03/06/2026: Unfortunately, I cannot review the hotel itself. My reservation, made four months prior, was canceled four weeks before my arrival ("company holidays").
My deposit was only refunded after I requested it, which required several emails.
About a week before my originally scheduled arrival, I received an email stating, "Your arrival is imminent." When I inquired about this, the response was: "a mistake on the web."
Therefore, my review is solely based on this completely unprofessional process.
02/06/2026: We had lunch at this hotel after a wonderful excursion, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised.
The food is truly delicious, and the professionalism, kindness, and gentleness that the owners and staff offer their guests is truly special.
Congratulations to everyone, and above all, thank you ☺️

10/08/2026: We stopped at the Bucaneve hut for an afternoon snack. The place is charming, with a huge water playground out front. We had yogurt with berries and strauben with jam, both delicious. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. We absolutely must return!

16/06/2026: A lovely find in Seio, near Sarnonico. The atmosphere is elegant and refined. We tried some excellent potato tortei, and the canederli and strangolapreti were also delicious.

20/05/2026: It's absurd to have to pay 20 cents per person for the service... and it wasn't even impeccable, two orders were made and both arrived wrong.

01/06/2026: All Genuine The Aperol Spritz was a fairytale made to perfection, I had a piece of buckwheat cake with cranberries that reminded me of my grandmother's cake not to mention the Tyrolean specialties. Worth a visit if you go up to the Mendola Pass 🔝👌👏🤗😘

12/07/2026: Very nice place. Unfortunatly not very well (in fact not at all) signed from the way above. So you can easily miss it and accidentally end up in horrible Dosson. But eventually we found it and were happy!
07/07/2026: We booked ahead of time, as I was traveling alone with two children. I had the pleasure of exchanging messages with the owner of the Baita, a truly delightful person. She reserved a table for us overlooking the Brenta Dolomites. I ate an amazing dish that I devoured in a flash: venison stew with juniper, dark polenta, and mushrooms. Excellent. The kids ordered pasta and a cutlet to share, which was truly generous. There are also games where the kids can run around after lunch. It's truly a place to relax. 16/05/2026: A not-too-extensive regional menu and a wide selection of pizzas with creative toppings, a good selection of open, regional wines, quick, professional service (though somewhat impersonal), pizzas and dessert very tasty, good value for money, new, modern extension with good acoustics, would gladly return.

Everytime great food, fast service, even when there were 10 people queuing at the front door to wait for a free table. And they are great in this also. They manage to keep track and deliver the tables pretty fast and in the correct order. Thank you guys for making our stay in Folgarida so much nicer!

Dishes prepared with care and prompt service!
Definitely worth a visit, at least for a quick snack or a more than satisfying lunch 😋
25/03/2026: Our group of 8 hikers all really enjoyed dinner and our overnight stay here. The climb up is steep at the end of a long day hiking, but the first beer tasted all the better for it! The staff were hospitable, the rooms were comfortable and the 'Halbpension' food was excellent. The views from the hut's terrace of the Sellagruppe are stunning. One can recommend it without hesitation. 5 stars. Thank you!
