldn't be served in little packages (I guess it's better than stored/served in the typical glass bins, but it reduces romanticism). Tiramisu is ok, but I have very high expectations for that...

15/05/2025: We ate two very good pizzas (which were also served to us a few minutes after ordering despite the restaurant being full), top-quality ingredients, just the right amount of flavor and above all we digested them without any problems. Excellent service with young waiters, friendly but never intrusive. Worthy of note are the homemade desserts which were truly excellent. Parking in the area is not exactly easy but a walk to Arco is always pleasant and in any case it is worth it also to admire the noteworthy historical location. Paid the right amount without surprises. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

21/08/2025: We had lunch here after a medical appointment at Arco Hospital and before returning to work. It's certainly a unique place, but it's also well-run and serves customers quickly. The dishes are excellent, tasty, and organic. The pizza, vegetable couscous, Greek salad, and even the lentils are excellent. Reasonable prices. We'll definitely return.

16/08/2025: Always great for a lunch break. Excellent vegan selection, among other vegetarian options. Prices are a bit high, but the quality is very high. On Saturday evenings, they also have pizza night, which is truly worth it.

17/06/2025: Welcoming place and expert, attentive and passionate staff. Piadas stuffed with love for over 10 years, from the Classics to the most particular (the Ignoranti, the Delicate, ...) a varied choice of carefully selected local products. My favorite: carne salada, trentingrana and rocket with the possibility of choosing different types of dough, wholemeal, spelt and hemp. There is something for all tastes and the prices are excellent. A must when I pass through Rovereto and every time I end with a sweet piada with hazelnuts. Well done!! See you soon

17/06/2025: Luogo accogliente e personale esperto, attendo ed appassionato. Piade farcite con amore da oltre 10 anni, dalle più Classiche alle più particolari (le Ignoranti, le Delicate, ...) una varia scelta di prodotti locali selezionati con cura. La mia preferita: carne salada, trentingrana e rucola con la possibilità di scegliere diversi tipi di impasto, integrale, farro e canapa. Ce n'é per tutti i gusti e i prezzi sono ottimi. Tappa obbligata quando passo da Rovereto e ogni volta finisce con una piada dolce alle nocciole. Bravi!! A presto

18/07/2025: We passed by and noticed it for its very pretty view, unfortunately I hadn't booked (they prefer reservations because they can rightly organize things better) but they welcomed us anyway, we ate very well with local dishes but at the same time revised with a special touch, the place is very nice. I recommend it.

05/03/2025: Dopo una escursione, con mia moglie, al lago di Pian Palù è stato d'obbligo un pranzo rigenerante tra la frescura di questa valle. Accompagnata dalle bontà delle proposte della cucina di questa malga che dispone di tavoli fuori con vista da sogno. Servizio e cordialità impeccabile come da luoghi di montagna. Carne di cervo top. Interessante chiacchierata con la proprietà che si è unita con noi al tavolo a fine servizio.

30/12/2024: Posto immerso nella natura, tra panorami fiabeschi di boschi innevati. Malga accogliente per la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce e per il calore del posto, tutto rustico e arredato con cura per donare il sapore caldo della montagna d' inverno. La stufa accesa, tutto di legno, decorato natalizio, personale sorridente e gentile. Il menù è sul foglio al tavolo, tutti piatti tipici trentini, tortei di patate, salumi e formaggi di malaga, canederli, gnocchi di spinaci, tagliatelle ai funghi locali, carni e dolci. Tutto molto buono, saporito e gustoso, prezzi nella norma. Segnalo il gesto di grande cortesia dei ragazzi che sia per salire che per scendere dalla strada ghiacciata sono venuti giù cn la loro auto per portare mia mamma col bastone. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo tutto locale e tipico, ottima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutta la Malga Frattasecca!
